Visited a friend there and found this Fantastic place for those who want to live on the outskirts of Bangalore. Calm with lots of greenary and sports area.

Its been over 6 months now since I am staying here. Calm and peaceful abode indeed with good schools in the vicinity. Although workplace and shopping malls are a bit far but NICE road provides a good connectivity. Fresh vegetables and a shopping arcade at the main entrance fulfills the necessities. Of course looking forward to the upcoming hospital within the campus. Overall its a very well maintained place. The sophisticated clubhouse consisting of all the amenities makes one feel like living in a resort everyday.

A little far from civilisation, but nice and self sufficient.

A beautiful place to settle down, away from the hustle and bustle of the Bangalore city. Clean air, feels like living in a resort. As soon as the commercial complex comes up, especially when a bank and ATM is inside the complex, it will be self-contained. Ola and Uber are regularly available, even at midnight.Just a couple of minor issues -1. On the back side of the complex runs a small road, called the Pipeline Road, which is a short cut to the Art of Living Ashram. Occasionally, there is smoke on this road due to burning of garbage. Better garbage disposal may help maintain the current clean air.2. Maybe BMTC can consider providing a request stop for city buses. Currently, the nearest Saalu Hunase bus stop is half a km walk from the main gate.

I asked OC copy to the lady executive. Till now not sent. I dropped buying this property. Anyone wants to buy, get every thing in writing through email. Only then these nuisance executives will disappear.
