Kindly requesting not to change your stereo here (VW Palace Cross). I wanted touch screen, and as per their suggestion paid 26K and got installed Balupunkt. It was worst ever fit, looks like bar-bending job. I followed up with them regularly to get it fixed, started giving me un-realistic reason, its been a month still no updates, nothing as been resolved. If you guys want to mess up your car please visit.
