First time Ive ever been here.Came in for a check-up 2 weeks after a emergency surgery to remove my appendix.The doctor was not available for three months, so I made an appointment with the nurse practitioner.She was nice, but She never checked the operation site, or incisions, never laid hands on me.Just asked me questions.In my opinion, that could have been done over the phone.Receptionist was rude.As I was walked through the office by a staffer to my room, I walked by 10 people none of which said hello or were friendly.I did not feel a level of confidence in the staff.Being in charge of my health is a pretty big deal.I will look Elsewhere for a primary doctor / healthcare provider.

The concept behind this practice is mvery comprehensive and unique. I love that everything can be done in one location. They are all inclusive with their own lab, imaging center, urgent care and wellness center. They have the most up to date technology and are very kind, thorough and professuonal!!!

Mike T. And Joey L. are the dream team at making sure patients medical records needs are met. Rather than having to bounce around and being transferred to multiple departments, Mike T, a patient services representative at Premiere, took the initiative to contact the right person (Joey L.) in the records department to streamline the fax receipt of my medical records to another specialist of mine. And he did it with great energy and a smile that could be heard through the phone (rare to find, especially 10 minutes before 5 o’clock on a Friday afternoon).Great teamwork guys…you are truly Google Review famous now 😁👍🏻Thank you Premiere for finding these two great employees. You need more like them!

Absolutely terrible place!! They are too focused on making money and not serving the patients. I was told that i will see a doctor and when I got there i was told I am seeing the NP. The NP was clearly clueless and lacked medicinal knowledge.

To call to make an appointment expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes or longer. To see a doctor will take a month to make an appointment or longer. Doctors refuse to refill my prescriptions keep sending me away to other doctors. Why do I need to go to Premier for if they dont do anything for me. They are obviously way understaffed and overwhelmed. Its like a factory business not a family practice. Time to go find a real family practice doctor that will help Instead of turning me away.

Its a very complete facility with a Doctors office, Dental office, Wellness center, Lab, and even an Urgent Care all under one roof. The professionalism and care of the Doctors and staff in general is unsurpassed!

Premier Family Health has ruined my life. I was seeing Dr. Santora who prescribed me alprazolam for my GAD, Panic disorder, and PTSD. He prescribed me for 30 days and stopped entirely. No taper. Just cold turkey. I went into HORRIBLE withdrawals. I expressed to him numerous times I couldn’t afford a psychiatrist. He didn’t care about my well being. Mind you he also put me on Lexapro prior to the alprazolam which I’ve taken before I told him makes me suicidal and gives me hallucinations. He told me to give it another shot and I ended up in the ER. The call center is very rude. I’ve been hung up on multiple times after being on hold for 15+ minutes. I feel so dismissed and unheard. I hate to leave bad reviews but I’ve never felt so hopeless due to a doctors poor decision making.

I have been going to Premier Family for more years than I can remember; I love it and wont go anywhere else. Theyre not perfect, but nobody Ive gone to anywhere else has come close.Loved Elizabeth Lofaso as my doctor for years; shes now there in a different capacity, hopefully my new doctor can fill her shoes; it will be tough, lol.

Sadly this place should be given a negative 1 !!! You call and they hang up when youre on hold, the front staff is unprofessional and actually laugh when youre speaking to them! I will be definitely be changing to another primary! STAY AWAY from this office!!!!!

Long waiting times, constant miscommunication and no follow ups. I think the focus here is to make money of pills, Botox and supplements. The usual Doc has info on cancer or heart disease prevention, blood pressure, etc. but this office has pop up posters in their exam rooms that advertises generic viagra.

Dr. Appelblatt is so caring and non judgmental. He has been a great doctor. All my family see him. Takes care of us, does not rush like many doctors I have seen in the past. Staff are great. Place is clean and professional.

Went to urgent care to check on UTI that I have been dealing with. Had been treated with antibiotics however I wasn’t sure it was cleared up. Turns out it was clear and I was wrong. Sent in someone to basically shrink me as to why I came in. Just a charge to add to my insurance I am sure. Should have just told me it was clear.

