I have been giving my bike for over a year now. I am stuck with them as there are no other Suzuki service station near by and only they can provide original products.Every time I have left the bike there for over 4 days, begging them to take as much as time required, but do a good job. Only when I call back to find out the status or go there to see, is when they even start doing the work.Moreover, I have left my bike from the last 2 times to change the chain spraket as it was making some noise. Both time they havent changed it. When I mentioned about the sound, they are telling me I am just imagining. Im a doctor by profession.Both times they have billed me for over 5 k. I dont spend more than 4 k for my car service.When you ask about it they make sure theyll chase you off from there.I just got my bike from servicing, still with the old chain. I have images of the same.Im taking time and putting this review only because I feel cheated and dont want anyone else to experience this.Please dont leave your vehicle here for serviceHope this issue will be handled by the head office with utmost concern.

They have no knowledge of what customer satisfaction means. Service is just okay, still a lot better than their service centre near DG petrol bunk. The issue that I have is they dont respect time. They promise to give you in the evening the same day, but call you up again to let you know that they deliver the next day. Happened on multiple occasions. On the day of delivery, they again call the customer to let them know that 1 pm to 2 pm is lunch break. Come earlier than 1 or later than 2. I am at their mercy.
Very costly service. Very average quality service. Staff are very average looks like doing service at roadsides garage. I had not seen any staff with proper uniform. Quality of service very much below average. Its better to get service from road side. SUZUKI MUST IMROVE THIS AND BETTER LEARN FROM YOUR COMPETITORS.VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
Friendly staff, they dont bill unnecessary. If you have good understanding about your vehicle then its easy to gauge. Its not over crowded even Saturdays we can get the service done but need to visit early by 9Am will be good, closing time will be by 6.30.

This place has a showroom along with a service station below. Weekends there is always a rush for bike servicing. Best is to give your bike for service on a weekday,if possible.The service is average.At the time of giving your bike for service, even when you mention general regular service, they call you later and say that this part or the other part has a problem and has to be replaced and try to Jack up the cost of the service.Until and unless you know that a particular part has to be replaced do not accept to get it done. The service coordinator will try to push you to do so. When I got my service done a year ago, the service coordinator had told me that the front and the back break drums have to be replaced. I didnt approve that, and even till date my breaks are working absolutely fine. So be aware of this aspect.They have pickup and drop facility, but they accept only cash when they deliver your bike at home after service. At the service station they accept credit/debit cards.Overall an okay experience.

Not at all satisfied with service... They make sure the bill amount is more. I have given my vehicle to fix the self start issue... without checking anything they simply told self start motor is failed and costs 1700...and battery 1400 where actual cost is around 1100 without exchange...i went to nearest mechanic and he took my battery for exchange at 900... and it worked.They opened complete engine which I didnt ask and asked me to change parts otherwise it will breakdown... overall they billed me 10000 without fixing actual issue.

WORST SERVICE CENTER !! LIARS and THIEVES in this center. They only wash the vehicle in the name of servicing. My bike was working fine before I gave it to these guys and after the servicing, I noticed my head light isnt working.When I asked them to fix it, they asked me to come in 30 mins and then afternoon and then evening. I got a call from them in evening to come on Monday. I was furious with this and asked them to return my bike. While I was collecting my bike, they said that they will have to change wiring kit and it will cost me Rs 4000/- after a lot of arguing with them they reduced the price to Rs 2000/-I collected my bike and got the problem fixed from the road side mechanic by paying Rs 50/- I am never going back there.

Worst service... Sunday closed... Weekdays opening time is 10.30 am... Of you want to give your scooter for general service than you have to take one day leave for the same... Also once you visit there than they have some service list, which you will have to do.. and that is mandatory...
Most horrible service center. Got my new bike serviced 4 times as a part of free services and every single time they spoilt something which was working perfectly fine before service. Once they delivered the bike without fitting any screws on the side panel. Once they delivered bike with clutch settling in full loose position and choke pulled in. Once they delivered bike by leaving the handle bar fully loose. As a result, I dont trust their work at all and I am scared that their negligence would cause an accident. I would not recommend this service center even to my enemies.

I went for scooter Service today, I had the helmet in the scooter.. I was told to take the helmet along with me because they cannot TAKE CARE of the helmet.. what are they wary of? Their employees?? if they dont trust their employees how can we.. I just walked off..suggestion - can you have a helmet safekeep at your service station?? Now it part of the vehicle.. you cant take a 2 wheeler on the road without helmet

I have visited along with my wife the showroom on 02.07.2019. The lady at the showroom posses as if she is doing a favor by explaining and tonned bossy and irritated attituded and body language when asked to explan about accessories.For example this when asked about the accessories this is the list what you want buy you may buy when asked to explain the accessories parts response was is this is the list that it.We just walked out of the showroom.Surprisingly no showroom manager was available nor contact was provided by the other staff to report the misbehavior.Not at all expected such experience for suzuki.just adjusent Honda showroom executive has greeted with grace and explained clearly about end to end.

I visited today to the apple suzuki showroom in Kanakapura road, worst attitude of the sales people there, literally had to ask for every details and she used to give one word answers, they were least bothered to explain about vehicles. I had gone with an intention to book the vehicle. Sadly I walked out of the showroom disappointed!

They are so lazy and stupid that they cant even fill the owners manual.. Sales rep does not have any clue of any process in delivering the vehicle. Vehicle was pathetic and in dirty condition while it was delivered to me..i was surprised there was no feed back also taken during the time of delivery.. My used Honda dio was procured by the company.. I was offered 25k but finally given much lesser price..well if u are looking for a peaceful purchase of a vehicle this is Not the showroom to buy.. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER SHOWROOM..
Apply Auto kanakapura has one of the worst service centers for suzuki vehicles. I recently left our access for servicing and had the worst experience ever, their employees are so uncourteous and rude to start with. Without taking consent of customer they change parts of your vehicle and when asked question they say it is routine? Routine to change break oil? Routine to change break light, even though it is working? Routine to apply polish even when not asked? Routine to apply polish for a matt finish vehicle? What the hell? And when confronted they say by mistake the amount is added into the bill and will revoke. Why add and why revoke? What if I had not noticed would you still revoke?All in all its the last time I am leaving vehicle at your service station or recommend anyone to leave vehicle there.Learn basic etiquette of customer support.

But its now almost a month but still my vehicle not registered...I followed up on every day ..Every time they came with same answertoday we will do it..They dont have the accessories also in showroom ...They take money but deliver the accessories after a week .... Really really worst experience ..I could go on and go on ...Think 10 times before visiting This showroom ...
