I got my iphone7 battery replaced using home service. After replacing the battery the person left but I realised later that i could not hear anything over the call. So while replacing the battery something happened with phone speaker , though mic is okay because person over call can hear what I say but not the other way. Its all about how cleanly work is done by not interfering with the other components while replacing the battery. It was working phone with 78% battery life and now its useless for calls. I am highly dissatisfied how phone was handled . I think all positive reviews are fake here . I am just regretting why did i got my battery replaced:( I should have used phone for calls with old battery itself .

Do not be fooled by the reviews.I paid to fix my MacBook and there are issues within 30 days of submitting it.I then walked in to their store, and they claim its a new problem now which is just poor worksmanship.I initially gave them my laptop because it wasn’t charging. The current problem is the same, but their diagnosis is different.Plus they are saying it will take double the cost to fix it.I wouldn’t trust these guys.How convenient to charge customers again and again for the same problem.

******DO NOT GIVE YOUR DEVICE TO THEM AT ANY COST!!*******Read this before you even consider them.I gave them my fully loaded Macbook Pro 15 retina, i7 2.5 GHZ, 16GB RAM, 512 GB SSD worth about 1 lakh after depreciation.It had a display problem, where the backlight was not working, if a light was shone through the Apple logo the contents screen could still be seen (Login field etc). The system was working on an external display. When I spoke to them, they acted like they understood the problem, said that they could fix it, they took the device for Diagnosis for 7 days.Then they called me and told me that the device was unrepairable, the motherboard had to be replaced etc, that even apple service could not fix it, and then they returned the device, now the display was not working at all, shining a light through the apple logo now would not show the screen, the screws on the laptop was not even properly screwed in, the display hinge was misaligned.I called them back and asked why the display was now not working at all, it was worse than when I gave it them, then they said they will fix it, so they came and picked it up again.After 2 weeks I called them, no response, after 3 weeks I called them, they said they are running “diagnostics”.Now after 3 weeks they call up and tell me that the entire device is dead and not in working condition, that they will buy the device from me for Rs. 15K!! I can’t believe it! These crooks took my system, messed it up beyond belief, totally bricked it. There is also a high possibility that they have replaced parts from the device with defective parts and even used working parts from my device for their own.Got the device assessed by Apple iCare (see attached assessment). This is what itweak will do to your device.And before they lie and say that they dont know who I am, this is the - job card number 22152. Invoice no. also in the shared images.

My I phone 6 had a touch screen problem and I was referred to I Tweak. Their service engineer came to my home to check the problem and diagnosed the problem to do with the motherboard. He tool the phone and after two days returned the phone repaired. It is now 7 days since and the phone is working perfectly. I commend their services very reliable and easily contactable.

ITweak came up in my google lookup and understanding how Service of laptops and mobiles is happening these days with even services provided by the principle companies when under warranty etc is not great, i just logged a call with Itweak to replace my Iphone 7 Display with not any major expectation.But i was so very happy with how they provided the support and service that ITweak provided. this brings back confidence in me that we still have good service and support organizations.1) the office/contact executive was polite and professional and gathered all required details from me. even helping me verify the model details etc.2) was clear about the total cost involved.3) gave commitment on the time of support executive arrival4) approximate time required to sort the issue if it was as mentioned at the doorstep.Now the support executive(Gajanand) arrived on the stipulated time and professionally did the job. Asked me to verify and i found it good. he also mentioned that if there is anything that i notice later, i could call him or the office and the issue would be addressed.The eve of the same day i noticed that the proximity sensor was not very sensitive. I did speak to Gajanand and he ensured there will be an executive to come over to support the next day. I did not call the office.As he mentioned the next day another executive(Govardhan Shanmugham) arrived and worked to resolve the issue. no additional price was involved. Both the support executives were very professional and polite.I will definitely recommend ITweak for any Apple support to people i know.Also a message to ITweak. your engineers were awesome. Retain such talent. Support and service is nothing without great executives. Gajanand and Govardhan were outstanding. Kudos to them and good luck.

Amazing service, impeccable technicians, unbelievably transparent repair with add on services like deep cleaning of the devices and other stuffs.5 ratings are still less I feel for them . Their behaviour is something you would definitely appreciate.The cost side is little higher as per my experience. I had to replace the speaker anti dust mesh for my iPhone 6s Plus and it costed me 1200 bucks including all. Since it’s not the speaker but just the net which stops the dust particles to get in. I feel it’s expensive and hope the team resolves it soon. Overall I just can’t give them less rating for this reason and they definitely need the 10 ratings.