Been mis-diagnosed here twice.... The urgent care is filled with people who claim they know what they are talking about (and talk down other urgent cares) and always default to the same response without even considering what may actually be wrong with you. Gave them a second chance, thought it was better with a new provider there. Was lied to and told I would be able to call back and discuss my symptoms with the provider if things did not improve after my prescription round was over. Yet been calling back for weeks and never get to actually speak to the provider. Only office staff who just want to suggest a televisit and paying more money for another visit. Not to mention, they say you will get a call back on a certain day and you hear from them a week later..... Last time I make the mistake of going here! You are literally better off going to a minute clinic. Total waste of time and money. Sad that a place like this will find continued success by faking their knowledge.

Schedule an appointment for 1:30 after 45 minutes Waiting, I Went address my concern with the wait time for an schedule appointment and was told by a rude men um the desk that there was nothing he could do and I just have to wait. When I asked if he knew how long I would have to wait, he said I don’t know I would just have to wait.I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the person next to him was his manager which I am sure wasn’t. When I address his so called manager, I was told that They are extremely busy however the location had not one patient in the location or anyone waiting beside me. You think they would say I apologize for the wait, let me see what is taking so long, Etc but instead they didn’t care, they were extremely rude and didn’t even want to pick up a phone or go check to see why it was taking so long.They used to have amazing customer service about 1-2 years ago good however I have to say the service now is one of the worst I have seen. For anyone looking to go there, don’t.

I do not recommend! I am sharing the details of a significant other of mine. Three weeks ago, he asked the staff at Premier Family Health to sign an important medical clearance letter. Considering the pandemic, there is most likely a loss in staff and/or waiting times have increased. He understood this, which is why he allowed his primary care physician over three weeks to complete this form. He called them about 4 days ago to ask of the status due to the requirement of submitting this form coming up shortly. The receptionist replied the doctor has the paper, he just has not signed it yet. This will become a high priority in our system. As another week went on, we became to get very frustrated. Going on almost one month to sign a medical clearance letter, we have not received anything. Either they are understaffed, overwhelmed and/or do not care about patients. Either way, we will be zooming far away from this place as soon as we obtain this letter. I cannot imagine their high risk patients in need of specific tasks to complete for the sake of their health, yet they are relying on staff/doctors that are not reliable!

Wife & I have been patients here for several years. In the beginning, it was great. But this place seems to have gone downhill fast as of late.Im on blood pressure medicine. My bp gets insane if I dont take it as prescribed. EVERY SINGLE TIME my prescription runs out, instead of just calling it in etc, they dont answer and it takes days to get refilled. Meanwhile my blood pressure spikes through the roof. Twice now, Ive had to go see an urgent care doctor and have them write me a prescription just so I could get my meds. Ridiculous!Case in point, today.i have to go to an urgent care in the middle of a pandemic, put myself at risk, just to get a prescription. When all they have to do is answer the phone or answer my pharmacys multiple requests..

Then once you actually get on the phone to make the appointment the front desk girl sounds miserable. I wanted a great doctor office near me since I recently moved...but first impressions are everything.

This office had mostly nurse practitioners readily available. If you prefer to see a doctor, you need to wait 8 weeks. I call several times for a question, Im put on hold for 10 minutes, then Im sent to voicemail. I need some forms sent over to my insurance and Ive waited over 6 weeks, to no avail.

If I could rate a negative number I would. I have stage IV cancer. Had a televisit last week. Someone was suppose to call me to setup a time for my test. No one ever called I called and it took me 2 hours to get a live person on the phone. Find out that they never even put orders in for my test. Took my money, didn’t do anything. Shameful! So if I have a positive test and now walking around for almost a week, someone will be held accountable!If someone with stage IV cancer isn’t a priority I would be hard pressed to think anyone else would be. I would never ever ever go to this place.

Always have a good experience when I go there for an appointment. Everyone is helpful and Dr. Pankow is very knowledgeable. Same goes for the urgent care. Very efficient, very helpful and good follow up. Selena is also a great asset to their practice. No complaints about Premier Health care from me

Went to get my physical for work, they never sent me my paperwork, they said I can come pick it up whenever but when I did they said I have to make a new appointment just to pick up my papers and they charged me twice for it. I do not recommend this place at all!

