Poor 4 start hotel. Amenities are of 3 star standards. Swimming pool was not ready for use. Cleaning process. No gym. Food price are way too high, average Rs 400 +tax. Staff was not polite, some were eating tobacco while speaking. Overall a bad experience. Will never stay here again.

Overall good place to stay for short trips as the place has many infrastructure issues. During my stay of 6 days, there were plumbing issues, AC issues and many more. We had to change our room thrice. But staff was nice and helped us with our issues very patiently.

Hotel’s service and staff is so good.I forget my Gold Ring in my Room’s washroom after checkout, hotel staff called me but I was unable to pick the call then they make a call to my roommate after that I received my ring back.I am very thankful to the hotels staff for this.

I chose the hotel thinking it to be professional and wanted to take a break and relax for 1 day.however around 11 pm started some noise from nearby room about some boys partying in their room. we kept ignoring for 1 hour trying to sleep. but it started more and more as they were drunk and loud shouting and disturbance. I called reception and complained about it around 12:15 am. the manager said he will look into it. still after 20 mins nothing happened and the boys kept shouting and became worse. I recalled reception around 12:35 am to request them to change my room. the manager said all rooms are full and he will get security to sort the matter. still nothing happened. I could not sleep as they seemed unaffected. I had to call third time and reception guy said batao ham kya kar sakte hain ismeiafter paying you in advance and trying to sleep you get this reply at 1 am from hotel. my entire night was ruined. I couldnt sleep till 2 am because of all the mess. hotel people finally changed my room after I complained to goibibo. but it wasted my 1 night experience and I will not recommended anyone to visit this hotel who cant handle a simple case like this were their guests face inconvenience and they cant do about it

It started with the warm welcome by front desk manager who is very polite humble and help you out of the way,they allowed me early check in as Id come for exam purpose so it means alot to let you check in early....staff is very helpful, 5 out of 5 stars for cleanliness service and hygiene....food is delicious and charges are nominal. overall good experience, its good to see they follow all covid protocol,totally safe.definitely gonna visit you guys again....

Hotel is really overwhelming with great Staff and good service.Location is very prompt and area is decent. Morning Buffett or complimentary breakfast was superb. Rooms are spacious with all the needful stuff and with a minibar. Swimming pool at the top floor is really enjoyable in evening time.Theyve various meals for different corporate entry. Food was not upto the mark

Overall it was a nice stay. Room was clean. Proper Room Service. Breakfast Buffet was good except once or twice. I stayed there for 14 days and this stay was sponsored by my company therefore I cant compare it price wise. Pool on the top floor is not properly maintained, didnt used that. Location of hotel is also good. Lunch and Breakfast buffet also worth your money.

Service: Room amenities like WiFi password, bathroom slippers etc. were not provided unless they were asked for again and again. And that too by personally going to the reception because they didnt respond to intercom. Also, big hotels generally have confirmation call for meals and other things, which I expect should have been there as per the high price. I just had one call through out my stay as to when will I vacate the room.Dine: The food is decently good. Because of a buffet system, the dinner cant be ordered in room unlike some good prominent hotels like Raddison and some others..Amenities: Facilities like pool and gym are the reasons for the higher price of big hotels. While this hotel claims to have a good pool and gym, those things were not functional at all. And the staff is not ready to accept this mistake.Location: For those wish to do visit market also, this hotel has a good location. But for those who wish to have some peace, I think its probably not the right place.Couple-friendly: This hotel is not at all welcoming and safe for couples. (Couples do prefer some other hotel for safely spending some quality time).

I was there in the December 2016. I loved the food. The food was perfect. I love Dal makhani, Halwa, all healthy different fruit salads Paneer, and other dish name i cant remember sorry. I enjoyed hospitality with regards to food alot. Thank you for making me Marsala tea/ chai without sugar. That tea was perfect. The boys were really sweet. Love, and Light goes to each boy for looking after me the way they were guided to.:). I hope good happens to all of you in all areas of your life in the future. The internet was perfect. Parking:this hotel does not have a parking facility. you may be worried for your vehicle which is parked outside hotel on road. a guard Is there for watching cars. food: I am a big fan of delicious food and tried many food options everywhere. this hotel serves a delicious variety of buffet for both breakfast and dinner. food is too yummy and staff is very friendly. you wont feel alone here. swimming pool: swimming pool is a small size pool with dirty water. I was highly disappointed with it. may be the pool was not cleaned. washroom :washroom is good but no bath tub. both hot and cold water facility is available. and they have provided hair dryer too which made me happy. Location :it is located in main area... 1km from rajiv chawk .theres Patanjali mega store beside this hotel and a market for purchasing goods too. overall experience :overall conclusion is that haut monde is very nice hotel with beautiful decorum and amazing fragrance maintained in hotel which makes you calm and its very peaceful too.

