Good place staffs are courteous.. if visa request is urgent I’ll suggest to submit in Delhi center as it takes extra day to reach Gurgaon center. Also open on Saturday from 10am only for premium service customer.

Went to apply for the Czech Republic Visa.1. Polite and supportive staff2. Quick processing (I didnt have an appointment, so went as a walkin and everything was done within an hour)3. They didnt accept any cards from (had to go down to the ATM in the mall, but I think it was because the Czech Embassy accepted Visa fee only in cash)4. The centre is clean and the staff is helpful and courteous. The process takes more time than it should. I think as the centre is very small, the person who processes your documents sits in a very cramped space which affects his productivity and it also looks like the centre is understaffed. They call it a premium lodge (and charge extra for it), but there is space for only three people to sit in that waiting room. I suppose the premium service is only the refreshments that are offered to you. But overall it is a good centre and convenient for people residing in Gurgaon who do not want to go all the way to Delhi on a working day.

This Visa application center did not provide appointment on time in the meantime always server are down. Stuff are helpful but all email answer given as parrot reply. Phone always busy of this center.

The premium lounge service is a hoax. Made me wait for 7 hours before even taking the documents. Not any kind of support, no one to answer your questions because they have zero knowladge regarding visa processing because its private center i paid 4800 to them for premium but i felt fool . One of the worst VFS experiences ever. Very well organised and staff is very supportive too.Multiple options to commute.Airport metro works best during the busy hours. However you can go by your vehicle or taxi too.Few good restaurant option are available inside.No ATM inside but quite a few option outside the metro

This VFS Center in Gurgaon is only for making money. I paid 12000 towards premium lounge but there is nothing premium here. The staff have zero knowladge about process they guide me wrong way to go uk and miss guide me and was not giving any preference for premium customers. The worst experience I ever had in my life

Zero value for money, avoid it during emergency period as it takes an extra day for your documents to reach embassy. Delhi office is best.

AC not working, people are sweating but no arrangements for any fan etc made... very long wait time.. inefficient token system.. manual tokens given by security staff and the executives shout for next token. Need digitalization... they cant even track, how long they have made specific applicant wait for their number.. insufficient seating arrangements.. should have more chairs...Positives... very friendly staff... quite polite with smiles on everyones faces, convenient location with ample parking space.

It is a pretty small office and I was there to apply for a UK visa. There was only one person managing that particular desk, and hence it did take quite a lot of time. I just felt, being a premium lounge, there ought to be quick service provided they even charge Rs.4000 odd as their lounge fee.

VFS Gurgaon office is at a good and accessible location - ILD mall at Sonha Road. As far as service is concerned, its a small office (VFS Delhi is awesome) and processes are not that efficient. So keep some delay in mind before scheduling an appointment here.Edit: Went for Italy visa application but biometrics werent functioning. Upon raising concern, was assisted by Martina and Vipin. I was allowed to submit my application at VFS Delhi on Saturday after waiving prime time and walk in charges. So staff is quite helpful.

Make sure to get an early morning appointment to save hours of waiting time. Check and recheck each document (looking for pro tips online won’t hurt). If you haven’t already paid, make sure to keep cash handy because they do not accept cards and the ATM is outside the building. Pro tip: do NOT park your car on the road outside the office— it will definitely get towed. A hundred metres before the VFS office is a multi-storey DLF parking building. It’s the safest option in the area.

One star for having air conditioning and drinking water in the office. Another star for the service provided.The office is located in a shady dilapated mall, hidden deep inside on the 4th floor, with elevators which barely function and takes forever to reach the floors. Had to escalate multiple times to get the process done. Seating isnt adequate, fundamental flaws in the protocols and processes keep the customer frustrated. Higher management team are kinder and more approachable.

VFS Gurgaon is a small office as compared to Delhi. But in a very resourceful area. It is located in a mall hence you have access to all other amenities like photocopy, photographer etc. I found that staff was very friendly and co-operative. My visit was around lunch time.

Helpful staff. Nice clean place. Appointments are advised and must be taken. Despite this be prepared to wait for your turn to come.Good that VFS has opened an office in Gurgaon to avoid the cumbersome commute to Delhi.

I applied for Japan visa and I had to visit them four times just to submit my application. At first they misinformed me about documents then different staff was saying different things.. however their behaviour was good.. especially guards..

The place is located on the very busy Sohna road. If you are late in reaching the place even by half an hour you will have to end up waiting for over an hour till your submission comes. There is not waiting or sitting facility for people and it even lacks water facility. The least the staff can be expected to do is to provide drinking water.

My experience with them went really smooth. They helped in clearing the doubts i had regarding the application form.The process was fast and I received Schengen Visa in 10 days.

The Gurgaon location has 6 counters to look into applications. As the number of applicants were less, the process was quick. However, they should have electronic system for token.

Overall less crowded then Delhi, staff is very competent and polite, got my visa with in a week.

