I paid around ₹4,500 for oil change,milage check, start problem and other minor services.They are not done any work properly,,I was hearing high sound in vehicle,,oil change was very poor,,they didnt solved vehicle start problem.Only after 5 days my vehicle not started,then I came to know that they were replaced spark plug with old version,,one nut was not fitted to engine,,it was giving very low milage,may be around 25km only,,On 21st I faced oil leakage problem,,I added all evidence (photos) the problems I faced,,Please dont go here for service,,The local garage people will do good Services at lower cost.Even Honda service adds GST also.

I have given service that time They didnt done properly service only & afterwards I have completed service center for 3 or 4 times that time also not done correctly & theyll take charges after also theyll not done properly service & my Dio petrol cap is opening only & they are done properly service only & its totally waste of time and waste of money & its very badly Service

Scooter stopped running for the second tome within a week after general servicing.They said last time - last week - fuel tank full and air lock and then carburettor setting issue.But the acceleration is still very very poor. The engine strain is evident when accelerating and the engine sound is differentA simple servicing of a good scooter has been thoroughly spoiled by your mechanics and I don’t know why your showroom has got the most incompetent mechanics.I chose your service centre due to proximity instead of the regular RT nagar service centre and I totally regret this decision.I am actually furious now looking at your total incompetence and it is pathetic that Honda has given licence to your showroom without keeping skilled mechanics in place

There is no proper responce by cabin employees and accountent towards customers on dhruvdesh hondaAnd service cost is simply very high.But service is bit good.and that is the only honda service center near me so Ill go for it.
We believe in just a name of Honda , because of tat blind believness we suffered like anything. In service centre of kogilu Yelahanka, Pathetic Sevice and no idea about standard operating procedure SOP, these guys are not fit to work in such a Great Global Company. The Shivaji Nagar Gujri Mechanics are much better than these guys.

Poor service, issue highlighted were not addressed. Technicians arent aware of what needs to be done. Multiple follow ups and efforts were made to reach out and then they showed up.
First service is Worst service..... No water service just telling reasons,I have given note of A single screw adjustment but they have not done that also just billing as consumables charges not a drop oil has used in my stand part,Just disappointed for only engine oil change I have waited for 6 Hours even they are not called back me after ready I have to go there and check..There are lakhs of Mechanics available is Outside with good talent we are seeking showroom for Honda trust, Pls Take care your customers or else your competitors will!!!.
Services is very worst. Even they did not wash vehicles properly , Some small types of screws were missing in parts of the vehicle.
They are looting money from customers and convenience client to do extra work which is not required.....work quality is not good. Because of that I am doing my bike service outside

Worst experience. Visited for my bike servicing but it was not done professionally. Looks like some new joined serviced my vehicle. Immediately after servicing, I have to visit again same day as there was an issue in the front wheel. After three days of servicing, again I had visited as there are two new issue came up- chain sprocket and disc brake malfunctioning. Again after a week need to visit as there is problem in handle and front wheel. Why service advisors nit checked vehicle thoroughly before handing over serviced vehicle to me?? 4 visit in 10 days- horrible experience!!!!!

Super happy with the first service! Staffs are very friendly and helpful! I got offer of free wash on next service. Well organised showroom even with small space. You can also book your service slot prior visit.Time concious. And delivery is on time. Charges are transparent. Pre booking is recommended.
Authorised service centre. All the service provided by them was good. However the service advisor should not push for cross selling of other services. Pricing could have been lower. The feedback representative was kind enough to call back and ask for any issues so that was nice. The vehicle was ik mint condition after general services and washing and polishing was upto mark.

I have been a regular customer of this Honda service centre for the past 4/5 years. They do their job well and strive to resolve the issues whether its related to the vehicle or to anything related to their service. Once the servicing is done, they call you back in your registered number to inform to pick up the vehicle. Once they even offered to pick up and deliver the vehicle since I was not able to visit the service centre in person. Though I didnt send the vehicle but I liked their dedication towards their customer and how they strive to reach out to their customer to serve them. Two days back when I visited this place, I saw some display boards which says that they are reaching out to help customers even when you are travelling. Though I could not take the pictures of their offered services, I wish Dhruvdesh can share those details in social media platforms to keep their customers posted about the service they are providing. May be next time I can take snapshots of those and post here.

