Nice experience with this showroom. Easy and effortless delivery process. Mr. Manjunath coordinated from day of booking to delivery. Nice gesture from showroom people.Only suggestion from my side is the document kit needs to provide with proper file. For example. road tax, invoice, insurance copy, extended warranty, accessories etc. As we received like a bits in pieces and it may go somewhere.

I visited the showroom just to test drive Classic350, but booked the bike only beacuse of Manjunath. He explained every point that realted to bike, how to use it, what all the new technology are used in bike and also the finance options taht are available there. Simply the bike is super and really appreciate and thank Manjunath for helping me to choose the correct bike.

Bought Bullet 350 on 3rd Dec 2020 and my experience is really awesome... I really liked the manager Mr Madhu. His polite and to the point description really appreciated. As he promised, he delivered by bike with in 4 days!!! And this is something unbelievable.. but Mr Madhu kept his word. Other stuffs are also equally well behaved and helpful.

Unprofessional at times.1. No proper updates regarding delivery. I went on the day the promise the delivery day and no response from delivery manager as soon I reached. I waited around 30 min on delivery day and later he is giving update bike is not registered yet and the day was different. After few blah blah blah he said its because of someones relative passed away. I already tried to reached multiple phone number they have given, I didnt get any response from anyone.2. I was already given list for my accesories on the day I was given the documents and it repeated again on the other day they failed to given the delivery. Should have keep the list well.3. There is no updates regarding delivery on next day. They said it would deliver around 4 and no updates even after 6. I tried to reach and multiple times and I got update around 6 they would give update. No response till the time I wrote this review.

I had an issue with crash guard it wont fit for classic they didnt do tight fitting first of all it wont fit properly for bs6 vehical ,they used tell like bike has fully sensered vehicle ,out side crash guard will affected to silencer senser such that they said more ever showroom crash guard wont fit properly it touch to silencer senser.....

He guided me and promised me a hassle free delivery of the vehicle.Iam very glad to say that not only Mr Gerald made the process hassle free but he took personal interest in getting the bike delivered yesterday 28.07.20.During the time of pandemic I was very apprehensive whether things will move as I desired. At my first visit the staffs were professional and were ready to hear the customers, but on my recent visit they were least bothered about the customers and have lost the 3 motorcycle orders from my side as they faild to just provide the quotation, I even tried calling them but the response was too poor, I hope the management will take the matter seriously and teach the value of customers to their staffs

Bought my classic 350 Redditch red. Staff are very responsive however they are usually in a hurry to finish the deal. My vehicle was delivered within 10 days as committed. Necessary formalities were neatly completed without any hiccups.

Very worst experience with this dealership, booked the royal enfield classic 350, black colour a month ago starting from the sales executive to finance all are sick guys do not keep their commitments, agreement was signed two weeks ago. the process they took to just get the amount was more than a week and the worst part is that vehicle was supposed to deliver today and when i called to check on that they are saying they cannot deliver it today rto payment issues, will deliver on next working day.

You can see all latest edition Royal Enfield bikes including the flagship model - Interceptor.People are humble and service is really good.Once you book the bike, generally they give the bikes within the duration they promise and there will be no delay. There might be early delivery though.You get all kinds of Royal Enfield jackets and helmets as well.They also treat their customers with a special cake on the day of delivery of bikes which actually impressed me a lot.

Very friendly people. Bikes are the best in category. From the first day I went in, the representatives were nothing but helpful in all ways. Answered all questions and clarified any confusions. Showroom maintained really well. People there are well trained and humble. The only drawback is a cramped parking space which is not a big inconvenience. Apart from this, I would recommend to go-to this showroom for all bike enthusiasts.

Showroom interior are good and but salespersons behavior is very unprofessional and neglegent.. recently we brought a bike from here.. while process is happening for handing out key.. one of the sales person was leaning down on my back with his elbow on seat and acting care less.. this kind of behavior observed repeatedly.

My personal experience with royal Enfield management . I went for an interview to Lalbagh office they directed me to magadi road branch and then from there I was asked to go to rajajinagar branch to meet mithun . After my interview Mithun called up the banashankri branch manager and after getting conformation that there was a vacancy in banashankri branch I was offered the job.As informed the next day I went to banashankri branch to report, I was made to wait till afternoon since the manager was in a meeting, later the manager (Madhu) walked up and said there is no vacancy and asked me to meet mithun who appointed me. I went all the way and met Mithun who bluntly said there is no vacancy and asked me to leave.

I highly recommend you not to buy your dream bike from this place.....until u pay your money they will all be calling and alll that but after you complete your payment they actually dont care at all...they called me two to three times for a signature for applying for rc card..and ya when i took my vehicle delivery the seat had a cut and the tank also had some damage which i did not notice....they gave me new seat as i asked they that day it self but my tank is still like that...it is been over 6 months and i have not not received my rc card when i went to the rto to check,they tell ur ssrp or what every is still pending and the company should do it...careless staff they had not completed my rc card procedure
