After getting screwed multiple times by large dealer networks I took my car to UM cars, mine is a Nexa Ciaz car and on an average the large dealers Service Advisors jacked up my previous bills with unnecessary things, thats when I decided to never use their services and rather move to smaller service only players. The job done by UM was fantastic and car runs like new and not like a 5 year old car.

A week earlier had done the service from them as we had a long journey coming up.As we started our journey we heard a loud noise from back of car above 80km/hr speed.Now we cant come back as we are in middle of journey.Once we returned came back to the service centre only to find out that the wheel bearing is gone. And i have to pay for it.Why wasnt this checked during service. And i have a doubt whether they replaced it with an old bearing during service.

Have given my swift dzire car for periodic maintaince service at 90000km.In my 10yrs of experience with maruti service centre I have not seen any service centre to be so honest and professional in there work culture. Had a issue with my wind screen broken during servicing. Informed Mr Sachin and Nandhish without any hesitation and argument they accepted and rectified the issue free of cost.Never expected that in this era any other workshop would have accepted there fault. Have been going to UM Cars these past couple of years now. As a decade-long car owner, Im glad to have finally found a place I can trust in. Mr Subramanya, the SA, has always been attentive and reliable - it adds a serious level of confidence when you know the SA has noted all your concerns and gives you an itemized update on each at the end of the service. I also like the fact that when I had an electrical issue but their electrician wasnt available, they were honest enough to tell me they couldnt do it (instead of doing some jugaad so that they dont lose my business). On the whole, will happily recommend them to others.

I took my old Baleno VXi that had a faulty O2 sensor, a faulty switch for the reverse lights and I couldnt find the spares for it. UM Cars had it!!!!! The check engine light on my console is finally laid to rest. The customer service was exceptional from Mr. Jane and Mr. Nandish. This is my new go to place for my car and I would gladly recommend anyone with a Maruti Suzuki to visit them for any maintenance, repair or service.A few suggestions would be an improvement in the inspection post service before delivery. I found one of the number plate lights in the rear was blown and not replaced, and the light inside the boot had its bulb removed and kept safely inside the boot. The battery was half dead and a suggestion to consider replacing it would have been helpful. Little things makes a big difference and brings some attention to detail to the customers you serve.I recommend this place considering the fact I have a car that has been phased out and these guys made it run like a brand new car after 15 years! I can bet on it as I immediately went for a 700km drive on it. Amazing service!

Today I went for servicing of my car. Every members are so polite, humble and technically very sound. They take care of my car very nicely. Few days before I got a heavy scratch on driver side door, they completely vanished all deep scratches by full body polishing. Very much happy with their job responsibilities. For Maruti Suzuki car servicing high recommended.

Very polite and humble staff, and excellent service. The car had a dent and multiple scratches, everything was fixed and polished in a surprisingly short span of time. It looked almost new and there were no signs of the accident. I am extremely satisfied with their service.

The labor cost is pocket friendly, quick fixing done on regular things like oil change , gear oil change fixing wiper ( just 20 mins) right in front of you. Staff are friendly and billing can be negotiated if you have done many svc tasks on your car. BIMAL encourages full svc and charge heavily . UM is very transparent you are the boss

Highly unprofessional people.They will remove your existing car parts on the name of service. Don’t fall into their trap.They will first increase the base price and then tell you that sir we are giving you discount.They don’t even do car wash at the time of full service.I would suggest not to go this place for servicing.. I just wasted my time and money there.Whatever good reviews are there they are posted by their ppl only because my other friends also faced the similar issues at this service centre.

Very poor service. Unprofessional floor staff. Poor quality output even at managerial level.They need a person to monitor their quality. Maruti may want to reconsider their brand outlet. Though, customer service lady was apologetic but it was not her fault. The lower level needs to seriously justify their job.

Excellent emergency service. My car broke down at 6PM peak traffic time during a heavy rain pour. The emergency service reached me within 15 minutes and got me going soon. Very happy with the service that followed and would greatly recommend UM cars.

Have been getting my car for past 3 yrs, it has been ok / average. Recently went for a routine service and interacted with Mr.Shailesh and explained the issues with the vehicle. The quality of car service is much improved and issues with the vehicle have been sorted. Service cost is a bit pricey. Ask for service adviser Mr.Shailesh. He is good.

They have proper equipment and spare parts. I went there to change the clutch on my petrol ritz. They give estimate and check what services you need from estimate. Service was prompt(clutch, engine oil, gear oil, brake oil, wheel balancing etc ) all done in 4 hours on Satuday.

I had been giving car for service here for aprrox 2 yrs without any issues but during last service done in Dec 2018, I had a problem of wheel sound that was properly fixed by changing wheel bearings. However, they had to change the clutch plate as well. This is when my troubles started. At low speed and at a higher gear it was giving out a strange sound whcich is not usual feedback sound. To address that they had to change gear bearings. There was clutch padel vibration now too. Though I complained about vibration and hinted that its probably due to improper clutch fittings, I was told that it will go away after a while but nothing like that happened. On top of it eventually low speed high gear sound started escalating again. Though I had to keep my car at UM cars for 5-6 days and had to pay 3-4 visits, my cars condition was not perfect. Loosing all hope for this service center I ended up at Bimal Mahadevapura. They could quickly figure out that some grooves of clutch was not put properly and they had to change the whole clutch. After this both padel vibration and sound on low speed high gear was gone and car was back to perfect condition. I informed about this whole matter to UM cars. They were kind enough to acknowledge the issue but unfortunately I lost all trust in UM cars. I only hope that they dont rush servicing but pay due attention to technical issues and not just cleaning of car and work on regular training of mechanics and work load problems if any.

Sachin sir from UM cars Kodihalli has been extra helpful in getting my swift car issue sorted out for the wrong work done by Suraksha motors koramangla.Suraksha had charged me close to 15k and gave back the car without doing the right work that was supposed to be done in the engine head which aggravated the problem within sometime and further damaged the engine head badly.Sachin ,UM cars assured after doing close inspection of the problem showed the work in front of my eyes and genuinely advised what the problem is and went out of his routine work to get it sorted out after finding the root problem in it.Above all what stands out from the rest in his trade is his truthfulness in sharing the info and his respect for the customer without ever getting irritated and always with a smile on his face explains the customer many times the right thing to be done .He is not there for money in this business but because of his passion for the work and his sincerity to retain a loyal Maruti customer for 25 years.I highly recommend his services to all the cheated customers of other Maruti authorised service stations and advise them to kindly visit him once and see the difference.Thanks & regardsKaran

Found out about this place through an acquaintance when looking to service my Wagon R. Did not want to leave the car at dealership owned service centers after listening to horror stories of unwanted jobs being carried out and high labour costs.They scheduled a pick up from home made a note of the issues. Got a call from the service advisor about the nature of work that will be carried out.The important thing to note is they never suggest unnecessary repairs or jobs like the dealer owned service centers.Whenever possible, they suggest the repair option instead of full replacement contrary to the attitude of dealership owned service centers.Thier labour costs are reasonable as well and parts are standard marutiWould definitely recommend them over the dealerships owned centres.

Mr.Sachin is highly energetic, very flexible in timings, and has done thoroughly a great job in the servicing of my SX4 car. I am extremely happy on the work done, and the interaction with the service Engineers

1) Twice experienced - Guys bill you for service but do not wash the car cleanly, when I opened the bonnet at home it was untouched and dirty as I had given.2) Guys do multiple lines of billing is small amounts which ultimately adds up to big sum and cannot explain what it is for.3) They do not give tax invoice at the time of delivery of car.
