Pleasantly, a substantial discount was offered in lieu of old battery (rs 800 discount). Prompt delivery was scheduled. However, the actual delivery was delayed by 2 hours or so. The supplied battery was of good quality with proper bill and warranty card. It was home-delivered free and the technician (delivery rep) installed it on the car- all free of charge. Overall, a great experience!

I had a bad experience with Battery wale. I wanted to buy Amaron battery for my scooter and placed my purchase order accordingly. After payment, they had given me the name and address of the vendor from whom I was supposed get my battery replaced. The subject vendor had called up to say that he doesnt have Amaron battery and he can offer Exide battery as replacement with higher cost on payment of balance. I refused and opted to go back to battery wale for another vendor. My order got cancelled. Then I contacted the Battery wale, but they could not provide me another vendor with Ameron battery. Since there was no way out, I had to settle down with Exide battery.My grievance is if Amaron battery is not available with your vendor base, then why did you advertise? I could have gone to another supplier who is holding Ameron battery. I was compelled to compromise on my choice of battery. This was in very bad taste!

I have shine bs6 new model. 2 days ago I have checked for new battery on batterywale website. As per filter they showed me Amaron APBTZ4L battery is perfect for ur shine bs6. I ordered the same battery for rs 950 & go to the amaron dealer for fitting. When I reached there technician told me that this battery not compitable for this bs6 model. U need to install Amaron APBTZ5L battery. Hence I installed that battery for rs 1250 but actual cost of that battery on batterywale website was rs 1120 & just because of that website wrong suggestions I lost 130 rs there😐 So batterywale team please suggest proper to ur customers 😐
