Always refuse service using Convid as an excuse even for children. They just want to move you to after hours clinic.

Terrible service, attitude towards patients and health care. After being here three months I decided to move to a better health care facility. Would not recommend at all! I would have given them no stars.

We left, getting an appointment is usually 3days or more, and you can wait an hour to be seen. The surgery seems over-subscribed and hence over-loaded, but doctors good just too hard to see them.

The service was pathetic for a medical centre, i was send to the centre for blood test, reception had not even look on there system to see if they have my details, they send me away. Poor service poor client relationship.

A family member recently had a 30 minute consultation that involved no examination of any kind. Not even blood pressure taken but barely half an hour of talking only(by the patient) after waiting for over half an hour over the appointment time. Charged $116 which is outrageous. My doctor at Remuera Medical centre never handed me a bill of that size for 30 minutes and the demographics of that suburb are similar. Not ok KMC.