Especial thanks to Kunal and Bharat these guys are very kind and efficient in managing the issues effectively.The only downside is one of the female Watchmen. I dont recall her name but in my case I was speaking to the guy at the reception regarding my issue. I asked him to get me someone from the team to discuss my issue with and she interrupted in between and said theres no one in the office. Im not sure if thats her job to tell people that your issue cant be resolved. I found her very rude and unprofessional.I just ignored her and ask the person incharge at the desk to please help politely. Then these two VFS professional Kunal and Bharat listened to my issue reassured and solve the issue effectively and efficiently.

Poor services. They are charging services charges for only picking up your passport and dropping it to the embassy and then picking up from embassy and dropping it to vfs regional office. They will tell yu to collect the passport and will never check if visa is ok or not. They are doing postman services. Cannot rely on them.

I visited this place for thailand visa. It closes at 5.00 pm and I entered this place at around 4.40. after getting the counter token after waiting for around 5-10 min my no was called but staff on counter asked me to come next day when I asked why next day then they started to give me excuse that system will shutdown automatically at 5 so we will not initiate new process when I forced them as they could told me the same at the time I entered. So they started checking all my filled forms and documents and arranged my all document properly and asked me to.come to next day with an excuse that 2 application can not process together and some more documents are required for application. Come with the all documents we will process your application on high priority tomorrow.On very next day when I visited the same place again with all the documents they have asked for. They said I could not apply form this branch as passports are issued from some different zone.After I questioned them that why did the havent told me the same 1 day back silently they started application process .I dnt know what was the reason but at that time I felt that staf is trying to accept the applications.9ne more thing to be noted that these guys accepts cash only. Credit or debit cards are not accepted here.

Wow, what a bunch of unprofessional money mongers they are! VFS GURGOAN is one of the most money-hungry visa agencies that you can ever deal with. A couple of months, I’ve visited their office in order to get my Visa stuff processed. They were acting like Network marketing scammers by offering me different kinds of third-party services other than VFS. When I gently rejected them, they started behaving very rudely. One of the staff members was joking about me with their colleague in Tamil. That idiot didn’t know that I understand Tamil. I calmly took my stuff and exited the office.

Very poor infra and service - And you pay $ 100 extra to enjoy that. What a pity !

Decent organised place. Something you would expect out of vfs centre. I have been to vfs for other countries but this has to be most timely of all. Go at the time of appointment and everything will be done within fifteen minutes. At the same time, if you are missing a document , probably you will have to rebook an appointment. To keep everything on time, they dont wait if anything is left out.

Incompetent staff. Guys at the service desk will mislead you and dupe you of your hard earned money. Their faulty equipment couldn’t register my fingerprint but instead of referring me to a different Centre they chose to send my application anyway, with a comment that it’s because of a medical reason. After waiting for days and regularly checking their portal for application update, I got no information from VFS’ end. It was only when I contacted the Greek embassy that I came to no that my application is rejected due the same biometrics issue. VFS staff is so shameless that even after making me suffer such a heavy financial loss, they didn’t even refund the fees and nor the courier charges which they took the first day. I had to personally go and collect all my documents back from them but was still not refunded the courier fees. Pathetic people in short. Stay away and get your application processed directly from the embassy.

They have set up this centre to accept Visa applications but staff is really slow. Staff isnt proactive and doesnt have knowledge of subject matter. Person accepting our application wasnt even able to read the document check list in sequence and verify the documents accordingly. For the fingerprint scanner situation was the same, collecting person wasnt aware of the proper position on scanner. I had to scan 1 finger at a time which was much annoying.I had visited VFS Delhi office last year, where staff was much more professional and knowledgeable. We received a call from VFS Gurgaon next day of application submission that Delhi team has noticed we need to show one more travel booking, which Gurgaon people didnt notice or I should say they didnt even check the documents properly and sent the application to Delhi. We had to rush to submit this new booking. Quite a hassle. In case you have some time, I request you to go and submit your application at Delhi VFS rather than Gurgaon office.

If you are thinking of going to this Gurgaon centre make sure you have time in hand. Sometime they take a week to reach vfs delhi. Visiting Delhi will be a better idea if you do not have much time.

The guys in Gurgaon were super efficient and professional.

There is no appointment system here - so at times if there are many other customers, the waiting time may go as high as 1 hour. But fairly quick and efficient service.

The website does not specify that a separate amount needs to be paid for the premier lounge. There was no card machine and no way to web pay as well (internet was too slow in that area). Wasted 45 minutes searching for cash/pay via web. Got my bag checked where the security guard took out my lunch box and did not bother to give me any token because of which i left it there. There was no communication to return it back as well.

Its a nice place to apply visa

One of the worst managed visa agencies with complete disrespect for peoples time. Appointments are scheduled online and then they make women, kids and elderly people wait for over 5-6 hours. Its sad to see how uncaring they are about this issue. I hope the countrys embassies take note of this matter and outsource this activity to someone professional.
