They are actually response person Owner Mr Rakesh. Even though drivers well behaved and cleaned car maintained.If you have to go some where around 9:00 am they will call u 8:30 am for reminding and then the driver it self comes before 15min. I am shocked even ola doesnt do that.Next part is of pricing . Because I am a middle class I have some restrictions but they managed my package very well with out any Rest Day for 6 days and 5 night .I would like to thank every team members of RSR TOURS AND TRAVEL for making my trip so memorable. Our Andaman trip was amazingly planned by RSR tours and travels. They arranged everything perfectly as mentioned in the quotation of our package. All our days were pre-scheduled. At all the places we had one person to guide us, greet us and explain us about that day’s activity. We had not to worry about anything all the cruise tickets were pre booked and handed to us. They really made my trip to andaman so easy. We were provided everything that we were promised as part of the plan. Pickup to site seeing and all the recommendations were timely. They would also recommend you regarding water sports etc. I would suggest you to skip Kalapathar beach in Havelock Island and opt for Elephant beach instead. That is one mistake i had made in my choice.

I decided to visit Andaman with my family during the first week of march 2021. After careful research I decided to book my tour with RSR, and that turned out to be the the best decision, because they helped me to plan each and every day of the tour. They were particular in letting me know which places were to be visited during sunrise, sunset and late evening walks.The tour guides provided were professionals and also the pickup cabs provided were clean and well sanitised(even when there are no covid cases in andaman). The drivers were punctual and also helped us in discovering some internal parts of Andaman.I would strongly recommend this tour agency, because- You dont have to bother about any bookings, they will plan every thing precisely- It will be in budget, I can say this for sure, because I contacted makemytrip and they sent me a quote that was 15k extra than what RSR provided- The hotel and cruise bookings were high quality and we did not suffer during the stay or whille the cruise- The staff is very polite and humble

One of the best travel agency I have come across. What I loved most about them is that they are super transparent and provide you all the charges in detail. We found RSR tours & travels online when we were planning a trip to Andamans. It was cheap and absolutely worth it. We had them plan our entire 4 day long trip to Andamans, they managed to make us visit Havelock, Neils Island, and Port Blair during our trip including all the famous tourist spots and activities like Kayaking (on the bioluminescent sea), Scuba Diving, Glass water boat ride etc. They even arranged all the ferry rides and car transports for us on time and assisted us with anything more that we needed. All in all it was a good decision to book RSR tours and travels for our trip. 100% would recommend!

We were two girls who travelled Andamans during December, 2020. The service was well planned and organised. The 4 day trip covered most of the beautiful islands and beaches. Very good experience with RSR Tours and Travel. Itenerary shared was very detailed and each and every expense was clearly listed out. Non usage of any service was later refunded. All the cabs and hotels were very comfortable. Every pickup was on time with no issues at all. They helped to manage postponing all the bookings to a later date without any extra cost. We have gone on family vacation to Andaman for a week in January 2020. Trip was planned and coordinated by Ms divya of Rsr tours. It was well planned taking into consideration all our requirements. Coordination was excellent at all the places we visited. Guidance provided by her for the places to visit was very good.highly recommend them. Hotels were neat and clean.

Service provided was average according to category of package. Mr Rakesh took care of us in every step of our journey. Most of the time vehicle didnot reach in time to pick up. I had to ring them. When the vehicle reached, it ran in a very high speed to make up delay. Cheap hotel provided to me was located in a dustbin like area but hotel service was good. Otherwise my journey was good. One can choose RSR Tour & travels if he wants cheap package.

We had a amazing trip at Andaman. RSR tours helped us plan our trip quite well. We had only 3 days ,but we could cover pretty good places....Port Blair, Havelock,North Bay and Ross Island.All RSR representative were very friendly and supportive. We Have visited to Andaman last week . We were planning for this trip since last 3 months and I wanted to make sure the trip to be perfect and memorable .Andaman is a beautiful place and I’ve always wanted to visit it. But planning isn’t so easy and I had so much of a choice with things to do or the places to visit and the biggest problem was deciding on a tour agency for the trip. Visited Andaman Islands last week (Oct 2018) through RSR tours and travels. We have booked our travel just 2 weeks before our trip dates, however Rakesh(very nice guy, always responding at the earliest for whatever query we had while confirming our deal) and his team from RSR were able to plan our schedule very nicely in a short notice and had co-ordinated our visits in an organized & professional manner. The thing I liked is the initial approach via email which contains the detailed break-up bill of quotation. So, we knew what we were paying for!! One more thing to mention, the transport team in all Islands we visited were awesome, no delay in pickup in drops, they were very punctual, polite and friendly.

Me and my family recently visited Andaman Islands and we chose RSR tours so that we dont have to worry about our accomodation/cab/cruz bookings during our trip. We had planned a 8N/9D trip to Andaman Islands and RSR tours prepared for us a customized itinerary according to the days of our stay. This is NOT a typical tour and travels agency.Possible best and cost effective solutions are suggested, and guidance about various activities in Andamans (what you can do in your same budget, which activities you should do and which to avoid).You get a friend whos always ready to help you, just a phone call away.Our hotels and Makruzz bookings were already done so we were provided customized itinerary for the remaining things like Water activities, scooty on each location. Mr. Rakesh negotiated on our behalf to get best prices.We booked Baratang 1 day trip with RSR and overall experience was delightful. We also booked Scuba but due to health issues one of us couldnt do, same day Rakesh personally come to hotel and gave full refund.I hope RSR stays the same after growing exponentially in next couple of years, good luck.
