Ok ok place service was fast

Worst Experience ever on a Service Center. They are fraud, dont rely on what they. Take everything in written or you will end up paying exorbitant amount. Best is to avoid altogether

The center manager was quite rude initially but was ok later when he was pursuaded after lot of argument. Didnt offer solution initially and was not flexible to cater to customer needs.

Not at all satisfied with their service. I was told that some of the parts were replaced but I found nothing changed and when I got it checked from another care centre, it was still the same and I had to get the part replaced again. They simply maybe just cleaned it. They are not ready to listen what exact problem you are facing but instead are more focussed in explaining and proving their own point.

Engineers are very good but those dealing with customers know nothing

Staff are friendly and helpful. They have replaced my note 5 speakers in 2 hours. Had to waitone hour to register the complaint but overall experience with this service centre is good.

Absolutely loved it. I went there to get my charging slot replaced and they fixed and hand it back within half an hour. Staff were very nice and well behaved and helpful.

No system for queues. People push each other and barge in. There needs to be a system in place for first come first serve basis.

Hilarious! They dont even know that Huami Amazfit is their product and they are responsible for providing support and warranty repairs.

Its 11:57 and service center is still closed. No one is answering on call.

Got poco phone serviced under warranty. Just need the invoice for it.

Worst ever service. I have a fit band which warranty got over. They werent proving any service after product warranty period is over. Customer care people and local service center both were unable to help. Had a pretty worst experience by purchasing mi band. Wont recommend anyone to buy anything from MI.

Arrogant staff. Doesnt even listen what the issue is, and reply by them was this cant be fixed. I had pairing issues with my mi band. They were not sure on what to do. Was saying like the band could only be replaced after seeing the small damage in front covering. Then Pointed out that cant replace because of the damage and asked us to dump the band.We asked if factory reset can solve the problem. They said there is no factory reset option in band and the band is now useless.We came back home, reset the band to factory settings. Now its paired and working fine. Now, I am a far better service person than those sitting there in deep enterprises.

They have not good internet connection so we have to wait for more time than your expectation. Its look like they are using 2G connection in the 4G world. Very slow to complete the task.

Fully safe and sound place and services are also reliable. Upto date and time punctuation is best part of service.

You may end up damaging ur phone further. They will fix 1 fault and create another. They dont handle gently.

I had call drop issues and hearing issues in my redmi note 9. I went to service today and told there is a problem. He asked me to call his mobile 20 times. As if its my issue that my mobile started having problems in just 3 days of purchase. In the complain he wrote that there was mic issue instead of call issue. He got angry when I asked why and for name sake he wrote in pen in complain form that there is a call issue. When I received my phone back after diagnosis they told everything is fine. I asked them what did you do they said they did system update but they didnt. Pure scammers. And worst customer service.

Very bad experience with service center, I not sure if this only with this service center or every service centres of MI. I got a redmi note 4 mobile as present from one of my relative. Within 15 days of time, mobile charger stopped working, I visited service center and they were asking for bill (invoice), but i havent. All mobile companies track the phone warranty online, and Mi also should. In the era of digital India, you should check and track it online.Even the mobile manufacture date is of October, so you should have some logic before denying the warranty.

It was my first experience with any MI Service Center, and I can say it was awesome. I went there for my phones speaker and charging point issue, and to my surprise they repaired it in 10 minutes. The staff there is very friendly and polite. I highly recommend to go over this place (if you have issues with your MI phone ;))

Genuine MI service centre, got my phone fixed here.it seems Mi is the only brand which has maximum service centres in India. Place is nice and convenient to reach. Just opposite of fortune Hotel. Situated on first floor

MI STORE at Sohna road, it is near badshahpur light and you find it at right side if you are coming from rajiv chowk. I saw it on the different location from the Google listed location. Probably their location needs update.

As compared to my last visited care centre in Noida Sector 18, this place is excellent. There customer handling skills is superb and a specific time is taken to complete the actions either repairing or attending the customers. Special thanks to Miss Pooja for her great customer service. Been to this place last weekend , less crowded as compare to other locations , they even repaired my phone on the same day.

They are cheating customers.I visited the store to fix my phone charging issue, they told me its subboad issue so needs to be replaced.I paid INR 703 for that but even after replacing the issue not solved.Then they told me its USB cable issue.So that means they replaced the subboard just to make extra money which is cheating with customer.Dont go to this service center.

Id like to appreciate The staff & Leads at the Mi service centre who quickly attended to my query and resolved a broken screen in under 30 mins. All I had to do was walk down and grab a can of coke with my friends. I mean... no time. Excellent!!

I had bootlooping issue without checking the phone the representative started talking about replacement of motherboard. Had much better experiance at different mi store where problen was solved in 150 Such illiterate staff. 20 july in the afternoon.

Avoid Buying MI phones if possible, Why people buy Samsung , Apple , Or LG phones just because their service is top notch, XIAOMI is fooling customers with pathetic customer service , whatever happens to phone they say its your fault & you need pay for it , so where is the effectiveness of warranty ?? Just Avoid MI PHONEs Buy Moto , Samusung or even Nokia instead.

Quality staff. However the repairing prices were high. My phone was under warranty and due to moisture my phones charging jack was short.for repairing that particular thing you really cant charge 703/- RS.I thing Mi needs to work on that.

Chor hain main redmi note 3 repair krane gya 6200 cost mangi then i refused to repair then they told that we give you 15%discount.But i refused and go in local Market they on my phone and charge only 150 rupees i was totally sock.

Very much peaceful as its newly started. I am not sure about the prices they are telling for the repair.

The response was quick. The only time taken was when they needed invoice of the purchase (not bill). Since I had purchased online, I really had to search for invoice.

Worst experience with Mi service center. I explained all the problems, which I m facing on regular basis. And after received mobile from service, and during inspection, l clearly shown to window person Mr. Rahul, that problems are still alive. He also admitted, than only he was talking like a child, that mobile is OK. Also behaviour was too rude. My suggestion is dont go to Mi Service center, opp. Fortune hotel, Sohna road. Thnx
