Order paneer biryani. It was just OK. Really had high expectations from what I heard from locals here. No taste, no aroma.

Due to covid, the restaurant was empty so we could sit comfortably.We ordered veg Biryani with paneer (2kg). Must say had the best Biryani in town though it little spicy. On our request they gave us free salan.

Wonderful and authentic taste at the most reasonable rate.Traditional flavors and spices used with a fabulous aroma.Hygienic and authentic taste always.A must try !!!

Ambience is good, not a big restaurant though. Service is fast and quick. Cleanliness is good. Food quality is good for Non Veg food, veg Biryani is pathetic. Overall OK, not value for money food.

The restaurant told me that is duum and fresh Biryani. now from this picture you can judge yourself. I do not think this is Fresh. obviously the staff behavior was not polite as well.

Biryani was good. I personally liked it more than the Paradise Biryani. Quantity was comparatively less though. Tried chicken haleem here which is mostly available during Ramzaan and really liked it. Service is slightly slow as the restaurant mostly gets home delivery orders. We went around 4pm and there were just us for the dine in.

Less spices in biryani thats only thing I didnt like everything other I liked

Nice but paneer quality was compromised. If a person is paying 300 rs for it then atleast the quality should be best .Yes you have written on the wall you ate nit dhaba ka mitha cant make Happy every one but quality is most important

The pandemic-cooking craze hasn’t swept up everybody but I am one of those who feel lost in the kitchen, even toasting bread and warming pizza are a challenge.I will always remember this birthday as I made up my mind I won’t cook no matter what than suddenly I saw my favorite biryani blues home delivery notification on my Facebook & this just popped up on the very day.Without giving second thought I ordered handi vegetarian biryani as they were following all the safety measures & protocols by WHO.I would only add that biryani blues is one stop solution to relish an experience & come back on.From contactless delivery to basic hygiene factors .Biryani blues just made my birthday !!

Only if you willing to waste your money! Then you came to a right place which biryani blues!Today I ordered chicken biryani handi and chicken 65 from biryani blues via Zomato! And the total costed 712₹We thought the food would come in large quantity for the give price of 712₹ but we got fooled! Zomato delivered the food on time fairly quick I would say! Chicken 65 costed 279₹ But the quantity of chicken 65 was laughable! As I have posted 2 pictures below!Coming to chicken biryani handi which costed 399 which serves 2 people! dont think serves 2 people would fill you and your partners stomach! The quantity of biryani was less and it could fill half of your stomach!I have no complaints regarding the taste of the food , but we are totally disappointed by the given quantity for such a high price. When we contacted biryani blues via Zomato! The customer service of Zomato has told us they tried to contact the restaurant but they are unresponsive!TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! never ever going to order from biryani blues ever again!

Pathetic service...you can sit and wait for the staff to respond for half an hour...and that too if they feel pity, they would take your order, else they are busy with online orders...I had a bad experience in Sector 56 Gurgaon...

Pathetic service.... Ordered food using BB app with pre paid option but the food never got delivered..... even after 2 hrs store manager (Ninex Mall ) didnt had any clue to how to handle and simply kept saying I am working on it and will deliver it soon... finally ordered food from Biryani by kilos ...thank God they filled commitment of delivering well on time

The worst veg biryani of my life... In veg biryani they have served 90% potatotes 🍠. No peas, no carrot, onions, beans and cauliflower were not even 2%.Raita given was nestle plastic cup curd😡.Overall very bad experience. Rice quality was okay types.

To start with, staff is not professional. Prices are higher compared to swiggy and Zomato.When i got into restaurant no one was there to welcome me.Which restaurant in the world gives main course before starters?I had to wait a whole of 30-40 mins for receiving the food.I received only 5 PCs of chicken 65 for which they charged Rs. 375.

Just visited biryani blues Sohna road patehetic experience they deserve a zero star they have started charging for salan also which should come free all price mentioned in menu is to confuse people ordered fiery paneer, menu costing 149 when bill came they charged 300....on top of that we asked for the spicy one they brought simple plain rice their attitude is also bad.. please dont visit agar izzat pyaari hai to.Pathetic attitude

Biryani blues has the best Biryani in Gurgaon. Donot even think twice before you visit or order, all other expensive ones like behrouz are not even comparable to Biryani blues. This place has decent atmosphere, and seating capacity. Try to understand the quantity before you order, quality is not an issue with Biryani blues. You may choose extra meat pieces if you need and order that size. All type of Biryanis are good. Have never tried veg so that is an exception to this review.

Almost completely pathetic, if not for my hunger.Absolutely overpriced and weird menu options, the service was extremely late, and the raita, salad, salad were all add-ons! Super inflated MRP items!The biryani was bland and dry. Beware, this is a delivery-kitchen so expect delivery portions and long service times.
