Wasted my VW Polo, worst customer care.Went to check an issue in power window. Technicians were too lazy to open the door panel,they just opened the power window button using screw driver as a lever and broke the plastic that helped the unit to fit inside the pocket. I noticed then and there and told them not to do it. Immediately I was asked to wait in customer lounge and they broke other three door power buttons. They are unethical and charged me 500rs for this. They didnt even care to put back wires in right place and were hanging outside the door. One of the worst auto services. I had total disappointment with Mahindra as a brand and would never again visit any Mahindra first choice centre.

The service was very good and very prompt.They listen carefully to all the issues and do a thorough check. Also unlike the new trend where all service centre will start with finding defect and then trying to screw Money out of customer Mahindra was more focused on customer satisfaction.Also they were quite punctual

As the place is less crowded, one can interact with mechanic and be with the car all time. Mechanic provide genuine suggestion about the current condition and parts replacement, not at all felt like money oriented infact better than company service centre. Surely recommend to my friends.

Pathetic customer service and management.I have tried twice and disappointed both times. First was for a service. The service quality didnt look bad but very bad management as they do not even document the checks they did. I had asked for wheel alignment and their staff kept asking each other if that was done at all. So, I had reasons for suspicion. Additionally, they do not update the vehicle status and moreover do not even receive the calls. Due to improper management, it takes really long time.Second time, I took my car to them because of some problem. They kept the car for more than half a day and then barely told me what the problem could be. They told me that they would call me for giving quotation but then expectedly (based on prior experience), they never call.. A workplace Best avoided

Had been there a month ago. From being a great service center handling multi-brand cars, it has now become a GARAGE for primarily OLA drivers. The theme of customer service is completely gone since they have tied up with OLA for servicing all their Cars. After dealing with cab drivers everyday, the concept of customer service has completely disappeared for them. I had given by Chevy Beat for replacing the clutch plate. It took them 4-5 days to deliver my car and that too when I barged into their service center demanding my car to be delivered as no one in their team could confirm if my car has been serviced. To top it all, after bringing my car home, I realised that these guys have damaged my reverse car parking sensor during the clutch plate replacement process. However, I did not want to give my car again in those hands to get something else damaged, so I will get it replaced somewhere else.In short, PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR CAR CARE

Dont Take a chance. I gave my car for service, the quality of service is very poor. And they 6K for such a mediocre service. After paying that I was given a bill in written in pen and in wihite paper. They stated that there is a server issue and they will send once it is up. But I got a fresh bill after 1 month and asking them 7 times in person where I paid 15% tax. I was totally frustrated.

This the worst service centre, Road side puncher shops are better than this.... they took 15 days for bumper change and when we kept for service they have used my car without my permission Nd they have used 4000 kms without our knowledge..... I’m planning to file a case in police station

They are big time cheaters. They gave an estimate of 6k for the repair which was actually no more then 3k for such a small repair but when I went to pick the car they made it 10k. The reason I paid is because already for small little repair they took 7 days and didnt want to extend and spoil it even more. The repair included spark plug, wheel bearing, belt.When they asked about feedback I gave a very bad one for which they registered complaint.But to address that complaint nobody still called me up.An advice to all please go-to respective service centers and not to such idiots.

Recently my friend had referred me about Mahindra first choice services at Panathur road, I got my polo serviced, I can say this is one of the best car service center in bangalore

Concentration is more on increasing bill amount. It is mentioned in my Scorpio bill that turbo needs to be replaced which will cost 45k. I got it checked at different place where it was referred as in good condition. Recently i drove 3000 km and no issues.This service center failed to provide me door window motors even after 2 months instead they repaired it for 1200 which lasted for 2 days. They changed my clutch plate during last service and it costed me around 20 k. It was perfectly fine before service, now as per the reputation i doubt that it has been changed or not because old broken part was not returned to me as proof which all genuine service centers do.I totally feel that never rely on their service and enquire in detail whenever you are servicing your vehicle here. Your vehicle needs your time, so be present while getting it serviced.

Never visit. They cheated me for twice. Be careful when you give your vehicle for major work. They include the items in bill which are actually not replaced. I had caught them red-handed once.

Krishna, an advisor at this workshop is a creep. He yells at customers, tells unfair prices & was literally threatening some of the customers (fight regarding unfair charges he was quoting).So, better to avoid this place.

For some reason, i am receiving repeated complaints for my service and regular checkups, its like i am visiting them every month almost since last 6 months. Initial service was good, but later on people changed and i am not satisfied from last 3 visits, i am thinking to change my decision and look for alternatives.

