Such wonderful place and seeing tri-colour with its full glory, makes me feel awesome..Jai Hind
A symbolic tribute to Netajis hoisting of the first tricolour in Pre-independant India. Hoisted by Honble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on his maiden visit to the Isles back in 2019. One of Port Blair most attractive tourist spots. Picturesque in the golden light of dawn or the setting sun... Plan your itenarary according to the monsoon as the Flag is brought down during storms and heavy rains...
I love to spend my evenings there either jogging or with bae❤️ If you are a nature lover or sea attracts you, might also find it alluring during daytime, but I suggest evening coz its sunny..The street food here is too yumm.. you can simply grab one and spend a quality time there. And ofc this place will add GK..since it has great historical values here. Its charming, dont miss to view this beautiful place.
Its an amazing place where u can sit ND enjoy the amazing view 😍
A Great Place For Patriots. When You See The Huge National Flag Waving In Blue Sky, Its A Goosebumps Factor. National flag and the adorable Andaman sea, its fabulous and breathtaking...
One of the best relaxing place, sea view with fresh air
Feels proud and makes cool.. Better time to visit is just 10 to 15 minutes before sunset,
Very beautiful, peaceful place for evenings.. Well managed to represent our history.. View of Marina Park and Ross Island (Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Dweep) gives another vibe..
Flag point is just a part of the long marine drive walk in Port Blair where the flag was hoisted. The whole marina park area is so well maintained and clean that alone is very pleasant to look at.Here you can just enjoy seeing the waves. At night the trees and path looks so beautiful with all different colours of light.
Latest attraction for visitors, very colorful in the evening with sea breeze and color ful lights and nature. Very close to marina park and sea side road to carbins cove.. also near to hindu temple.. must visit for visitorss for great pictures with family..
You will love to go at this place in morning and night.. Awesome view..

Its beautiful amazing wonderful✨😍
Nice place to spent evening time.
History... Most beautiful point.
Nice view point to see.
Place which was freed from Britishers in 1943 and Netaji Subhash chandra Bose raised the Indian flag, Narendra modiji hoisted our Indian tiranga flag in Andaman
Beautiful place to relax & enjoy the view...
A nice view point right next to the shore line!Nice to see the national flag hosted up high and bright!
Good place to hangout with friends and family during evening and night time.
Super. Invigorated by PM Narendra Modi
Its great monument of history
Beautiful sea view from here.
It is awesome. Read the history of that place which has written
Nice placeBeautiful view of seaAt evening there are many people coming to this for photography
Nice place to hangout in evening. Its was the landmark which defines that Andaman got freedom on 30th December 1943. Its was not the actual place where flag has been hoisted by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. Its is located in front of Netaji Stadium which is only 1KM from the flag point. So if someone says that it was the original flag point, then plz dont believe.
Evening time is the best for relaxing
Height of this flag is amazing and also flag weight is 30kg it just crazy, How 30kg handle on 150ft.🤔 But place is so attractive because of near the seashore side.
Beautifully designed sea front view. well maintained
I love this place due to its marvelous location and historical value. A must have signature visit in isles.

NO Trip (and I mean it) No Trip to Andamans can be complete without visiting Flag Point. As a tourist I did feel that Port Blair didnt offer me much and thats why we tend to rush to Havelock and Neil Or Baratang Or Diglipur Or Ross/North as soon as possible. But, my last trip was quite a pleasant surprise. Just like no one should miss Cellular Jail & Corbyns Cove Beach, similarly no one should miss Flag Point. The sheer expanse and views of the place along with the history it holds and the photo point it offers, it completely took my heart away. So, a must visit add-on to anyones itinerary for sure
