No contact number available during the lockdown. The website also doesnt allow renewal of the policy. At least the official in charge should take proactive steps to share contact number with policy holders for any clarification. Very poor service by United India Insurance.

Though it is a PSU company,my personal experience remained very bad with this branch.For issuing a Liability only 2W policy staffs/agent insist to bring the vehicle and taking pencil mark of engine/chassis number. I don’t know what was the use for that!!!.. They never issued any policy in same day. Either you submit old policy with required premium in morning session and come back to afternoon session for getting the signed policy copy or come to next day for getting the signed policy copy. Reason behind this যিনি সাইন করবেন সেই সাহেব/অফিসার সবসময় থাকেন না. This was very disgusting and pathetic customer service from a company like this.
