I went there for my bike service and told them what are issues there. They started doing service and tell me the additional issues also. I told them to go for it. But when went there to take my bike, the issue which I told them to solve are as such. However made the bill of 3000. After that they told me change the regulator. Even after changing that the lights are not working, so he changed battery. After changing the battery, the lights are working. But, digital display is working. Im not satisfied with the service.

These guys know what they are doing. Probably one of the few places where they actually fix engine problems, unlike the company service centers (where they just clean with a rag and be done with it). I had issues with timing chain and lot of other issues that the company service center guys wouldnt understand and couldnt fix. They do it at a relatively cheaper price than company service center.

Disappointed!!! 😡I don’t have option to give a zero rating here.After serviced here, my bike getting lot of issues.My bike have Fork-bend issue, initially they’ve told me it might come below ₹1500, when I was gone to take my bike after service they’ve charged me ₹2500 for Fork-bend. Even Fork-bend wasn’t done properly.While they do water service water was gone inside the fuel tank and frequently my bike was gone to off state while riding, this actually their mistake. But later on I was argued with them this was your mistake, so fix the issue and give it back to me. To fix issue again they’re charged ₹150 from me.So, be careful and get a quotation before gonna service here.

I recommend this for all 2 wheeler services... As a gentle token of public concern, it would be better if customers have a prior idea about repair and spare charges before contacting any service dealers...Thank you...!!!

Had given the bike because of oil leak. They doubled the bill from 25k they said at the start to 50k when the bike was finished. The oil leak was still there. Gave them back 2 twice. Still the same oil leak. Money waste. Should have directly given to KTM. It’s seized again. Wonder work

One of the best shop to get your bike serviced. This is a private shop where you can get any type of bike serviced including sports bike like KTM, Ninja or bullet as well. Guys are very professional here and well trained as well. Their behavior is awesome. Also they dont charge unnecessarily and you can do some bargaining as well. Price is very reasonable here. Me and my rommie going to this shop only after our Bikes free service is over.

I had a service with gobumper, wasnt satisfied.Had to visit here again for getting more quality and got better service.

The head mechanic Mr. Brahma patiently listens to all customers problems and suggests the most economical solution. Infact during a regular service, he goes above and beyond the usual to make sure everything on the bike is ship shape. He has a keen eye for details, especially in the service aspect. All his subordinates are just as cooperative and are pretty fast at their work. This place accepts payment through all the usual payment applications apart from credit/debit cards. I travel 40 kms every time to get my bike fixed and so far havent been disappointed. Any minor upgrades like additional lighting or engine protection or mobile phone holders/chargers are also available here and are fitted onto the bike pretty quick. Billing is very straight forward and labor costs are nominal compared to the authorized service centers.

This is the first time I gave my bike for service here. When I got my bike, I was happy, really happy.They have good mechanics, I had some problems with the bike, those were fixed.Service charges are nominal.150 for cleaning, service charge depends on your bike, how much is there to repair.

These people are good. They know what they do and the charges are reasonable. They specialize in KTM repair but will take up work on just about any vehicle. Good attention given to detail in smaller things too like a water wash and chain cleaning. Since it is aftermarket service, they may not have all the parts for your vehicle ready in stock as opposed to a brand exclusive service, few repairs can be late by a day or so, but they are transparent about it. All major payment methods are accepted here. If it is a labour intensive work, advised to call ahead and try it on weekdays.

I totally recommend this to ktm owners, get it serviced here, these folks do it much better than any ktm service center here in Bangalore

Had a really bad experience with BTM Auto Service. I went there to have my P220s low beam bulb replaced as my regular mechanic was closed that day. Went there with high expectations, but ended up heavily disappointed.Firstly, they did not have the bulb required for P220(which is fine, not every mechanic will have required spares). They took 30-40 minutes to locate a shop and get the bulb(I was wondering why, as Amba Bajaj was just 50 meters away!).Secondly, the mechanic fit the bulb to the socket, but I was not happy with the adjustment as the beam was out of focus. They started arguing that the setup can not be adjusted, its just plug and play. I had to work it up to show them how to adjust it. After some 10-15 minutes of working around the tight setup inside the P220s fairing, the mechanic gave up saying this is the best that could be done! I was still not satisfied. But, since I had other errands to run, I surrendered and asked them for a bill.No bill was provided, and they straightaway asked me to pay Rs450. The original bulb costs something around Rs270. I was baffled seeing Rs180 charged for just changing a bulb, and that too not done properly. But due to lack of time and patience, I paid and left with a heavy heart and an empty pocket.1 day later, I tried fixing the bulb myself and discovered that they have messed up the clips to hold the bulbs. Ideally, clip A should fall into groove A and clip B should fall into groove B for the bulb to be held in place. But they had placed clip A into groove B and left clip B hanging open. This had weirdly bent clip A pin and getting is rectified without opening the fairing seems impossible.Adding to that, the bulb they had provided is also duplicate one. It has no manufacturer details printed.Summarizing: DUPLICATE SPARES + UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE + UNREASONABLE RATES. Please be extra careful with those guys.

Really they provide Excellent service and good in behaviour and der is person who is gangadhar he is very good as a person who did my ktm service awlz. Over all they have cool stuff which is very good as a customer i want to tell them, each one of them thank you so much guys, For this kind of services. Even my friends also visit there., they also told they provide genuine service with low cost, which will never get in bangalore in ktm showroom.

Scam of a place. Himay will swindle you and make you feel like a million bucks. Experience talking. Highly not recommended

May be they are experienced in dealing with KTM bikes.I took my Classic 350 here to get my accelerator wire fixed since its got detached suddenly. A guy had no idea how to open and fix it, but still he was trying to fix it ! He opened the parts which are not needed to after which he cited the reasons like BS-4 is completely different bulid but which is actually not! but luckily there is a guy( I guess he is owner) who knows how to fix it and and I was saved.Please make sure they know about your bike before giving it here...
