Worst showroom and customer service ever seen, booked the vehicle here but after 50 days also vehicle is not been delivered to me, GM Bhagya and executive is such a irresponsible people, who doesnt know how to treat the customer, shouting at the customer for their problem, they told us to process the loan to get the delivery of the vehicle but after loan disbursement they gave the vehicle to other customer when enquired they told us to wait for one more month, EMI will start from the coming month for us , who will pay the emi.such an disgusting people, I recommend people to not to give any business to this people let them first learn the value of thr customer

Most of the below comments are very true. Wait time is too much... All staff are into their own world.Service manager Mr. Narayana swamy asked me to wait for 2 mins, after waiting for 30 minutes i left the service center. Thats the end 😅

Worst place for car service, the person who is responsible for your car does not care. I had called for 1st service, the lady on the phone said it will take 2 - 3 hours, so I decided to drive and give for service. But they ended up wasting my 5 hours. If they could have told that its not possible , I would have planned something else.Also they say its free service and end up putting something that will cost you min 100 rupees unnecessary.The service representative on the phone does not pick up any calls.I am never coming back here.Also they give low priority for free service.

Not responding..properly, my car was break down on 17th of this month.l called..Kataria.ph ringing.but no one attended...

I did car service at kanankapura branch. They insist you to change parts though it is capable of good service. Asked me to change Shock absorber which cost around 32k. I took second opinion from garuda maruthi kanakapura road and outside also. Found no issue with shock absorber. Clutch plate was bit tight, they said if you wont change it, car may break down in between so n so. Found not much issue with clutch plate from second opinion, rather than tight to operate, pickup was very good. They scare you to make money.So your car your money.... I stopped giving car to service in Kataria Service centre. I started to service car with Garuda.

Poor sales man Mr. Naveen Kumar sales executive commits so many accessories but he will say no stock at the time of delivery.After so many follow up with him he will not pick the call then he start refusing to give the commit.Worst and bad people, unprofessional.

Giving them 1 star because of their association with 21North. Highly unprofessional company. A transaction actually succeeded which they told as failed. I made payment again and now struggling to get refund. 21north has all details wrong on their website. No response on support ticket, Twitter, customer care.Edit: Got required help from service center later on and also got the refund.

Worst experience from insurance department.Executive was very rude Kokila, dont know how to behave with customers. She didnt even respect Manager words after telling that ask apologize to customer.

The service from this showroom is good but the problem is that they keep calling you again and again after the service. They start calling you saying that your service is due soon and ask your kilometer reading 4 months in advance. I dont understand why these people keep calling for a service due which is so far and I am not sure how my service is due 4 months in advance. Sorry, I am not giving my vehicle for servicing over here anymore. Thanks for the previous service.

The service departments calls reminding for the service and they do not seem to have information if some spare parts are available or not....For a month I have been asking them for a couple of accessories and every time the service department says that they have the stock but, the sales department says that they dont have the stock .. Is this a joke. .??
