Very mediocre service delivery. They just wash and change oil thats all.Dont attend to specific requests. The agent didnt have very good knowledge abt spares, I just asked about wiper blades, he was unaware of size of my car and didnt help me in getting one from outside as they didnt have one.

Being Maruti authorized service, They say spares not available for old cars (Zen, Esteem). But same spares available in unauthorized service centers.It means, they expect only new models for easy service and quick delivery.I hate this kind of discriminations.