Absolutely Terrible receptionists. I am a brand new patient trying to set things up called 4 days in a row to get a prescription. I do not appreciate being HUNG UP in the middle of a conversation, especially after being on hold for 20 minutes. With no call back at all. I needed additional information as well and never got a call back. Then after waiting on the phone for 40 minutes it rings and rings then the phone says good bye and hangs up. This place and doctors just want to make money. Me and my husband went to different doctors on different days. My nurse practitioner was at least better and communicated but my husbands doctor was worse. They didn’t gave him any treatment instead and send him with a piece of paper, asked to come back again after 3 weeks then they will go from there. First visit they will not give you any treatment you have to come again to get treatment. My husband is in pain and not feeling well. He needed to get some blood work done immediately. But no. Come after 3 weeks to see again. Its a joke. And how convenient that owner only replies to the post who give 5 stars.

Dr. Appleblatt is awesome. Super caring and very intelligent. Really really impressed with his bed student manner and how thorough he is. Highly recommend!!Very nice building, convenient location right off 441 and I never have to wait more than a minute or two. The office is tech savvy and they even have a great cafe. Love this place.

I’ve been going here for years. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to get any better. There was the time I pulled a tendon in my hand and the nurse practitioner told me I had cellulitis and gave me a medicine that gave me an allergic reaction. Or the time I had the flu and was sitting so long in urgent care I had to leave and go to another one which took me in and tested me before premier said they could even see me.Most recently I’m 8 months pregnant and my thyroid medicine has been recalled. They never informed me of this, I found out another way. And when I found out I called requesting bloodwork to make sure my levels are fine and I was told I’d receive a call back. Of course no call back. I explained the situation but doesn’t seem like they care!

I did a teleconference with Dr. Panko to get my medicine tweaked because of my high blood pressure instead of correcting my medicine he told me to go on a yoga site to do yoga with my blood pressure is 147/103 Before all this occurred I went to the emergency room and had a CAT scan done on my head they said I was fine and to have my doctor adjust my medication for some apparent reason he must think I’m fakingIn the meantime I have a pounding headache and very dizzy anybody have any suggestions

I love coming here for my medical and emergency needs. It is quick and convenient, and everyone is very professional. Your information is saved for both the urgent care and their primary care, which makes it easy. They make technology a priority. I remember a particular time when I needed assistance with logging into the Patient Portal. It was something new for me, but a very nice gentleman named Ryan, provided me with the guidance and assistance I needed so that I could quickly access my medical records.Thank you for always providing excellent patient care! The staff is great, I love them. The only problem I have is that even with an appointment the wait is immense. Don’t get me wrong, if you’re having a medical issue, I would definitely go the staff is willing to help and give you the direct attention you require to get you on your feet and moving again! Like they already decided what they were going to tell me before they walked in despite what I was going to say. No worries, I guess it’s time to find another family health doctor’s office.

My spouse and I have been going to Premier Family Health for approximately eight years. Dr. Apicella really knows his medicine. He is extremely gifted with an excellent memory. (He also thinks he can play good golf.) just kidding doc. I have recommended him to many business associates and many personal friends. He is one of the best to see as a primary physician. Waiting time is generally not too long (10-15 minutes, at most. His staff is very friendly, jovial and knowledgeable.Ratings 1-10, a 10,10,10.

I cannot express the difference in efficiency and care of Dr. Vincent Apicella and his staff at Premier Family Medical Health of Wellington, Fl. Going from his office to another will show up the difference in efficiency and expertise, and youll never go anywhere else. This includes regular care, Urgent Care office, Lab Work office, and Wellness Center. Going from there to another Doctors office make you feel like youve gone to a 3rd world nations doctors office, by comparison in efficiency.

