Earlier staff was good now little rude, good in serviceExplanation when returning vehicle is very poor now a days

Customer care representatives are responsive, they listen to the customer problems and get it rectified from technicians,. If problem persist they make sure its rectified and vehicle is delivered to customer, Costing is moderate.

Service is okay. Sometimes dont fix the problem with the vehicle and just return it as it is with a a bill.

WORST EVER SERVICE! I RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT HERE IF YOU ARE WILLING TO SERVICE YOUR BIKE, BETTER VISIT OTHER SERVICE CENTER OR LOCAL MECHANIC SHOP, THE PEOPLE HERE DAMAGE YOUR BIKE AND LATER TELL YOU IT WAS ALREADY DAMAGED I SHOWED YOU AND MANY MORE EXCUSES, IF YOU WANT BETTER HEALTH OF YOUR BIKE VISIT OTHER SERVICE CENTER....... OR SERVICE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Not claiming warranty for my new Access not satisfied with this service I recommend pls dont buy this access my own new scooter experience all new customer complain in showroom when I visited .

Although it did not really start out good but the quality of service is exceptional.My SF 250 was quite rough when I gave it for service here. The bike was barely 5000Kms old but already felt quite strained.The other service center guys had messed it up quite bad and I was never going to return there.I am quite happy and also pleasantly surprised to see my bike back to life.. It feels brand new.. everything.. From gear shifts to throttle response is crisp.. The vibes are gone and the bike feels like its been given a second life..Would recommend every one to trust these guys.Also would have been more happy if they treat their customers a little better..

Very worst service suzuki has, i have been waiting for my vehicle from more than 15 days and its bew vehicle not even 3000 kms ran yet, ghe guy said gear box has some issues and they do not have parts yet. I suggest not to go for suzuki vehicles.

Work is good but service managers are bad.they rudly talking with customers. long ago one person manager vikas given superb service. Now there is worst service.

Have been visiting this place since 6 years... Very friendly staff.. And service wise its good..Only thing is weve to wait for an appointment to get our bike serviced. You need prior appointment for servicing.. So better to get it before going for service.They will address our complaints.. They will fix it.Mentioning again friendly staff.

Best Service Center for Suzuki Two wheelersin Bangalore all of the employees were great at customer service.the care for you as well as they care for vehicle.They make every detail of your vehicle as new as possible.So,that every time you get off from the showroom you can feel that you are having a new vehicle.They keep the cleaning from inside the box also that is the best part you can see.

Worst service center ever i been...these people does nothing but theye add it in bill.I have charged 120 Rs chain lubricant in actual theye even not touched bike chain.I have charged 150 for handel grip,which was not changed..When i asked for service person,he started to behave like Rowdy...

We have to keep insisting mechanical guys atleast 4 to 5 times at every service .. to resolve only after that they do it but the charges keeps on adding every time as if the service is successfully accomplished. This has to be changed by them and rectify at that same service .

I gave my bike for servicing here after hearing good reviews everywhere .Had very Bad experience, they have just washed the vehicle. they even forgot to put engine oil. be careful guys.

Worst experience with this service center. Kindly avoid this service center guys. Without changing any part they wil charge. And they not even assemble the vehicle. I got a big trouble to their irresponsible thing.

They provide quality service for suzuki bikes.Working staff is also cool as they communicate in proper way and have communicational skills in hindi , English and local languages.

My first service was disappointing. They dont fix all the issues.. they only change oil n put some screw n return your bike..I think only for record purposes they call for service.

Best service one can get for suzuki bikes (especially access 125 in my case) in bangalore. I was fed up by other suzuki service centres in bangalore soo thought of giving it one last try. They serviced my bike soo well that it runs as if it is new. :)
