Very slow finding a nurse, secretary with blonde hair, very tall, and very slim is very rude. gives the dirties looks! other than that, good people, i love my doctor!

Dr Hawks is a caring person.Since Wellington Hospital closed swiftly Dr Hawks didnt hesitate to take on my family whom he had known for a number of years. We are so grateul having met The Hawks long time ago.

I have doctored here for 2 plus decades, give or take a few. I love my doctor, I have seen many changes in staffing over the years. And the front people are rude, abrupt, and argue, Ive even been hung up on. After all these years Im disappointed with the management. Doctor Anderson is awesome. But he only knows what they tell him. Ive seen problems with billing, test results and personal level of care provided. I now make less trips to doctor than I should because of it. Sad really.

I just called in for some help a couple of days ago and to be quite honest although the doctors in this office are great, half of the nurses are great, there is something seriously wrong with the Gatekeeper.If they dont like dealing with the public then why are they in a public service?If they think they are above the people that pay their salaries they should think again.I dont use the services very often. My visits in person or otherwise are few and far between. But every single time I need the services the same people are there acting the same way. Surely I am not the only one that sees this.Healthcare is a necessity, attitude from the help is not.

The receptionists don’t do anything. For some reason, they keep hanging up on me while I’m trying to make an appointment. If you have an actual issue you need help with, go to any other doctors office. Wellington is a waste of time

Its more then true....the secretary gatekeeper is more then rude. She continues to give me the dirtiest looks and speaks with a tone in her voice towards me as if shes queen bee of the facility.She doesnt even make eyecontact when speaking to you. you. If you dont like your job move on so a friendlier face with a better attitude may take your position. PLEASE!! Im sure the public would LOVE that! :-) My daughter missed the beginning of school because she refused service to her claiming she didnt have any insurance, when she clearly did. Not only did she NOT get to start with her class, her first couple days she felt like an outcast. LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB!! It is not hard to find insurance for a patient threw your computer. Spell the patients name CORRECTLY and READ!!
