We had the worst experience of buying Rapid here. The delivery was delayed by almost a month. At the time of delivery no document was given to us and no fastag.. We had to drive back to chickmangaluru without anything. Later we were asked to come pick the document while it was their fault.It took more than a month to send us the number plate. Everytime we only had to follow up. Felt relieved after getting everything from them.Inspite all these, they will call you and ask you to give 5 star rating. Shameful.Its best to avoid these guys.

Beware! Avoid this service center! Rude behaviour!My car had an issue, I called before going weather they will check the car. Mr Krishna Murthy informed over call that they will have a look, but dont promise the car on same day. But when I traveled 35km to reach there, they refused to look at the issue and insisted that I leave the car, when I requested they just check the car once as spoken on call, he blatantly refused having ever said that, and bluntly and rudely said take the car back, You anyways service somewhere else, I checked ur car history! Just realised that Tafe access - skoda horror stories online are true!

Before selling the car sales persons are very enthusiastic & friendly. After purchase they are very cold in response & not available. My advice to potential buyers, please check the base of car apart from exterior, interior & bonnet area.

Trash salesman

Went here on a Sunday afternoon with my wife and friend to have the worst experience at any dealership EVER. The unprofessional behaviour at the showroom is almost humiliating. Its as if they not only dont want to sell you a Skoda, but they act as if theyre doing you a favour when you ask for a test drive. There was a new car being delivered which blocked the gangway that lead to the parking, so I was asked to stay in the middle of St Marks not knowing what was happening inside. We should have taken that as a cue and left, however we gave them the benefit of doubt and still went in. The sales rep - I doubt the guys at the showroom had any professional training in selling even a boiled egg - did not say anything unless we asked him questions and his stinking attitude even while answering these questions was evident. All of us came away feeling infuriated and if the men at the showroom werent embarrassed, they definitely should be. No way to treat anyone, let alone a customer.

I don’t know how they are running business with this kind of worst attitude.Thank god I got a sense before buying from these people otherwise I should have suffered later . I dropped plan of buying skoda car.

Worst after sales service I have ever experienced after Investing 12 lacs on a car.Its 3rd month and they didnt even care about their mistakes. They entered my name wrongly on RC and insurance papers. I reached to Skoda customer service too but of no use.Dont believe their false promises as well. Cheats.I even doubt theyre selling test drive vehicles at discounts without even letting the customers know about it. If not, theyre changing parts for sure.