I was extremely sick this past week. I called on Monday to see if I could be seen. My doctor wasn’t available but Dr. Appelblatt was. He took his time to see what was going on. Well I left with what medications to get over the counter but he couldn’t pin point what was going on. 2 days later (on Wednesday)I was still extremely sick. I called to see if he could prescribe something. He called me back personally, but I missed his call. I called back, and his assistant asked more questions. I thought she was going to call me back, but he did. Of course, I missed the call again, but he left a detailed message and said he was gonna call the next day. Thursday work day was basically over, but I didn’t need a call back either way because I was feeling much better. However, Dr. Appelblatt held to his word and called. When I answered he sounded concerned and wanted to make sure I was doing okay, and apologized to me that we didn’t connect the day before (which it wasn’t his fault. He tried during his available times to reach me). He’s not even my doctor, but showed me amazing care. Thank you Dr. Appelblatt!

Cant believe I witnessed Sheena Urdaz walk past her patient who was very upset and literally crying in the waiting room. Very sad to see that this is the type of patient care that some people receive. I will be finding another provider for my grandma before she ends up getting treated this poorly.

The urgent care doctor had no idea what he was doing! He didnt explain and check properly, wrote a prescription which never worked and when I consulted another doctor he told me he shouldnt have prescribed you this medication. The other doc helped us and told us to try over the counter meds and they worked great! Never coming back here again

Good dentist, bad management.I got a bill in the mail stating that I didn’t cancel in time. I called about this issue and the lady explained that this fee was for my mother, whom I don’t live with. Also they called back and then said the fee was because I had my regular cleaning 2 days early, which I should of been notified prior to the cleaning about how this would affect me.I just wanted to know what the reason for my bill was and was provided with 3 very different answers. Also, the bill sent to me in the mail state that it was for a cancellation I NEVER made.Sounds like they don’t know why they are billing me.

I was a patient of Alexs prior to her move to premier. Despite the fact that her office is about 30mins away from my job and home, she is worth the drive. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. You can tell shes is very invested in her patients. I have really bad white coat syndrome, due to some bad experiences in the past, but her down to earth personality always eases the anxiety of check ups. I had expressed interest in weight management and nutrition and she recommended Selena to me, who I love!. Shes thorough in her explanations, caring, and continues to exceed my expectations in a physician. Absolutely LOVE them both, and have recommended many friends and family to them. Working in the medical field, I understand that its very hard to get same day appointments with your doctor, so Ive also seen Dr.Pankow for a sick visit. And of course another pleasant visit with a knowledgeable professional.I see some negative reviews on here that mainly have to do with certain policies and procedures of the practice as a whole. Which are understandable. But for me, the professionalism and care I have received from the physicians outweighs any small inconvenience related to policy.

Im almost NEVER able to get through on the phone after 4pm (before 5pm). Its as though they (front desk) purposely takes the phone off of the hook. Very disheartening. Everything else is great, Im most pleased with the fact that there is an urgent care and Lab (for blood work) in the same practice.

Staff is very reliable and friendly. Appointments always have short wait times. Facility is clean and well-kept, the staff treat each patient as if theyre family. Nurse Practitioner Liz Lafaso was able to treat problems that multiple specialists failed to treat. Im very impressed!

I have been a patient of Dr. As for about 10 yrs. I have seen him on a quarterly basis for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Barretts disease and other problems. I have always expected the best and received the best of care and after care. Phone calls to office staff re scripts or schedule changes have been taken care of timely. Office attitude was and is always warm, friendly, caring and welcoming. Dr. A. is a gift to his profession. Thank you for his Premier Family Health as his gift to us.

Follow up visit concerning issues that appear to be caused by extreme sensitivity to allergies. As in past visits for the problems, LIZ spent considerable time and during this visit - in reviewing past prior medications that had little or no effect on resolving the problem. During this recent visit, LIZ again spent a lot of time and suggested a newprocedure for this health issue. I find LIZ to be very dedicated and professional and willing spend whatever time required to find a solution for my health issues.She is an asset to Premier Family Health.

Dr. Appicella and team do a great job. No one likes to make visits to the Doctor, any Doctor, but when your health is at stake, you want to go to a facility and a Dr. that you know you can trust, will take good care of you, be up on the latest medical info, latest medicines, who will treat you like a friend vs. another patient, and allow you to participate in the decisions regarding your treatment. Thats Dr. Appicella and Premier Wellness. Have been going there for years and from day 1 the care has been amongst the best. If your the type of person that appreciates the latest technologies, being able to go to one facility for various needs, being able to pull your own health information and prescription information online anytime, and would appreciate a doc with sense of humor, then this is the right place for you.

