Cant get through on the phone to make an appt. If you call expect to be on hold for at least 20 to 30 minutes every time. To see the doctor for annual exam it takes almost a month or longer. Doctors will not refill my prescriptions keep sending me to specialists to do my prescriptions. If I have to be sent away to other doctors then what do I need Premier for. There obviously Way under staffed. Time to find a real family practice.

Premier Dental has given me the professional guidance that I trust. From the teeth cleaning to the dentist it is a great experience. The staff is friendly, the place is very clean and updated. Makes going to the dentist less stressful. They look into your needs and don’t push you into unnecessary treatments.

Dr Apicella is the finest Dr in Palm Beach County and the surrounding countiesI would drive for four hours to see this man and his staff. If he is not your primary care physician. You do not know what you are missing out on. He is the ABSOLUTE bestI have known him for 13 years and will stay with him forever and so should you

It’s a one stop shop. If you don’t have an appointment you can check into the urgent care down stairs with access to all your medical records easily to handle most primary care concerns. The wait is almost always never long. There are in house labs, ultrasound specialists, a wellness center and even a very clean and nice tropical cafe. It’s like a mini hospital. His brother has been my dentist for years and is next door on the second floor. Best dentist office in Palm Beach county. The best. On the medical side I don’t see Dr Apicella personally but all the doctors are great especially Dr Gandhi and Dr Appelblat.

I have been seeing Dr. Apicella for many years. I give him credit for making my senior years better. Hes honest, most of all he listens to your concerns. If I am having surgery or taking a new medicine I check with him first. No words can say thank you enough for the way he has taken care of me.

My family and I have been patients here for over ten years, and we are continuously impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable their staff is.I recently had to make a trip over to Urgent Care for a broken foot. I interacted with five different staff members—Juan at the front desk, the nurse who checked me in, the nurse who took my X-rays, the nurse who wrapped my foot, and Dr. Selena Buongiorno—each of whom were genuinely kind, attentive, and experienced.Dr. Buongiorno went above and beyond to make sure I would get an appointment the following morning with an orthopedic surgeon in the area, who was also exceptional. As always, I was extremely satisfied with my visit and left feeling generously cared for. :)

Been a patient with Dr. Apicella many years and hes truly the best! Very honest and friendly. All his staff is wonderful too and very helpful!

I dont do reviews often but this is a one that is important to protect people. This office does not deserve my one star but I could not post unless checked a star. My mom as a patient of Dr. Apicella, complained for years of a chronic cough and irritation in her throat. She has a history of smoking and is a recovering alcoholic , both are high risks for throat cancer. Dr. Apicella, instead of referring her to a specialist chose to treat her through his diagnosis of allergies and acid re flux for four years. I asked my mom to get a referral at each visit and each time she asked, Dr. Apicella said no, I can treat this. It was not until I told her that if she did not insist that I would go in and do so. She finally got a referral to an ENT. Said to say, my mom was diagnosed with throat cancer. I knew she was a high risk and I am not a doctor. Why did Dr. Apicella not do his duty as a primary doctor and refer her to a specialist when his prescribed treatment for four years did not work? Allow me to share, there were many other nightmares that I encountered with this office during my mother and her husbands years as a patient. Poor referrals. picking up records and getting other persons information (privacy violation), I could go on, but pointless. The only reason I am writing this review is, I want each of you who choose this office or are in this office to make sure you are educated and become your own medical advocate. In this day and age, we need to be educated consumers in medical care. Most of us dont have a patient advocate and these doctors need to understand that we matter as much as the almighty dollar. If you are a patient in this practice, please ask questions to protect yourself.

My wife and I have been Dr. Apicellas patients for several years and have always had a very good experience with staff and dr. The wait you may experience is well worth the time you spend with Doctor A. Hes very thorough and thanks to his attention to detail, he discovered a spot on my lung which turned out to be non small cell lung cancer. Because of his early detection and my immediate action, this cancer was surgically removed and I am now cancer free.

Waited over 45 minutes to be called, then made to sit in a FREEZING COLD room for over an hour. Had to complain in order to get someone to come see my daughter.No customer service, no management of expectations. Someone should stop in and let you know how long or apologize.Nothing. Very disappointed

Rude and impatient service from the person who works the phone. I asked her to hold on while I changed my phone from speaker and I was abruptly hung up on. Definitely a bad 1st impression. I think I will go somewhere else.
