Deep Grave Concern!! Sharing the grievances based on the experience,I had placed the Service for my Toyota Camry through the Sales advisor by name Kiran, He initially spoke & promised about the things will be taken care but unfortunately the technicians & service advisors literally misused and they have spoiled the major electrical parts of the Engine because they were less experienced to handle Higher End Cars, the service technician had broken many minute spares of the engine and they have some how managed to use some threads & plastic tags to keep things intact inside the engine bay so customers would not notice. My Camry was trial & error method for them to learn & practice servicing, engine head was removed and placed wrongly, Steering rack repaired on the wrong side, wiring all were cut & taped wrongly, beyond the pathetic service they had charged me around a lakh rupees projecting that spares have been replaced with huge labor charges, but unknown fact is it was broken by the technicians. EOD i had no choice, so took the vehicle & consulted a experienced mechanic for 2nd opinion, and the above actions were revealed. I have no time for complaints, so posting this review and I have asked all my network people to trust Toyota but not the dealers. I have also shared the feed back with the Regional director of toyota india for giving dealerships for such unexperienced people. Now the vehicle ruined by these peoples mistake had to shell out more money for repairs. I strongly recommend not to go with Services in this place if you are buying a Brand new car. Highly not recommended, specifically Mr. Kiran(Advisor). He just billed so much for a small bit of Incentives from the company. Knowledge-less fellow!!

One best toyota dealers in Bangalore, they offered me the best discount with on-time delivery!! If anyone plan to buy toyota vehicles I would recommend everyone to visit once the VIVA toyota dealership. Very big showroom and service center!!

Very spacious and updated showroom for Toyota vehicles with service center as well. Very friendly people. There is no water wash in service area which is good in some ways. We left our Innova for general service here and it costed around 3K aa nothing much was changed. I would suggest anyone to leave their vehicles here for service but check once before leaving the premises. They even have accesories and custom material also available. There is also a LIMITED EDITION VIVA INNOVA CRYSTA WITH EXTRA BODY KITS. Do check if you go there.

Place is huge, Whether u like it or not they delay I failed to understand why, Lots of mosquitoes n definitely needs disinfectant spray n more fans a/c not ON due to covid SOP.

Customer service is to be improved compared to other showrooms. Neatness and polishing of new vehicles for delivery is not up to the mark. Needs improvement.

Guys Please do not drop your car for service over here, even after having appointment, had to wait 1 hr for just to move car from driveway to service bay + another 2hrs , worst toyota service in bangalore ,need to improve alot .

The best Toyota showroom to buy cars.. Get in touch with Abhilash(sales executive), he does his work perfectly and get the work done on time. He doesnt lie like other sales persons.. He does what he says n deliveries on a given time. He struggles a lot to get the work done if he promises anything..Havent seen so this much dedication like him in work in other showrooms. Other Sales persons work for insentives but Abhilash doesnt work in this way. He wants customers to be happy.

I have booked a Yaris CVT on 11th July 2020. The bank has completed their loan work and released full payment on 22nd July 2020. Vehicle delivery was promised with in just 2 days of full payment realization as they had the inventory. However, due to Covid situation, seems like the Toyota Bidadi plant was closed & the supply was delayed. After many serious follow ups, Mr Kiran & team seems to have managed to honor the commitment. Looking forward for 31st July evening 5 PM. Excited to receive the vehicle.. Lets see what happens.......ok...the conclusion...all is well which ends well....My new Yaris J CVT was delivered on time as promised on 31st July 2020. It was an auspicious day of Mahalakshmi Pooja. We were delighted with Viva Toyota’s commitments and services. Thank You Team Viva Toyota. 👍

Really, Very very very bad team management and worst service. Seriously i lost my patience and money over there,Commonsense and behavior of management is totally weak and worst.Dear Brother and sisters, dont by any car from VIVO dealer and especially branding cars( They never keep any stock of accessories and accessories would take 15 days after our advance payment)....Really very pathetic so bottom of heart i am writing this email and never buy from VIVO dealership. I took innova crysta in the month of June 2020 nd the vehicle was in the problem thy gavee me a demo vehicle nd thy told I would get my rc card to my adress thy did a mistake in my rc card adress so I needed to go nd collect my rc adresss .we told them to change the vehicle thy did not accept thr faults nd thy whr giving reasons and the car new car was took to showroom for repairing nd my new car was thr in thr showroom for 1week nd thy had been telling tht thy will return the car today tom today tom nd all shity reasons the worst showroom experience evr up to date

Very good place for purchase, service and body repair and painting.My new glanza after 20 days there was scratches on the right side rear door I took the vehicle immediately to the viva Mysore road. Concerned persons immediately attended the matter and they assured me the new door replacement with insurance coverage. The quality of painting of the door was very good without any difference compare to the other doors. I am very happy with Viva Mysore Road. I suggest this place for Purchase, service, body and painting work.

One of the best Toyota showrooms till date the sales executive was very friendly and helpful the loan process was easy but my car delivery was bit posted because of the colour choice and it was a great experience but when it comes to service the team is really not worried about anything just to drop off the car for 2nd service just to attend I had to wait for 45min and then more 30min to finish all the process I hope the service section will be improved next time.Thank you.

On 20th Novemberer 2019 I met with an accident. I gave my car to viva Toyota for service on that day itself and submitted the necessary documents. They promised me that they will give car on 27th Novemberr. After two days i called them to check the status and they told that they got approval from insurance and they will deliver car on 27th.On 27th when I called,they told that they will deliver the car the next day.On 28th they told that insurance person is on leave and they cant help.On 2nd December i googled service reception number and Called them.They gave bodyshop manager number.Body shop manager told that the advisor who inspected my car is on leave .When i visited them on 3rd December they told that some work is pending with insurance.But the insurance people told that the repairy work is not done yet .On 4th December they told that my car is ready to get delivered and iam suppose to pay 4114 and asked me to enquire with insurance people for further queries. When i asked insurance people they told that service center people have replaced some unnecessary parts. Finally I got frustrated and gave 2400 rupees but they are acting too much to deliver my carEven though I myself took risk of contacting insurance people, i had to pay so much amount.Thanks to viva Toyota.Please dont do this to anyone.

This is the most unreliable car service I have ever used, took my corolla car to viva Toyota pantarpalya Bangalore, it was minor issue with the ignition coil, technician couldnt rectify the issue and miss leaded saying there is problem with engine, need to open the engine and gave quotation of 1.5 lakhs, I took back my vehicle to local technician he rectified the issue just by replacing ignition coil, which cost me around 22k, my suggestion to people please do not take your car to viva Toyota they will miss lead you no proper trained technicians, they are spoiling the brand Toyota name am very disappointed,