They are such an unprofessional and careless people and felt like 3rd class garage, I have given my vehicle for insurance claim. For single claim they (Krishna reddy )asked me rs2000, when called the insurance Surveyer and checked again and found there’s only one claim. After I did all these enquiry they ready to reduce the amount. the condition of the vehicle was pathetic when they deliver they did only the paint works and did not replaced the damaged parts which they promised after the Surveyer inspection. Instead of replacing the parts they do cheap fixing and and polishing on scratches which look very ugly again within two days

I had given the car for insurance claim. They kept the vehicle in garage in full dust and returned the vehicle on 6th day in horrible condition. Interiors exteriors were dirty. There was a dirty cloth inside the car after they dropped the vehicle to my desired location which happened to be a *****5-star hotel which was again embarassing for me as the security had parked my car along with other cars there. And when i asked why they didnt even do a basic wiping or basic cleaning, they said BBMP stopped the washing. Hilarious and unprofessional reason. Have submitted the pics to my insurance contact.

Good place for multibrand car servicing, good technicians, with good knowledge in all brand cars, price is also less than showrooms, time taken also less , and many options available in spare parts brand, staff is also cooperative and follow up also good,overall washing of the car is also good, overall bodyshop jobs like denting and painting are excellent, good in technical solving in this workshop

Uncouth, Unprofessional, disgusting dumb folks. One of the 3rd class service centers.I was forced by these royal sundaram insurance folks during a claim for a minor accident, I had. They promising heaven by Mahindra and convinced me to give vehicle to them for denting and painting repair. Mahindra folks initially promised Thrusday for the delivery, then postponed the delivery to Friday saying the parts(headlight and bumper) not available. Then on Friday postponed it further to Saturday with some other tantrums saying denting has not been done correctly and damaged and it requires rework . Now on Saturday they cry saying labour is on leave, to be postponed to Sunday. On Sunday late evening they cry again saying paint is to be dried and can’t be delivered before Monday.After lot of mental stress and followup, I finally see the vehicle for delivery.And lo and behold, its full of dust, white patches all over. Repainted bumper Blue is way way lighter than body blue, the headlights do not turn on. And denting is in bad shape with big gaps on on the sides and top of bonnet.On analysing the radiator frame was broken and they somehow hid things and never informed trying to cover up and took me for a rideI refused to accept and returned the vehicle back in this condition.Now few more follows and adding even more stress, I get the vehicle back, but even now the denting issues remained and below fiber engine cover was hanging, the white patches over repainted area remains behindBut I would not continue this pain anymore, took the vehicle in that state to get anything else repaired myself rather than depending on these bunch of random, uncouth, unprofessional dumb folksAvoid Mahindra first choice at all costsEven complaints are not taken care of, they mail back some executive will call and take care of the issue. I am still awaiting, 5 days since complaint raised, 2 weeks since they took over the vehicleComplaint Ref No.: 136815.

The worst experience i had ever in my life...to put it simple.. they have three motto(i) care for care : worst service(ii) care for time: worst(iii) care for money: worsti appeal to all customers not to get into trap because i pained my fingers even after seeing the bad reviews because i called up Rishi to enquire about the bad reviews and further he assured those things will not happen for me. to the surprise they are very unprofessional and i suggest to go to any road side shop which is much much better in providing the professional service.

We had an issue with paint flaking issue on the rim and air was leaking out. They failed to realise this and said the tyre was punctured. In 2 days the air was completely leaked. Be careful with them and do not trust them blindly

Given my Innova for insurance services and it took them over 4 days to fix a dent and a tail light the cost of which was way over the top. And they never kept their promise of delivery taking more than 4 hrs for a 20 min journey and that too in the afternoon when there was no traffic on the road. All I kept hearing is that ‘the driver will be there in 5 mkns’. Very unprofessional. I won’t refer them to anyone

I had a road side breakdown of my Fiat Palio on 20th April 2016 on the Outer Ring Road, Marathahalli, Bangalore. I called Mahindra First Choice 75, 83/2, Panathur Main Road, Kadubeesanahalli Junction, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560087. They towed my car and took to their garage. They told me after a few hours that they will have to check thoroughly and let me know the next day on whats the problem. Its nearly 37 days and my car has still not been delivered to me. Every time I have to make a few calls and they dont pick up and after many calls they call back and when I check the status they tell me that they are waiting for some parts. Very poor service and very poor feedback. I came to MFC because its a big organisation otherwise a road side workshop would have repaired and given to me. There is no one senior to talk to either. I am frustrated and very dissapointed with MFC.
