Decent place. They service the car well but smear the interiors with grease just to make it shine which is annoying because it sticks to the skin. Also, their charges are very very high so beware of that. Overall okay to give your car here.

I had purchased a Chevy Spark from Trident Richmond Road Bangalore in 2012. Since Trident Kalyannagar showroom was on the way to my office, I got all my routine services and incidental repairs done there itself. Recently the wheel nut and bolts of both front wheels had gone bad, to the extent right wheel was stuck, and the bolt was to be cut to take out the wheel. I approached Trident Kalyannagar for getting the nut and bolts of both front wheel replaced. Their front desk asked me to talk to one Mr Na*esh (Service advisor). When I contacted Mr Na*esh, he promised to get the work done, but said since the parts are not available, will have to wait for about a week. Just to be on safer side, I contacted another Chevrolet authorized service center and they also said the same thing, however next day I got a call from that other service center informing they have arranged the part and I can drive in and get the parts replaced. Since I had given a word to Mr Na*esh of Trident Chevrolet earlier, I thought I should not go back on my word, and also since all of my services done there, wanted to continue my loyalty to Trident Kalyannagar, so I kept the other Service centers proposal on hold. After a week, when I contacted Mr Na*esh, he said it will take three more days. After three days, again the same answer - Na*esh said he will get the parts in a day or two. I called him after about a week after that, and guess what, he once again told he will arrange the parts in next 3 days! I said enough of your professionalism, and called up the Service advisor of that other service center. He arranged a pickup and drop of the vehicle at no extra cost, got the nuts and bolt of both front wheels replaced at nominal cost and delivered the car the same day. Now that you call professionalism! Trident seems to have long forgotten it by nurturing SAs like this Na*esh, who are outright unprofessional! If he cannot arrange the part he could have been honest with that, instead he kept me waiting for almost a month without any reason. Now my loyalty is shifted to this other service center and I shall get all future car services done there itself, not at Trident Kalyannagar, never!

They will simply charge even if they do nothing . They charge more for spare parts . Example if Market price for spare part is 1k they will charge 2k. Dont trust them. Please do reach on prices for spare parts before you confirm to them. They simply replace working parts and put new once and charges for it.

Good place for service. Most times they are able to identify the issues and do repair properly.

1. While moving the car around inside their workshop for service, they banged it somewhere, and tried to deliver as though nothing had happened. I was able to catch it since I did a thorough check before taking delivery.2. On another occasion they added some optional tasks to the job card and inflated the bill by around Rs 3000. When I complained, they did not do anything.They do not know how to treat a long-time customer, were just focussed on a few extra thousand rupees. As a result they have lost my trust and I no longer go there.

Be aware, they will add unnecessary service items and spare part replacement to inflate the bill amount. Just make sure to be specific and clear to them so as not to get fleeced.

A very good place get your Chevy serviced.I got my Cruze LTZ 2010 serviced here few days back.Service of experienced staff is awesome. Mr. Nagesh was very much helpful in explaining the issue and given proper directions for settling the same. KUDOS to all team members at Trident, Kalyannagar.

They have only Chevrolet service center in this location. I gave my car for service even though I was skeptical about the service center. But their response was pretty good and they explained every problem in the car and after collecting the car they informed what and all they changed in car. Also informed what has to be done in next service. Thanks to Nagesh Naik for his help. I would surely give the my car here only next time also.

The service by trident is superb and professional. Only issue is the getting parts of Chevrolet takes time, which is beyond their control. But so happy that trident takes care to see that it is delivered on time. The service team are courteous and well behaved. Good keep it up.

I have been servicing my Beat vehicle here for past 9 years. Their support is excellent with on-time delivery. I am very happy with the executive Shiva Kumar, he is very prompt and diligent.

The staff is very good and pleasant here. They will assist you in very good manner.It is one of the best Chevy service center in Bengaluru. Ive tried other service centers and got literally looted. When I had visited this, Ive started servicing my Chevy Beat at this center.They have qualified staff and they will listen to you and assist you in every query.They will call you after some days to ask if you still facing the same problem which was fixed.The Regular Servicing charges are little bit expensive.

Hope they continue 5-6 years more like this.I interacted with Service advisor Kushal, nice guy. I am satisfied with the service I got. They are lacking some parts like windshield / seat belt assembly, however will order if needed.

Unrealistic prices for repairs

Just now visited this showroom, i must say its so far the best Chevrolet service center. No unnecessary cost on your pocket. They are genuine and ll charge you reasonable cost. Though GST and labour charge is quite high. If you just need the parts please buy and get it installed somewhere else. but the entire staff is quite genuine and will suggest you correct thing only. I paid my visit on 14th of June 2019.

A little difficulty faced to spot the service centre, as the entrance is almost blocked by the nearby temple and a Renault showroom. Staffs are good and front desk is very responsive. Overall experience is good.

I visited this service centre for the first time for servicing and I was satisfied. Not exactly for the service, service is fine nothing special to mention, but the attendant was very good. His name is Kushal Gowda and was very gentle, well behaved and polite. He did his job well, explained me the costing appropriately. Something was missed during the servicing, but he made sure that it got fixed in the next visit for free of cost since it was a miss from their side. Even on a Sunday when it was their holiday he came to help me out. I really appreciate his dedication and honesty. Also I think that their charges are reasonable and not very high. Keep up the good work Kushal !

Chevy Service Center, right place to fix car issues, spares are genuine.

In terms of service plans Chevrolet has always been one of the best companies. I generally go to Trident Chevrolet service center in Kalyan Nagar for any issue regarding my Chevrolet Beat. I like that they are helpful in every aspect. Since I’ve owned Beat, there has been no reason to complaint about the car or the service center.