My experience with Noah Saleh,PA-C was fantastic considering I was in Pain..Very personal warm and open to your issue. Emily was also a pleasant and warm person who gilded me and made me feel at home. The only problem I had was the receptionist 9/17/2016. They were speaking to each other on issues that were not work related. They spoke very direct and loud on a billing issue that took place last year, the sum totally up too $78.00 which I submitted to secondary insurance. At any rate I felt humiliated at the desk area. I have been a patient for many years, never encountered these two young women before or their unprofessional behavior.

Fell off a truck at work, had extreme back pain, went in for an Xray got told there is nothing wrong, this was a Friday. Monday was still in bed in a lot of pain, had to use up vacation days. Since nothing was wrong didnt file a workers comp claim. By Wednesday I was trying to get an MRI , I figured there must be damage the Xray didnt show. Took another week to get them to set up MRI, then I called and called and was told no, we dont have your results. Finally drove to Midtown imaging (great people and place, BTW) only to be told they sent results before I even got out of the office that day! They handed me the CD of the MRI and resent everything to Premier, who took FOUR MORE DAYS to call me with the results. (I dont have whatever doctor program reads the MRI disc.) Bottom line themiss diagnosis cost me thousands of dollars and 8 weeks of back pain from a lumbar compression fracture. Thanks, Premier. And you have the nerve to bill me $65 more dollars on top of what I paid already? Insurance wont pay work injuries. Work injuries are hard to file if the NP tells you you arent hurt

At 60 yrs old and having dealt with many Drs over the years i had high hopes when going to Premier, unfortunately from the first phone call to the visits to the testing which all took place between the end of March and the beginning of June i have never had such a terrible bad experience, i accomplished nothing i did finally get a refund from the wellness center for testing i was to have done in April but due to the test kit they gave me being outdated by 3 yrs it was of no use after i did one of the tests, i was still waiting at the beginning of June ( 6 weeks later) for them to get me a new test kit so i could do the tests which i paid $1000 for, I was told one girl left who was in charge if ordering it, then they went and actually ordered the wrong test after that i was told the person who was in chargechad been out for a few days for a family death then finally told me they dropped the ball on me, this was all 6 + weeks later, so my medical issue at this point is ongoing while i wait upon my appointment with a completely other Dr. elsewhere. I did meet with Dr Katie Carlson who was very nice and proficient and had the support staff been more proficient in what they were doing i would of been happy to stay with her. But i was concerned with such issues that i encountered the level of my care was very lacking and not of concern to these people. I do not think patients seeking treatment should fall through the cracks. This was in the wellness center, upstairs in the main office was a whole other ball game i called on day one to make an appointment with an alternative care Dr they made me an appt for a primary care Dr upstairs which i didnt need, she came in and asked do i have a cold i said no i am here to seek some functional ir alternative care for stomach issue she had me marked down for a 15 min visit for a cold. I said the receptionist who i made the appt with told me i need to see you before going to the wellness center she said that was not so as she didnt practice alternative care nedicine and for what i wanted i needed to go make an appt downstairs which i did they made it for that following week. Then they billed my insurance for a visit with a Dr that they made which was the wrong Dr who couldnt treat me as she didnt practice alternative medicine.which was what i asked for when i called in the first place. Hopefully they will remedy the insurance claim they put in. I did speak with the Dr about what i was there for but was there by no fault of my own so once again support staff fouled up. I was told if i see Dr then they make a claim. So they made a claim for that visit 😱A medical facilty is only as strong as its weakest link and for the Drs in that facility i would strongly evaluate the support staff and please for other patients sake become more organized and raise the standards, so they dont end up with prolonged suffering like myself. Would be nice if a fancy place with fancy prices had a work ethic too follow

I’d like to first say I’ve been working in the healthcare industry since 1994. I was even a nurse at the hospital Dr. Vincent Apicella & his wife were interns at several years ago. Dr. A. is extremely personable and down to earth and that’s always a plus. Initially, I was skeptical about all of my follow up visits with one of their Physician Assistants, Selena. However, I know her better now and she’s FANTASTIC!!! She’s a go getter. The one person I always turn to when I need healthcare advice, help, or have follow up questions. My husband also loves her. She’s extremely professional and honest. Sad but true that sometimes finding an honest & professional person in a Dr.’s office is really hard to find, but Selena is AMAZING. I give her 5+ stars 🌟!!!! I hope Dr. Apicella & Dr. Bago see this review and reward her accordingly.