Before coming to iTweak I was quite stuck with the (outside iCare) replacement options for my MBP display - most places I visited were either not confident in handling the intricacy of the replacement (apple displays arent straightforward to replace), or were not confident of the new parts durability with the latest MacOS (which is certified compatible by Apple).But as soon as I contacted iTweak, their confidence and authenticity got my attention and trust; they did a great job with the replacement; they also gave me 18 months warranty - the slightly higher cost than other cheaper options, has proved to be worth it as of now (been 2 days since usage); but I know that good/authentic work always lasts long. With the overwhelming positive comments, I trusted and visited this place before COVID lockdown happened, that around Feb. end, I had a issue with my iPhone 7plus charging, it was not charging. Technician goes by name Vinod he received and said he will fix in a day or two. I had all the data in it but he assured it will be fixed intact. days and week went by never got fixed when I called he used to say come next week. I couldnt wait any more and visited center. I got to know that gentleman had screwed my mother board and its stuck in boot loader and my phone is gone. he said U2 IC was replaced and later he saw circuits fried, if thats the case how was it working earlier. So now my whole data is gone forever and now my 125gb iPhone 7 plus is gone. he said he will try review it, I gave him option either to fix or get me other phone. Later next week I visited and this guy was adamant that it wont get repaired any more and he would give temporary mother board of other phone, so I can use, it was 32gb motherboard and mine was 125gb, more over it was white one and mine black iPhone. He said he will get 125gb motherboard and he will replace it. I took phone with trust and waited over a period of 6+ months, every time i call he gives a vague reasons, at first lockdown no supply, later I got bard it had a issue, now getting new one. Its been around 30 calls and no resolution. they give dates which they dont remember. customer care guy gives you full assurances that it will be done with highest priority and then nothing happens. This guys are complete frauds and irresponsible, no professionalism. I dint wanted to comment negatively when things are not right as it is understandable, but my expectation came down.To Summarize its better to do business with professionals then frauds, wish I had visited apple care, things would had been different. though paying hefty price but at least would had got my phone back in one piece.

I had a very good experience with I tweak. Govardhan an I tweak employee connected with me and said that he could home to provide service. I had an issue with my battery and it was draining like crazy. I had a problem on my iphone 7 receiver. The sound was very low. The technician came with a tooth brush and cleaned it with ip solution. Guess how much they charged: Rs 590! Went for an iPhone 6 battery replacement, they replaced it in about 7-10 mins and charged Rs.2360 with 6 months warranty. Satisfied and phone battery is working pretty good too after replacement.

Even i went and gave my iPhone for service after seeing positive review where my problem was not fixed but new problem accrued like cant hear and speak to some one with my phone they said home button is gone but later i made tat to work by using some other technician its waste of money

My ear piece speaker had issue and I was not able to hear anything the other person talk over the phone. Writing this review after having used their services thrice. I first approached them when my iphone was not charging up. They were very honest with the issue and told me that dust had accumulated in the charging port. I was charged only the service fees for cleaning it up. They could have easily come up with some theory about the charging port having malfunctioned but they displayed high ethical conduct here.Second time I got the battery of my phone replaced from them. After about a month the replacement battery lost its charge holding capacity. Upon informing them they came to office to replace the battery with a new one since it was still under warranty. You can rest assured that they will honor the warranties on their replacement parts. Got the display replaced in the third instanceHave contacted a few other high rated vendors for the issues with my phone, I observed that iTweak has by far the lowest prices. Added to thisthey provide service at your doorsteps and are very punctual. Went for screen replacement for iPhone 6s & the service was fast & best value for moneyToday is Day1 & the 3D Touch is working perfectly fine .They also provide 18 months warranty for any functionality related issues. I hope not to use it in the coming months.Will post updates after 3 & 6 months.EDIT : Update after 1 month of usage.The screen is slightly more sensitive than the original one & the color saturation is slightly more. For example, the orange color, this is a bit noticeable.Nonetheless, given the price difference with the original one, this screen is really worth it.

I had posted an excellent review with 5 stars twice. But I am forced to post this single start review because of the way I am being treated and given a run around. I needed battery replacement for 2 iPhones and ear phone speakers for both the phones. I called them on Monday and booked an appointment for Wednesday. Waited all day long. Nobody came or called. I had to call them 10-15 times for my call to be answered... when my call was answered... the person said the appointment has been rescheduled for Friday. I waited today. No one came. Once again had to call them 6 times and finally got connected. The person who answered the call acted like he doesn’t know anything at all.I understand situation is not normal due to pandemic. But at least he clear with the customer. Don’t give him a run around.

He was very friendly & informative. He showed me the problem by opening the phone & he described the problem very clearly.Not only he fixed the issue in the best way but also he did the cleaning of my Charging port, speaker & 3.5 mm jack.As a result my earpiece volume is really nice now. Excellent!!! work by the Team, My purpose of writing this review to help people like me out there, in the first attempt i tried with iCare and their response was we need to change the LogicBoard(48500/-) , i was not willing to spend this big amount , then i tried another Apple repair Shop in the Whitefield area , he also could not fix . Finally the persistent nature to pursue the affordable fix for my laptop i landed with iTweak where they fixed it and also charged bare minimum . i Loved their professionalism to keep the customer updated about the fix , the time of delivery and so on.

