Extremely disappointed. They will charge you unnecessarily for frivolous checkups. Had to pay nearly 1500 in labour charge after having an AMC. Rude staff and pathetic delievery.

I am old customer for about 10 years i am using this Service. Today i had very bad experience from Supervisor Mr. Ram. He is very Rude. not communicating properly what is the problem and require replacement of the part and seems to be very behaving very professional to customer. Two wheeler not washed properly also. there is no Chief manager in the service center.

Even though you pay everything, the person who takes incharge of service asks for extra money other than the bill amount. You should understand we have paid taxes in the bill a also the service charge already

DONT GIVE YOUR BIKE HERE FOR SERVICING.I have given by acitva here for servicing regularly and taken on location assistance as well as this is closer to my house.Recently I had a blocked Air filter on my activa. Knowing how to change a few parts by myself, I had walked into the store to buy the air filter and fix it myself. To my surprise, the lady at the counter wouldnt talk straight, let alone give me the air filter. Despite telling her that I am a regular to the service station, the lady rudely said we dont make sales outside .I eventually got the part from an another authorized honda service center. Not going back to Sapphire Honda ever.

I had a problem with gear box, there was something inconvenient sound in it. And i had left my bike for 3days. Mr.Prakash the manager took immediate action when i was getting delayed. And also mechanics named Reddy & Zamir tried in all ways to tackle the problem but unfortunately it went not possible to identify. And then manager consulted some senior technicians and gave the solution. Overall staff is good.I prefer you people to contact manager always. Otherwise you will be neglected. It was my own experience!

They are big cheaters, will not resolve issues, just wash the vehicles and they charge huge amount. Complete fraud center.

Gave my 2009 Honda Unicorn for a problem with fork oil leakage, loose/shaky handlebar and most importantly a very dim headlight brightness issue....The first 2 problems were easily sorted out.... For the headlight issue they called and said that they need to replace the entire wiring kit... Later I again called them and they said that a small electrical part only need to be replaced... Everything done.... I went to collect the bike only to find that the headlight brightness is as same as before... same dim brightness, no difference at all... I was really frustrated that they did nothing to rectify the brightness issue...despite clearly explaining to themExcept all electrical/wiring related issues, they would handle all other mechanical tasks and repairs with ease..Also unlike other Honda service centre (which they dont) this Honda service personnel would ride your bike/scooter fist hand before to check for any probs which is the first step for a good diagnosisPLEASE DO NOT give your bike/scooter for any electric/wiring related issues...They are ill trained to identify and rectify the issue whatever it is...no matter how clearly you explain to them

Just another service center for Honda two wheelers. Make sure you dont get looted by them for add-ons. Dont agree for add-on. Just visit for service and do change only what is required.

Their service centre infront of Mahaveer apartment / Hakuna Matata Restaurant is worst in service, Sunday I gave Honda activa for servicing and they charged 4000 Rs and from Tuesday Activa started having the problem , Thursday when I visited their service centre and complained about it , they opened the activa engine infront of me and I came to know that simply they had charged 4000 rs on sunday and they had done nothing more than washing the activa from out side, The mechanic said that its 4 days since servicing so you will have to wait for few hours so we can find the problem.. they wasted my time and made me to realise that they simply charge for service but in actual they do nothing, its better to get the service from road side shop than wasting the time and money on service centre like this.

Doesnt want to give even single star also, such a worst service in 4 yrs I never seen, from last 4 yrs I have not seen the bill more than 3k. Here I have received the around 6 thousand, after spending that much also my bike mileage is totally reduced, after service I have visited thrice this service center to explain the issues but no proper response. My sincere suggestion and opinion is dont visit this service center its waste of amount and time. You itself spoil ur bike, u will feel before service only it is good. After service thrice I have observed the milage its totally reduced before service milage was so good.

Service is not good. The customer service representatives does not have to patience to listen to customer problems. Without understanding complete customer problem they will be in a hurry to fix it. After giving the vehicle for regular service without any critical problem, ended up having more problems after the service. Even after visiting twice the problem is not rectified. I had to give my vehicle to local mechanic to get it rectified as vehicle broke down on the road.

Dont give bike service here, 100% they will damage ur bikes, ... Instead this u can local workshop

I went there to purchase for my Activa parts, almost all parts are available for every Honda two wheelers. I went to other service centres but none of them were having enough parts, finally I got the right place to buy my scooter parts. The staff were also so cool.

Need to explicitly state the problem of the vehicle to them, even for a general service. Else theyll scam you and give your vehicle back with just a wash and polish. Also, inexplicably expensive to get any service from that. They charged me 800/- to fix a phone charger that costed 600 in the first place!

Possibly one of the worst service centres available in the city. They mint money from the customers and in my case they cheated me after repairing for over 10k for a scooter! And whats next? The problem still persists. The owner speaks as though he is very kind and generous but it is all a gimmick! Dont heed to his generosity. The staff do not bother to listen but yeah you cant blame the staff when the owner himself is up for just grabbing money, isnt it?

Very bad service. My vehicle is not at all starting after getting it back. I was charged very heavily for the service. Not upto expectations. I had lots of hopes since it was Honda authorized service centre. Could not image authorized centres also do bad works.