Not happy. I’m going there for years and they are getting progressively worse, but add more departments like vitamin shoppes or cafeterias, the providers don’t care or seem clueless at their irgend care and just push their products, it’s hard to even get appointments with the least popular associates and staff changes frequently and seem to care more to converse about lunches than friendly customer service when checking in. Referrals are usually a nightmare because you never know what new person is in charge and confused with processing them I correctly. The idea of having a provider have all sorts of departments under one roof is a nightmare too as nobody seems to communicate, voicemail systems are often down so forget about leaving a message or having questions. And forget about going in to get some tests done to save a trip because it’s easier to have them have your conditions on file...WRONG! They won’t be able to even know or pull these test results as they have issues with staff even entering refill prescriptions wrong and the constant communication and clueless employee issue shows.West Palms Amazon of primary care, get you tooth pulled, while doing an annual and get physical therapy with a croissant later.So if you go here you’ll wait along time, if they talk you I to getting more care though their specialties they won’t have a clue if you ever had. A test down a year later cause someone entered it wrong or not at all, staff comes and goes ans don’t care. Calling them gets you sent to a voicemail that won’t go anywhere or will get lost and you’ll have to realest call be on hold on average 20+ mins if there’s a question and maybe just ten if you end of being the usual “fifth caller “ in a caller waiting loop to set up an appointment.

Worst urgent care I have ever been too. I started going to them for all in once service, primary care, nutritionist, and lab work. Every time I visit the urgent care the doctors never seem to give me the correct prescriptions to actually resolve the issue and when I call back because the symptoms have not cleared, I am told I need to come back and pay for another visit even tho the last visit was less than a week ago. I visited MDNow urgent care and they provided proper medication the 1st time around so I did not have to come back.I have given Premier Family Health several tries and them seems to be the norm with their urgent care, so needless to say I will be changing and will deter anyone form going there.

I went into their urgent care facility because I had a small hard lump on my ankle. The urgent care doctor did an X-Ray and told me that the bump was just my bone sticking out further then most. She said that since it was painful the bone may be growing that way. Im so happy that I thought this theory sounded stupid to me and I decided to go to a specialist. Turns out that lump was my tendon swelling which ended up tearing and now I have a situation that may require surgery. My advice is to always go to a specialist if you suspect a problem. Urgent cares are good for a quick fix or the common cold but they clearly are not specialists.

I have been a patient for over 2yrs now and from the urgent care,pcp,lab,diagnostics to the phone and desk staff all are great! I work in a Dr office and the staff at premier treat me like I treat the patients , with respect and compassion! My most recent trip was to urgent care late after I got off of work, I had a slip and had quite the knot on my head.It was very busy ,still I was brought back quickly due to my head injury sat in the room only a moment before Dr Apicella himself walked in. He was there helping out because they were so busy. He was professional, kind and compassionate yet completely personable! He told me I needed a CT scan which I knew, however couldnt really afford. He asked what I could afford (it had told him I have a Hsa card ) he left the room , I could hear him on the phone, he came back a few minutes later,told me the center was waiting for me to get there. And the charge would be something i could afford.I was amazed! For a dr to do that himself now days.. almost unheard of! My hats off to Dr. Apicella and his staff! And I also must include my PA the beautiful inside and out Sheena Urdaz, who has put up with my bi-monthly woes and whining like a CHAMP! You ARE the BEST! And an extra shout out to Jennifer J. My favorite patient communications liaison you all😷👍a million stars!

Don’t waste your time here...literally! I’ve only gone a handful of times, but every time I’ve had to wait a minimal of 45-60 minutes in the room only to have the doctor come in and tell me if I didn’t want to wait so long, I should “pick another time slot”. Funny because if I arrived an hour late I’d have to reschedule but they are ok with letting you sit and wait for them. Unprofessional & rude!

