One of the best services in the petroleum industry , the shell select is absolutely amazing and its totally good

Apart from fuel, you can also purchase coffee, some quick bites, cigarettes. The shell store is open 24x7 even I lockdown and night curfews during covid times.

Very friendly staff, clean restroom, good convenience store with all that is required, no service charges with oil change. I have to say Shell stations are one of the best fuel stops. They give other competitors a run for their money.

My review is based on my recent visit on January 11th 2021 evening around 5pm, The fuel station was well maintained and staff was really welcoming too, They had asked what kind of fuel I need normal or v-power so I chose normal and they even asked me to not to talk in phone while they fuel my car too. Another staff member comes in from the fuel station store to ask for any Hot beverages like coffee or tea as well. They have different types of payment available like Cash, Card , Gpay, PhonePe, Paytm too .. So my overall experience was good in this fuel station not sure why their is a lot of Negative comments here.

Today I asked to put normal petrol, but the staff told try it sir, second time also told to put normal, staff told ok sir but put v-power when asked sorry sir by mistake,

More often than not, they will claim that they have run out of normal petrol and force you to get V-Power. Even if normal petrol is available, they will fill V-Power and claim it was an innocent mistake. The manager and his staff are hand in hand to fleece customers but they pretend to be innocent. Never visiting this bunk again. Ruining the name of shell worldwide.

Pathetic staff, almost illiterate staff including the manager inside shop over the counter checking for digital payment. Utter rubbish . Pathetic experience, poor quality service. They cant read the digital receipt proof after payment, cant verify after showing all evidences too. Charging more for fuel and offering nonsense service

These guys are not even giving respect to the customers.. recently we went to store for water bottle that to in mid night .. but the worst staff told water is out of stock.. but there is full of water bottles in the fridge... the staff will not give response.. please don’t go there at mid night

Very Bad experience today i faced at Shell petrol bunk, Womans always speaking in mobile, unable to change My Suzuki celerio car Engine Oil, these people dont have reqd spanner, and lady speaking rudely.

Fuel quality is good and quantity is exact compared with other branded fuels and stations. Free tyre air pressure is also provided here. However sometimes they run out of normal fuel and push customers to fill their power brand fuel. Also for two wheelers they have only three filling bays, out of which one is dedicated to special power fuel, which sometimes cause bottleneck. The station management should look into these issues and provide better service.

Prices are usually a few paisa more than everywhere else. As per my experience, the mileage with the petrol here is lower than other places. The customer service is good and the staff are pretty humble. They have a store, like most petrol bunks. When you go in, they come up to you and ask you if you want refreshments. This may be annoying but it is on the road which is the entrance to Bangalore, so it is pretty good for travelers.

These people were offering nice deals on drinks for a while. And as we know shell is always the customer friendly petrol pump. As usual theyre the best with a smile on their face always.

Very well designed Coffee shop and Convenience store. All products are visible and easy to find. The Coffee shop lady knows her work and manages very well. Authentic South Indian coffee is available.

Shell provides a very good quality petrol. Many people prefer shell petrol in their bikes. Apart from these we have Shell Select which is 27X7 available. I have been for coffee many times in night time.

Okay experience. Staff is courteous but try to push the higher priced V-Power options even after telling them multiple times that I dont need it. Has found the air filling station to be working all the time, which is not the case with many petrol bunks! Price of fuel at Shell if off course higher than the bunks operated by / affiliated to state petrochemical companies.

As always at Shell u get good quality fuel and oils. Oil change done for free and to spare the oil change-over time there is a small shop as well attached to it. But remember to pay via cash or ur authorised card in the shop as u are paying a petrol pump.

Not too crowded and a huge help to the people getting there bikes transported through indian Railways as it a near to the parcel office. Still you may have have to brink your bike around 300 mtrs to get it refuelled. Snacks is also available at the petrol pump

Clean and well maintained area, good services and security, more and more valuable petrol and deseal prices, but good in quality and u can shop Stationary Items on there, and if u buy engine oil free clean and clear services done here.

Dont ever swipe your card here. Theyll charge you extra for that. You wont get an sms about it instantly so youll only get to know after youve left.

Petrol is supposed to be good. However, they keep on trying to sell too many things to you. Even if you say NO, they still keep pushing.

I recently visited the shell fuel bunk near TAJ Vivantah Yeshwanthpura, Bangalore, where in when you stop your vehicle, they check under the bonet for coolant and engine oil, I being somewhat aware of my vehicle, knew I needed a coolant top up and my engine oil was perfectly alright, I told them the same and they toped up my coolant, immediately when I started my vehicle, I felt some disturbance in the timing, while I was filling air, I opened my bonet and checked things myself but due to the lack of light, I could not find the fault. I thought I will drive home 5km from there and then maybe visit my trusted mechanic in the morning. The vehicle kept getting aggressive and coming down without me even touching the accelerator pedal. Due to some reason, I decided to once open my bonet and inspect myself as I reached home in sufficient light. To my surprise, one of the pipes connecting my vehicles cylinder head with the fuel injector was strategically removed and placed. The vehicle had also spit out some engine oil. Please be aware, next time you get your bonet opened with these people, might not have mind tricking me into buying engine oil but their actions could have caused wearing of my vehicles engine block. Please be aware of such misleading next time on.
