They told heater plug not in stock.But the mechanic who came and checked told me there is stock .They didnt even bother to tell me to come back.Very bad attitude.I felt that they were not ready to repair my old car.I think after me posting this they will correct themselves.I regularly service my car with mandovi motors after this I think I should not go to this place.

For the first free service itself they charged 200 rs extra for sanitization... In covid situation the sanitization is mandatory.. one should not charge for these basic requirements to customer... Its only my opinion

Grab a popcorn, this is going to take a while.I drive a Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire Petrol ZXI 2014 model.*Service LocationTo begin with, the location on the Google map is incorrect.I have tagged the correct location of Mandovi Service Center which is right next to the GoGas Fuel station enroute MS Palya Circle while going from Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan Road or Mother Diary Yelahanka.Hopefully Google approves this suggestion for ease of locating this Service Center for other customers.I had to call Mandovi to get the correct location and ended up roaming for quite sometime before I got there.(I love exploring new places)*Service Center ExperienceI recently relocated to Yelahanka so this is the nearest showroom to my home and hence chose this Center.The showroom is easily identifiable once you get there and has good parking space. So although getting here was challenging, I was able to park the car inside their premises with ease.The showroom had 6 to 7 Service Advisors however, for some strange reason I had to wait for 25mins on that given day when I gave my car although I have had good experience with the previous service centers in the past.The Service Advisor assigned to me was patient in listening to my concerns and told me that they needed a day to deliver my car and hence I can take delivery the next day.*Service ExperienceIf someone says Maruti cars are cheaper, you would somewhat agree to it although its not true anymore.If someone says Maruti Service Cost is cheaper than their competitors then you can assume that the person hasnt serviced their car for over a decade with MAS(Maruti Authorized Service) is my opinion.My car is 7 years old.As everyone knows that not much driving happened during the last 2 years, thank you Corona!My odo was 50K in 2019 and I hard hardly driven since then..The current reading is 56K so covered just 6K in 2 years.I had to change the engine oil as it was 2 yrs old and everything that wasnt changed during 50K+ Service was done in this Service. And yes I had to defer some items from the previous service from being serviced/ replaced as the service cost went insane in 2019.It was a paid service offcourse.The car was delivered the next day.I was happy with the car feeling post service except for 1 issue that was reported wasnt fixed i.e my fuel meter wouldnt show the range or display the fuel level if I fill fuel for more than 12-15litres.The service Advisor had informed that they have reset a code that could be a potential solution else there could be a part replacement here that might be required., and as per his evaluation, the issue was not resolved with just the code reset. The fuel float was not working and needed to be replaced. So although its not a big deal, I had to go to the showroom twice to get this sorted.Everything was explained in detail about what was being replaced, serviced and was done accordingly. Sanitation charge is unwarranted for as its something showroom should do & not levy on the customer. 1 doesnt even get to know if the car was sanitized.*Service CostAgain money being subjective, please accept this experience as a personal one.The previous Service cost in 2019 was 18K.This Service costed 15K approx this time.With the numbers out, heres what I feel.A car being sold doesnt make much money but the spares & Service drives business for any automotive manufacturer.While all this is old story, when the service cost exceeds a specific amount, the manager, team, MAS, or the company on the whole could try decreasing the labour cost involved here which is more than the spares in my case.Having given my car only at MAS, the Serviced Car feeling is the only stopping factor for me from giving my car outside of MAS. This is difficult to get outside and if unsatisfactory going back becomes a hassle.So overall on a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being the least star and 5 being the best, Ill go with 3.5 star rating with the service experience. ADIOS. PEACE.

Gave my Ritz VDI for general service here. The smooth talking service advisor said the suspension needs some work which I approved.They billed me 13k for changing struts and lower arms.I found out a few months later that they have not changed any of these but just billed me the same.The service advicer was a smooth talking guy and got away with this swindle.Never got the customary feedback message from MaruthiMy advice is to avoid these frauds. Private mechanics are better alternative.

Test drive vehicle no KA 04 MT 3077 driver and his pillion partner around 6:45pm on 6/8/2020 were seen misbehaving with the two wheeler parked on d left side of d road they were abusive , really aggresive and allegedly fought with them and were mouthing such rubbishly disgusting words really dissapointed .pathetic display of behaviour not even wearing mask and no safety measure as such during working hoursplease terminate these employees as they are not fit to be part of sucha big company !

Had been there for my S Cross paint work, but felt price quoted was high when compared to other MS Paint and Body shop of other dealer. May be biased on the business condition of the location. Better to have a reference quote for the comparison before leaving your vehicle for repair. Best part is nearby facility around.

It was worst experience in my last week car repair with mandovi motors ms palya as the person who was assigned to repair my car was having some problem dealing with customer first of all he never smile and most of the time he was shouting on me as I was begging him for something.. and he just ruined my car From front as I am not that found of my Car I just treat my Car as a thing ... But if someone would be on my place would have teach him a good lesson.... He z not even repaired my cars bumper and while driving that all lower portion of that bumper fell down when I went to the service center again that person replied me you should change your cars bumper and even he drilled and dented my cars bumper as he was not at all professional..

I had worst experience with this service center. I gave my car service and for insurance claiming ( small accident). For which they made total mess out of it and claimed huge sums for insurance also body shop repair. They are not even ready to share details of the same. Even body shop repairs are worst as the below part of bumper was coming out due to improper fixing.

I had a minor scratch on my door and took it for repairing to Mandovi motors MS PALAYA.Initially they said they will give my car in 5 days and later I received a text message stating that I will receive it after 2 weeks.I called the manager regarding it and he said that he will speak to the supervisor (Basvaraj) and later he called me and told that he will deliver the car in 5 days.JUST BECAUSE I SPOKE TO HIS MANAGER REGARDING THIS,HE DUMPED HIS OFFICE GARBAGE IN MY CARS BONNET.I realised it later and called him immediately where he didnt pick up my call and then went to their service centre.They tried denying it but most of the garbage was their job list and other work related papers and then he had agreed and cleaned my car.I am terribly disappointed the way they treated me and I have decided to take it further. I am writing this review for everyone to thoroughly check your car after serving because if you have any complaints about their service/attitude,they will show it on your car.