Its hard to do business with a medical office that expects patients to arrive early, but cant offer the same professional service in return. With all the texts, e-mails, and other technologies they have, and use ,for making appointments; it would make sense to alert you if your appointment will be delayed. Sadly, the office has expanded so much that the staff is incompetetent to handle these easy fixes. Additionally the medical staff changes often, leaving the patient to start all over again with explaining your medical history.I would encourage smart consumers to do their homework and take ownership of their own health care.Very convenient to use the comments of others to hide behind your own mistakes Premier staff. Own up and apologize! Your medical and clerical staff made serious mistakes, one of which was the refusal to refill my prescription. Very unprofessional behavior!

I recently had my annual physical and was once again impressed with this office. The staff is friendly and efficient and the NPs are professional and thorough. I manage a medical clinic myself so I am very critical when I seek healthcare for myself. This team saved my Honey- we had previously gone to the hospital after my husband was assaulted but still felt really un easy and that we still didnt have any answers and many things that went unaddressed. Went to the Urgent Care fingers crossed and every expectation was met and then some ! We were greeted by a wonderful staff and seen by the kind and amazing Selena. She checked him out and even measured his bite ! This hospital didnt even do that ! They blew it off ! Nope she measured it and gave him shots and sent out for testing. They told us he his orbital floor was broken and needed to be addressed that day (hospital told us it was okay follow up in a week) they went above and beyond - found us the perfect specialist and made sure they were aware what my husbands condition was and that made it so much easier for me, felt like a weight was off my shoulders.STOP ! Look no further ! This is what youve been looking for. Its a one stop medical facility. They have a X-ray machine, they have a physical therapy center, they have a wellness center, and the Urgent Care. What more could you possibly want from a primary care doctor ?!? This place is the WORST! I went to the urgent care a week ago and they told me that it was too early to diagnose anything and that I should go to Walgreens and get Dayquil. The nurse then said if I did not feel well after a while to call her and she would prescribe something. I still had to pay my $100 copay for nothing!A week later and after not improving I called back in hopes that I would get a prescription over the phone (like I was told). The receptionist told me that I would have to come in again to get prescribed something stronger and that they couldnt waive my copay. This is simplly ridiculous I wasnt even prescribed anything the first time and this is why Ive been sick ever since then! Im filing a complaint with my insurance company.

I was there several weeks ago to have my wrist looked at after a fall. Saw a Physicians assistant named Almeida (last name). He convinced me to do x-rays to make sure it wasnt broken. My appt was at 8 am; had x-rays that same day at 9am. He never called me with the results. I had to call their office THREE times; a receptionist answered the phone the last time I called and finally gave me the results 48 HOURS later.That injury occurred weeks ago. I have called several times now asking to be sent for an MRI as the wrist pain has not improved and is worse. I was told the physicians assistant would return my call. Im still waiting on that return call. I initially called 5 days ago requesting an MRI; called again 3 days ago to reiterate my MRI request. Still no return call.

I hated this office. I waited over an hour to be seen by the doctor, however they quickly took my money and put me in the room but I did not see a doctor until an hour later. The doctor was inexperienced with little knowledge. She decided to give me a strep throat test when I had no signs of strep throat. Then to top it off I left with nothing but a cough syrup that could have been equivalent to Tylenol over the counter. Then the doctor said I have a virus if it turns into bacteria come back, that was s very stupid comment. I had lots of yellowish cold And my ears and nostrils were drained, and all I received was cough syrup. This is was a terrible ecperience. Go somewhere where the doctors are knowledgable and where u wont spend 50 bucks for terrible service.

Went to urgent care because I had difficulty walking. Nurse asked me what did I want her to do then asked if I wanted a chest xray. Requested a referral to an orthopedic dr. Never even took an xray of leg. So disappointed and waste of time.

I went in for a dental appointment with my husband and son. I was treated poorly by the head Dentist Dr. Apicella. He was extremely judgy and made me feel horrible. I ended up canceling my appointment that day after the way he treated my son and was charged the $35 cancellation fee. I had also made appointments with the family wellness portion of the practice for the following week but after the poor treatment I decided to cancel those as well.
