Value for money and excellent in customer service... Also home delivery is done on time. Even if some discrepancy with the billing and delivery, its sorted amicably. Would recommend everyone across Yelahanka to purchase from Royal Mart Yelahanka 4th phase. But Royal mart Puttenahalli is the worst as they dont respect customers, keep old products (just about to expire from date of manufacture) and very rude staff. Thats why I still come all the way to 4th phase and buy from 4th phase Royal Mart.

Nice place for shopping. You get a wide range of products here from veggies to grocery to electronic stuff and gift items. They stock good quality stuff. No dedicated parking place here. First week of the month is usually crowded. They accept meal coupons and credit cards. Staff are polite. They arrange home delivery of the goods. Good store.

Few staff manager is so ruckless i had a product which i need to return i was at 1:15 Pm he said it is closed will be opened at 3:30 pm i agreed and look back he allowed a group of lady which they could shop there annoying. and they mention 24 hrs OpenI am particular about behaviour not about the purchase

This place is convenient for fourth phase Yelahanka New Town customers for various groceries and Kerala food items. I was surprised to get even a 110v Preethi mixer. I wish they run AC on a regular basis, which will help with better air movement.

Everything is fine except there is no proper self to keep our bags. Their facility is not enough give a confidence to leave our bags. We will always have thought about our bag during shopping especially for those who are carrying laptop after office.

Royal Mart in Yelahanka is one of the most reliable stores to almost get everything of our day today requirements under the sun at reasonable prices. Staff is generally very helpful too. There is never a day when things are offered on discount like at Big bazar, Reliance or at More stores. So always go loaded even if there is an offer of buy one get one free elsewhere, its non existant here. But due to a high turnover and plentiful customers of higher middle class, products are generally fresh and if one happens to land a stale outdated cake/ cookies, the stores generally refund without a whimper provided its done in 24 hours with a bill

You should accept the cash or card at all the counters as it is very famous and many people are visiting. Most of the time we have to wait more time to pay the cash as well as do bills so its my suggestion please accept cash or card at all the counters.Thanks in advance.

One of the best chain of supermarkets in Bangalore, they are available in many locations, also they have a very wide range of products and will mostly take care of all your family grocery needs. They also have a loyalty program which is also rewarding however we can see the points generated only once in 3months, still the way we shop these days it means once every 3 months youll only spend 50% of your money as you would have enough points to claim. Also the staff here is very friendly and they generally deliver your order with in the stipulated time. Also have greats offers during festive season. One can expect to find all the local mallu snacks and treats also have a trained staff to handle all your queries and are readily there to help you. I would urge to give these local store more of business than the big brands like MORE and reliance fresh as we cant expect even half of the service royal mart provides. You can also find fresh vegetables everyday morning and will generally not carry the vegies for more than one day and ensure that we only get fresh vegies unlike the other big brands who dont even care what they have on offer.

EDITED : WORST SERVICE AS OF 2021Seems like they are really enjoying the monopoly during a pandemic, delivery happens after a delay of 24 hours with half the items missing. Nobody is available to even receive a phonecall. I am compelled to write this review after my last attempt of trying to get in touch with them to replace my Bisleri Can which has been empty for two days now.Have been a regular customer for the past four years, they provide good service and have a wide variety of products. Never needed to go beyond Yelahanka to buy anything.