Service provided by itweak is satisfactory. The executive thoroughly examined the mobile before starting screen replacement process for iPhone 5S. Booked a door service for a cracked iphone 6s screen. Promptly got a call from them to schedule an appointment. Govardhan, who was the assigned technician, called me 30 minutes before the appointment time to confirm availability and address. He was there on time and did a great job. He was quick and efficient in replacing the screen. Very professional in his approach in confirming all the functions(proximity sensor, light sensor) that were working fine. Asked me to confirm that the same functions were working after the fix too. Overall good experience with the booking and servicing.

I got my iPhone 6s screen replaced in June at a reasonable price (+ one year guarantee). They didnt even take 30 mins to replace my screen. Service is good and Technician was humble. But for just removing dirt from charging port of my device they charged me Rs. 590/-. This is just out of my thinking. If they want to sustain their customers they must give some solutions on call also to try it before sending technician to place.Removing dirt with a sharp thing costs Rs. 590/- in iTweak. If a person is using an iPhone then he must be intelligent himself that on a simple phone call they can guide to do some user repairable things! But then who will do business! Great game!Thats why two stars!Spread the knowledge which can be learnt very easily. Dont charge Rs. 590/- for it!

I called them to pick my MacBook as it was not turning on, after 5 days they called me saying that it cannot be repaired. After getting the device I opened the back cover found that many screws are missing from the logic board.

Horrible service. I was promised that my iPad would be ready in 24-48 hours. I didnt hear back from them for 47 hours. When I called, I was informed they need 48 more hours. Do not use iTweak!!! Customer service has been extremely poor. After having to call many times, I was finally able to get my iPad just before I left for my trip. However, the iPad does not charge. I have made several attempts to contact the company, but they have gone unanswered.

I went there and gave my phone and they simply removed the dust and its working like a charm..very hard to find such genuine and honest guys these days!! Keep up the good work..long way to go..

I had heating problems in my laptop and gave it for servicing to iTweak. They fixed it on general charges. I then started having issues with my keyboard post service and they asked me to resubmit my laptop. After one week they call me saying - the logic board is damaged and the whole set needs replacement. I took my laptop for a second opinion to iServices and it was just a minor software problem.iTweak - if you are not familiar with the problem. Just admit you cant find the root cause issue and be done with it. Changing the whole logic board wasnt going to resolve the issue.

On 30th i interacted with itweak for my iphone 7 plus speakers problem am facing this problem till 6 months...i went itweak just in 20 minutes solved my problem....thank u ITWEAK...

Got my MAC repaired.. problem was fixed... but it took close to 3 weeks...Good service at a snail pace.

Be very aware while taking service from itweak or any such service centre. They will simply suggest changing whole display unit or motherboard even if it’s minor issue, I was asked to pay 5500 plus tax 6100 in total for my iPhone 6 plus screen flickering issue. Thanks to my curious nature I had done enough homework about this issue online and came to know it’s very basis issue when display connection are loose. The itweak guy was not even ready to touch display connector but forcing me to buy whole display then I denied his service. I got it done in 500 Rs from other place, Suggestion to all name sake techies to do some basis google before falling pray for such mechanics ... peace

Excellent Service!Quick and Reliable. The problem was rectified immediately by just looking at the device carefully which even Apple Care people figured out wrongly. The device was opened in front me and the damage was shown, it was battery issue. The new battery was replaced and the old one was returned back to me. Nominal charges but it they deserve it for the swiftness in the service. Also got a default 6 months warranty as well on the new battery along with the bill in hard and soft copy both.

Excellent on time service. My screen was shattered & needed replacement. The technician came the next day and completed the work in 20 mins. Very efficient & cheaper than other offerings in the market.

Transparent and Honest service for iPhone, I have a toddler at home and small accidents do happen, this time milk spilled on my phone and the ear speaker volume became barely audible. I called iTweak, and requested them for a ear speaker replacement. The engineer came home on time as promised, he tested the phone with the new speaker, but the problem was in the protective mesh, he corrected thats and charged very reasonable service charge. In the current environment, he accepted credit card as the payment method.Very happy and satisfied with the service.

For simple screen replacement the I-store guys asked a ton of money, but these guys got me the same original screen for it actual prices.. which was way less than what was quoted in the i-store. Thank you for your honest and awesome service.

Had an issue with my Iphone6s+ and iphone5s battery. They sent their engineer to my office within 24 hrs of me logging a call at the scheduled time. The engineer was quick to get the battery swapped. Super fast and service and customer friendly. This is what a customer expects always !!! Great experience
