Gave them my Swift on 10 July 2021 for paint top up of bumper. The manager informed me that the car will be delivered by 12 July since it takes some time for the paint to dry and today (12 July) I receive a call that the job can only be started by Tuesday (13 July) .If the job cab only be started by 13 July then why was my car kept since 10 July? If the person was on leave then why didnt they offer a clear picture of when can they start?Pathetic experience and would highly recommend everyone to visit Mandovi Wilson Garden for a whole lot better experience.

I have always had a positive experience with Benaka Motors. I have been visiting them for all maintenance work and issues with my Maruti Swift VXI Petrol 2009 model over the past 5 years. And it has been always smooth. They take care of each and every detail and suggest the best options all the time. They also give doorstep services and also provide breakdown services. The quality of their work is also among the finest. Look out for Ratan and Venkatesh when you visit for the very first time. They are best technicians available there.

I have been a regular customer of Benaka Motors for at least last 6 to 7 years and have regularly serviced my cars there and have not found any issues, But this time around I was really disappointed with the service and also the experience. Firstly the issue is that I dont see the owner who used to be regular at the place secondly I think the place is now run by Venkatesh who is the technician who also is been there for a long time. I had the issue that my Zen car was not starting as I had not used the same for 7 months so they took the car to the service center and it took them 5 days to get my car ready have no clue what the issue was when ever I call they kept giving me different reason and finally the car was ready with a bill of 12k, I was in for a surprise the only issue that I had was the car did not start and for that I had to cough up 12k and the very next day the car had the same issue that its not starting again and when I had given the car all the meters were working fine now none are working and now they say that all parts are to be changed. Even today when I write the comment I still dont have the car they took the car and said will check as to what the issue is and its been 5 days and they are still figuring out the issue, I fell the place has lost the value what it had and now its only intention is to make money and for a seasoned customer like me this is the treatment given, Never ever will I suggest this place to anyone and once I get my car back will never ever go to this place again.

They took 1 month to deliver my scooty Pep +, everytime new reason for not delivering on time ,they say it will be delivered in 2 days but trust me it wil not be done, have still not given me all the accessories and need more time ,I would recommend any other TVS center but not Benaka,poor service and customer service .

Very Disappointed.I have recently taken their service offer worth INR 999/- and based on that went there for a General check up, Wash, Dashboard board polishing, etc. First of all the quality of washing and polish was very poor. Secondly I have noticed that they just put normal water in the coolant box, though “coolant” was already there at the required level and mixing extra water caused diluting the coolant. When I have questioned this, they were arguing with me and finally I had to talk to the owner and as per his instruction they’ve replaced it.Thanks to the owner, but I would suggest to keep some knowledge full staff who knows what is customer service. I don’t even understand how Maruti Suzuki is letting people run an authorised service Center like this.

I had given my car for servicing 1st time since it was nearby to my place. My experience is, they are unprofessional and very casual service team. Though I sent my negative feedback, they started following-up for re-service after sometime. I got a chance to speak with this service center owner and strange thing that he started arguing with me for all my complaints rather listening to it. I would not recommend any one to visit this service center.

They dont Cares for customer satisfaction if ask them to diagnose problem and sot it off they never do that.thow its a maruti authorised service center they service other brand car so they are least bothered about customers.The main issue there is overcharged labour and unprofessional behaviour from head mechanic venkatesh and cashier rajshekhar. If the bill is more he says its GST so only little more.so I never suggest this place.

Overall experience is not good. I informed them about oil leak from engine . They charged hefty labor amount to fix same. Issue is still there . I have taken car back to garage three times . After refusing every time, finally he gave new estimate. Zero customer delight.

Ask for Mr venkatesh he is there with benaka last 18 years and he is a senior mechanic. Listens patiently to customers complaints and concerns thus acts accordingly. He is very prominent on time keeping and delivering the car on time. Ive been his customer past a decade and I find no flaw in his skills. Door pick And drop available. Keep up the good work going, venkatesh .

They steal parts and fuel. They are not authorised for major repairs but minor by maruthi. They lure thru low service estimate .you can see non maruti cars too. Wont recommend ..after their service vechicle become unsafe.

Ive been a regular here for my Wagon R services and repairs. Very good technicians, especially Srinivas the main mechanic is the best.

Good for all maruti cars, other cars also they do all works but not so perfect. Rate is little higher when compared to any nearby workshops.

Just useless team, everytime my they miss something and car goes back to garage again. Messed up something with my car engine and now after 4 visits and 10k spend still it knocks.. lost all hopes .