Because of my bad experience of car servicing from local repair shops, I just did not want to visit them again. My Chevrolet Beat needed regular servicing as always, and I reached Trident Chevrolet in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore. As expected, the service quality was great. My car got a new life when I took it back from this service center.

Avoid this place. I had given my Chevrolet beat for service with three complaints. I have got it back with none of it rectified and with a bill for new spares. So Im here now back to square one after one week of waiting to get my car back with the same old problem. They have not even bothered to do a background check of the previous services until informed by us.They have a terrible habbit of lying about the delivery of the vehicle and keeping us in the loop.My service co ordinator came across as a decent guy but incompetent and failed terribly in doing his job.

This is the only good service in blore for Chevy cars. The service engg and advisors are thoroughly professional. The service costs are little expensive side and you may have to spend atleast ₹ 11k-14k. No complaints once you have the service atleast for > 5000km

I recently got my Cruze serviced at Trident Chevrolet in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore. Although it was just a regular service, but the staff was fully professional and gave full attention to my car. They briefed me about the price and suggested some repair for a recent dent on the car. The chevy service specials were great in their conduct. Moreover their service was quick and satisfying.

I visited the Trident Chevrolet service center in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore to get my car washed. This service center is located right next to the Royale Concorde International School, so it was not difficult to find. I was glad to find out that the Trident service center has both modern equipment and well-trained staff. Recommended!

Have had good servicing experience

It was my first visit to the Trident Chevrolet service centre in Kalyan Nagar. I went to get my Tavera repaired as the car was making some weird noises. I was worried that the car would need some parts replaced, and sometimes, getting Tavera spares becomes difficult. But this wasn’t the case here. The service centre was well-stocked with spares of every Chevrolet model. The mechanics were also very good and clearly explained the problem to me, which were issues with clutch bearing. It was a nice experience overall and I would surely be recommending the place to all my friends who own Chevrolet cars.

I am very much satisfied with these guys especially Lokeshwar, the body work advisor. The service from him was really appreciable compared to my previous experiences from other service centres.I given my Cheverolet spark car for a body work, since my car was hit by another vehicle, minor issues happened and his team repaired it well.The excellent thing was that, they have troubleshooted certain faults that I was ignoring for long time.My front speakers started working again after a long time, a bad sound came from my bonet part also disappeared now.And delivered the vehicle 1 day before the agreed delivery date.Lokeshwar, he helped me lot to get the insurance claim and he responsibly did the whole procedures.My car now looks better than what I expected!!! :)

Sandhya at the Front Desk recieved me with a smile n was very helpful escorted me to my car n had a technician look at it.... introduced me to the advisor.... They immediately recognised the fault... Pleasantly surprised with the enthusiasm and customer friendly staff. I went today morning to have my spark checked for a suspected engine/ belt noise. Had to wait in the reception for two minutes, ( someone was there to ask for tea/ coffee), the service engineer had a thorough check and also put it on the ramp to look for exhaust leak. He assured me that all was well. Drove out in 30 minutes flat.I have been to KHT chevrolet, peenya, a couple of times and they are simply pathetic in comparison.update on the service,got my Spark serviced about a month ago.the service was prompt and on time. the experience was good.they could not resolve the problem with my wiper.found a bucket of water in the boot space few weeks later.the pricing is extremely steep.would prefer PITSTOP door step service at 1/3 cost.

Costly, Job not always satisfactory (do remember to check if they have done work properly), after most service i was forced to return to shop with some problem due to low quality workmanship. However i do recommend the accident service here if you have insurance coverage, those guys are good.

First time in bangalore, did some research and finally decided to come to Trident. I wasnt sure how the experience will be as the reviews in general werent good. But I was mentally prepared to experience the challenge, as I had no option but to have my Cruze checked (had no pickup and was throwing black smoke). I must say that I was seen promptly once I entered the workshop, quickly the issue was diagnosed and in 45 minutes I got my car back with issue sorted. It certainly wasnt too complex problem (Hauze pipe had trouble) but the service advisor guided me and did not make any attempt to extract money (which I would have given) and has done amazing job. The staff is also courteous and at least I faced no issue. I do recommend this place folks.

Though the production has been shut down for Chevrolet, these guys keep up your car running. They still value you and provide you the best service.

I am completely satisfied with the welcome i received from all the staff at Trident Renault. Special mention for the Senior Manager Dashrath and Sales Assistant Sharath, they both were very patient to listen to me and helped me out with everything I needed. I test drove Duster 85PS, 110PS and Petrol CVT. Each test drive was 10 KM long and took more than 30 minutes. 110PS was not available at that time and Sharath brought the vehicle next day to my office for the test drive. Finally I booked Duster RXZ 85 PS with them and the delivery experience was great.

I have bought 2 cars from Trident, both Chevys. Love the brand and quality of the cars. Sad to note that they wont sell anymore in India. On the service center, my decision to buy 2nd Chevy was based on my experience with Trident service. Though a bit costly, I am assured of the service and spares they provide. Experience is always seamless and they have some very committed service advisors. One star less for being a little pricey

Unbelievably awesome service for Chevrolet vehicles. I got my 2003 Optra serviced here and now the vehicle is running without any single problem. KHT and kropex really need to shut their services off.

I had a worst experience here, my car battery got drained a week before and the helpline people came and started vehicle and they told that the battery is good, they charged 750rs and in next one week the same issue, I went to service center 9 in the morning they took hardly 3hours to tell that battery is gone, and they charged me 260 rs,