Rooms are ohk and the service is decent too but i felt the price and the premium they are charging they can do way better. The breakfast buffet has very limited items. They have the carpet which smells of dampness probably they can do away with that. The linen is comfortable and just from the stay perspective its good.

Hotel Haut Monde located in sector 15 part 2 id a really impressive property. I visited here for a freinds kids bday celebration party and I was amused by the properties arrangements. This place has some really good interiors along with fine dining options available here.My visit here was a quick one though but I really enjoyed every moment being here, which was full of foodjoy.

Pathetic experience. Breakfast included for which was charged 1000 odd bucks but was offered only puri bhaji.After multiple complaints was then promised to give some more items which told but still not delivered till 915 am.Geysers were switched off for cost cutting measures Hot water delivery in buckets after multiple requests and losing temper after 1 and half hour of request.Bell boy roaming around without Mask.RIP Social DistancingSanitising tunnel at the entrance is a showpiece.Please avoid this hotel if you really care about your family.Generator switched off at night leading to AC and lights switched off. Only to be started after multiple requests.

I got a good deal through goibibo. Therefore my high rating. Won’t recommend paying the full price. Called staff for early check-in.It says clearly , depending on availability. Rooms were free but they wanted 1200 rs for early check in. Breakfast is very decent - fresh eggs, dosas etc. room was not super clean and shining for a 4 star. Toilet paper roll was half used, bed sheets were not super crisp, corners were not clean, same with bathroom. I was there one night , so did not mind it. I wanted a coffee latte at breakfast , I was told it is at extra charge.

It just looked like a low cost business class hotel. If you are on a tight budget you may get here value for your budgeted money. Just dont expect even a bit of luxury. I visited for a banquet show round. Would have felt better if someone at least asked me for a glass of water.

Rooms were pretty nice but not according to a 4 star hotel what I felt, I went on behalf of my company so my experience was great but if I was to go on a paid vacation, I wont prefer it and food experience was good except that day when I found a bee in my salad. Dishes were available in variety everyday but non veg was kept with vegetarian dishes which I didnt like. Tea and coffee facilities were good during my training hours.

Hosted 2 events in the place; the management is equally helpful and friendly in arranging an event and ensuring all things go smoothly per you. It was worse experience with hotel staff and hotel itself. At the time of checkin the staff misbehaved, no luggage support and gave one small room like servant room which was stinking badly. When i complaint, he told, ek hi bande ke liye itna hi toh room hoga raat hi toh nikalni hai and then after 1 hour when i went out for djnner and came back, while entering room with key, i felt earthing and current so hard and some short circuit happened and lights went off immediately of room and came after 1 minutes. The hotel staff was not supportive at the time of checkout also. Room was stinking. Blanket was stinking. Bedsheet was not clean and it was smelly too. Waste of money. I will never visit this hotel again in my dreams.

The worst ever experience of my entire life. Pathetic Staff. The manager has no manners. They have kept a bouncer who try to extract money from you if you have a guest in your room. They came to my room around 12.30 am and asked me to either pay cash or he will throw my guest out of the room.  I did not press any charges though. On the contary the receptionist being sorry for the unprofessional act started accusing me that we have been disturbing the guest at night. What a shame??? I suggest everyone to just quit going the hotles. I being an Advocate was tried to harassed what will be the plight of a common man??? Shame on the unprofessional staff.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff. Near to airport, bus stand and railway station. Food is good. Rooms are best in the budget. I requested at the last moment to decorate my room. And they did it amazingly.

It was the worst decision of choosing this hotel. They have no respect and courtesy for the guest. Service is also pathetic.My guest came and it was hold at reception. I told him that he is my guest and allow him to come to room but they strongly denied. I feel insulted in front of my guest. I told him to take extra charges and they told it will cost 1000 RS extra. Which I agreed to pay. Come to the service part. Swimming pool was not working. We checked in around 6 pm and 4 people were fighting with hotel staff for swimming pool and service.I called house keeping to give extra glass which did not came till 10.30 pm. I called again they told it will take 15 min for glasses. When after 30 min glasses were not given we decided to move to different hotel and checked out. Pathetic service ans staff. People go only when they want to feel insulted

Good hotel, nice and welcoming entrance. Reception is well equipped with all the necessary facility. Staff is good. Earlier is used to have a bar but now they are not running it. But it has pool side party space, restaurant and spacious rooms.