Very bad experience recently..I kept my dio for the service under AMC and they just washed the scooter and gave me. No problem is rectified which are mentioned at the service time. Its making huge rattle sounds in front and no pickup and stops in between.Please dont visit this service center if you care for your bike

I had been getting my Activa serviced at Bommanahalli Honda service station. When the service is not as expected I would inform about it to one of the managers there and they action on it immediately.I have now relocated to JP Nagar and would now be getting my Activa serviced at your centre.Majority of them have reviewed your service station with a bad comment and low rating.Kindly note: If youre not perfect in what you do, then kindly sell potatoes.Am on my way in the first week of September.

Edited: After 3 visits for one free service reducing the rating. My bikes air fuel mixture screw and idle switch is messed up Not going back again. Let me tell what happened. Took it for 2nd free service because it is nearby. They screwed up the air fuel knob adjustment from factory settings and changed the idling set up so bike was emitting black smoke from exhaust and running before you accelerate. Took it back the next day and they were very reluctant and fixed it in 2 minutes and said not sure who changed the settings. Started riding, now the bike stopped in the middle of the road after 10kms, and again I posted the review. Manager called me after the review and called me for a thorough check up. Went back for the 3rd time and the senior technician looked at it and said they have completely changed the settings and acted surprised. They washed the bike (they didnt even wash it during the service) and it was free of cost.Again bike stopped in the middle of the road and took it to a local garage. This guy fixed it and said whoever had done it, has no technical knowledge.Now the bike is emitting a weird sound in the front panel when I slow down as if 2 engines are running.I am at a loss. Biggest mistake of taking my bike to them. They have ruined my new vehicle.

Pathetic service. They dont look at all problems - they solve one issue and create two issues. Dont even tighten all the nuts, I received bikes with unfinished service. They always put polish on brakes disks rendering them unoperational. Service manager doesnt bother when complained. They charge for work they never do on our bikes.

Worst service provider.....i was told that my bikes oil seal in front suspension is damaged and oil seal and fork oil has to be changed... 10 days after the service was done, again leakage of fork oil started...i dont even know whether they have changed the oil seal or not....they are cheaters and very unreliable people... dont trust.

My experience was very bad at this service centre.They over charged and fake the customers about all the items changed in vehicle.Will not recommend anyone to this place.You can try honda service centre which is near dsi college managed by mr.kumar.Here,they totally bluff their customers.

Even though almost all Honda service centers are terrible, this one is probably the worst i have ever been to.Like other reviewers, they offered me tinkering service which is grossly overcharged and likely the only thing they can actually perform in their center.I asked for my jammed choke to be repaired which they didnt bother to do. I also asked for a floor mat which they did not provide.And heres the icing on the cake. I got a call after about 3 hours saying that there are other problems inside the bike (something with the air filter) and the additional replacement will cost another 4k. I thought about it and said no.Forward to 3 days later, my bike just ceases to start in the middle on the road. Never happened ever in the 4 years i have had this bike. I took it to a local garage and he said the air filter was extremely dirty. He cleaned it out and it worked like a charm. These Honda guys didnt even bother to clean it. They just wanted money to replace it or otherwise its the customers problem to get it cleaned.Never go for this Honda Service Center. There are loads of local garages nearby that can do a much better job for half the price.

Please dont give your vechile to this service centre..I was called for a part replacement confirmation and they described the details and was told cost would be 200 and when k arrived to collect the vechile it was 3000 for the same replacement...I asked them to show the part which was installed and asked them to show the removed parts...upon verification the removed parts were just fine...stay away from this service centre...

I would give 0 stars if I could. No care for the vehicle by the staff. They replaced battery and it didnt even start which shows no one even checked if it. Half of the things I mentioned for repairs were not done and they couldnt care less. Pathetic and neglectful service center.

Worst service ever. They waste your time and dont deliver on time. You might have to visit multiple times to get the vehicle fixed. They do not change the parts and just adjust for time being.Also, they call 2 hours prior and updat that vehicle is ready. When reached the washing and waxing was yet to be done..wasted my 1 hour just waiting for my bike. Why cant you coordinate beforehand ?

I took my activa 2 times to this place, and it was the second time that I realised that they were actually scamming me. The first time I went to this service center they came up with an absurd bill of 2.5k for servicing because they said that my scooter needed body alignment. The next time I went there they again hinted me that my scooter might need body alignment, I pointed out that they did it last time and the worker immediately backed out. This clearly shows that they took money but never did the body alignment. Not only this they even didnt fix my accelerator as they took money for it but the problems returned in a few days, again showing they just cleaned and greased it rather than replacing it for which I was charged. The only thing they do is wash your scooter and give it back. Complete waste of money. All your problems will return within a week. Worst experience in dont know how a authorized honda service center is doing this.

I have taken Annual Maintainence (AMC) and Road side assistance (RSA) policy which costs around 700 when I gave my bike for servicing. When they gave the bill after servicing they have put the bill for AMC and RSA as 834 instead of 700. When i verified the bill and asked for it then they deducted the extra amount in next bill. So please be careful guys, please check the bill before paying. They will cheat if we dont be careful.

Today i serviced my 4th free service. Sapphire service llc centre stolen 1 leter of petrol. When i asked about it they were not ready accept after showing fuel mark mentioned in paper by service centre guy before giving bike they agreed to negotiate price next time. Even though it was free service and no complaints given by me they added additional cost with some items in bill. Not sure they changed oil or not. I visited BTM branch please never ever go here

Not recommended! There was an issue with my self start of my bike, they said its self motor issue and wanted to charge ₹3k. I told that it must be a battery issue, they didnt listen to that. Later, I got my battery replaced elsewhere, my self start is working as usual. Such an arrogance and ignorance.