This is the worse place you can get your two wheeler serviced. The mechanics are always lying to you about the problems. Even after you specifically mention the problems they will give you the vehicle back even without looking into the issues. They will try to convince you that the problem is resolved even though they have not even looked into it.
Honda authorised service centre in North Bangalore. Experienced and trained staff resolve issues immediately. Prompt service.
All types of spare parts you will get ,some old bikes like my dio 2013 model parts had to order and it might take some days for it to come but they will assure you that u will get all parts here

Worst customer service. Only because Honda vehicle is good we need to go and buy there. But the way they attend the customer or respond is very disappointing. No explanation of the vehicle or its price is clearly told to us. You pay full amount at once or take in EMI is the same for them. No one greets the customer with a smile. Always a frustrated face and arrogant behavior 😠

Last time they did very Good service but this time after service I start getting more problem in my bike. I told them Im getting vibration pls fix it but after service Im getting more vibration. Gears r more hard not as smooth as before. On top of that after taking AMC also they add on so many charges better then that I was getting good offer from VFM Honda bike service including engine oil replacement they r doing for 499. Where Dhruvdesh Honda ask me to pay 700+ that to when I have already taken AMC . I came throw my friends reference but now we all friends decided not to go there. Not expected this its waste of time & Money.

I had given my motorcycle for servicing. Ofcourse there was less quantity of engine oil in it. When technician saw that he informed me that engine is ceased, need engine repair. Approximate cost is RS.16,000/- to 18,000. On hearing I told him to change engine oil. And routine servicing I have done outside. Now after 8000 K.M my motorcycle is good without engine work. Thanks.
Not washed vehicle properly .
I have done my vehicle service here last week. The next day the sound of vibration started from the front mud guard. Again I went there and informed same to them. They unable to fix that issue.
Worst experience strongly not recommended to any 1. 1st free service I had given my bike around 10.30 and the token number is 53. they promised me your bike will be serviced and it ll delivered by 4 I reached the service center @5 ongoing token number is 89. before going I made cal to the service center they told it is ready . once I reached there if I asked for my bike it is still in servicing . waited there till 6.30. Just for changing the oil general Check up hardly if I leave any other road side mechanic shop it ll take 1 hour. Guess what they didnt even check for the test ride . I had requested for fast service on call as I have to travel back for a long distance but the service I got was just the normal and I had to wait there for 6 hours whereas on call they promised 2 hours. My service was just a periodic one and atleast they should have the courtesy to tell the time of delivery and stick to itI was supposed to get it at 3 as per the job card but had to wait till 6.

Few years ago this service centre was good.. But now theyve become money minded.. I had given my activa for service general service. Theyve charged 2.4k for service (general & wobbling). But the bike condition remained same even after the service. One more blunder thing was they replaced the battery with a dead one. Ive raised the complaint. But no use.Plz be careful before leaving your bike here for service.

Most of the time their washing and handling of vechicle is not at all good. Now by the name of corona they started adding sanitizing charges too . When the service quality is below par ,how to pay extra . Sanitizing vechicle should be company responsibility. I am not happy about the total service. Honda should look into it.
Worst service center. They wont investigate the root cause of vehicle issue. They simply replace the whole assembly parts instead of particular part.While giving vehicle for service,intentionally they quote more amount and after service they reduce some amount to make us feel that they have done some good job. But its not. Moreover they ask 5 star ratings from the customers. Dont get wrong perception on this service center by looking into overall ratings
I gave my Honda Activa for general service, they took advantage of me being a lady and not having much of technical knowledge by handing over a bill of 4750. There was a small dent in the bonnet for which they promised to remove and repaint, but repainting was not done but it was charged in bill. They say they have done Teflon coating and charged 400 without my consent but I could not notice any difference. They just took advantage and looted money. I advise others to find out a better place to service vehicle.

Worse ever service center of Honda. I took Honda Unicorn to do servicing here.. after servicing, I need to take my bike again and again to them for maintaining within a span of 2 weeks. To increase the sales, These people do servicing in such a way that you need to buy parts from them in a couple of days. Normal servicing will cost here more than 2.5k whereas it should be less than 1.4k

Went there for service, not much care in following social distance especially inside the office, cash counter. At least the inside office can be kept neat and clean.
