Im writing this review after almost 5 years, since I want to upgrade my car to new one and do not want to buy from Blue Hyundai, Rajajinagar.So here is my experience, I had purchased a car from them and all the payment were done. One day the sales person called me and told the music system which I have purchased has some radio reception issue and their quality team has banned to use that and asked me to pay 5K more for the other music system.I denied to pay the amount as I had already made all the payment. To my shock when I received the car the same faulty music system was fixed to the car. Till today when I on the radio I feel so miserable.Even after paying lakhs of rupees for the new car, these people did not give me a music system which was just 5k more. Even Im a Sales guy as profession, if some one is spending lakhs I will surely give them upgrade of 5k.Second thing is that there was not much celebration, I think because it was a small car, they think celebration is not required.Ok fine, our photo was taken while delivery. Till today the photo has not reached me even after multiple followup.Next thing is service. After one of the service the engine oil drain plug was not tightened properly and oil was leaking from the car. Luckily I spotted the leakage or else all the oil would have drained.I have stopped giving the car for service to them now.Im writing this to let them know that my next car will not be from any Blue Hyundai showroom and Ill surely write this to Hyundai team too.