I was planning my daughters first birthday in their banquet hall. All the discussion was done, price was finalized everything was done. However, all of a sudden the very next day the cancelled our booking stating that someone else has already booked the venue. This was a trust breaking incident wherein all the plannings were done and assurance was given to us that the venue will be on hold for you. But all of a sudden they cancelled it without informing us. Very pathetic experience and zero hospitality. Never ever trust these guys. Really hate this place and would not refer to anyone in future.

Hotel Haut Monde is close to highway. Interior of this hotel is okey. Lifts could be a bit better. Nice cool pool on top floor. Parking is a big problem and could not be resolved because the basement of this hotel is being used as party area.

A decent hotel with good rooms. The problems were that this hotel is short staffed, it only has one bell boy so I had to carry my luggage and I wasnt able to reach the reception/operator late night. The operator should be available round the clock. The hall, restaurant, bar and pool are pretty decent and the hall can be used for functions. My stay here was pretty comfortable and in general this is a good place to stay.

People, beware of this place. Your ids could get compromised. Ive only been to Gurgaon once and stayed here. The hotel asked for my ids which is common. Only days later my ids were used to obtain fraudulent loans. I found out that another individual attempted to take over my identity completely. The hotel definitely looks very shady including the staff. I was pretty suspicious about the rooms too, possibly there were hidden cameras.

Rooms are pretty good and big . Staff too is helpful. Could be difficult to find as its on road but no special marking for hotel.Food is good too. Buffet is one good option to go with.

1. This is not a 4-star.2. Reception staff was extremely impolite. He denied visitor as per policy. When we agreed to pay for one person extra he asked for upfront payment - this was not mentioned anywhere in the rules. He even held back the ID given for photocopying - which I am sure is against law. Only upon escalation to manager he relented. Imagine agreeing to pay extra for simply having a single visitor, but on top of that such unscrupulous tactics to harass the customer. For what end? Reception staff only relented when I asked to speak to the manager.One of the worst experiences I have had in hospitality.

Good clean rooms. But they show 2 typ of rooms, delux n basic. Prices are different but the rooms are same. So pay for less one. Or go and check both the rooms then pay and book.

I had booked 3 Deluxe room firstly there was only 1 refrigerator in 3 rooms, which was not working. there was gap in center of the bed.there was 2 separate mattress instead of single, Not comfortable mattress .There is no Gym,no kids play zone and swimming pool has very dirty water. there is pigeons beat sides of the swimming pool that was almost going in the water which caused vomiting. And my kids got sick after coming home. Very dirty washrooms near the swimming pool area. Shower was not working near swimming pools washroom also there was no lock inside the washroom.Buffet breakfast was very limited ,food taste was also not good. not recommended

The rooms at the price of 2700/night and 3500/night are too good. I stayed in Deluxe double room and a suite room respectively. Very good service and the breakfast is beyond expectations. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and specious, all facilities and room toiletries are good. The towels still could be better. Overall, loved the stay of 3 days in 2 visits.

We r regular guests of this hotel but the quality has really degraded to tremendous level. The staff did nt provide any helper fr picking up our luggage even aftr mentioning several tyms. The bed was not clean n had hairs all over. There was no fridge in the fridge section, on asking the reason they straight away denied. Vanity mirror in the washrum was missing, there wz just a screw. We asked fr plates nd bowls nd just got quater size plates.. The main door chain was also missing.. Pathetic experience overall.. Also they do not do anything fr regular loyal guests..

The hotel is good though we stayed there for 2 nights but always when we check-in it depends how you get the assistance from the staff so me and my girl required alot of things from towel, wifi , soap , hot water , juices & many more and the girl named Seema Panchal she sorted out all the issues and made the stay more pleasant and comfortable because no body else could understand that what we need. She even assisted us about the currency exchange and i personally would give her ***** five stars for the kind of job she has done she is been very gentle , polite even my girl spoke the same about her. Over all if we come back we would like to be assisted by someone like her. Thanks Seema !!!

Good Hotel and very courteous staff. Food is good not amazing. This hotel has good connectivity and is near to Exit 10 of National Highway. The only problem is of parking and you have to leave your vehicle to opposite side of the road at your own risk.If you are fond of good street food, head towards Civil Lines and try chur chur naan with paneer and daal maharani. Its taste is like Grand Mas food. Delicious and not very spicy and oily. This shop is near Ramayani which is closer to MDLR office.
