But be advised they will not be able to go over and above the call of duty. Nexa is hostage to the way maruti distributes its cars. Unfortunately, quite unacceptable experience.Booked top end XL6 in a two hour visit, extremely good sales pitch. Promised delivery in a month before my road trip planned.Kept following up very regularly for payments.Then three months of zero response. Finally received car three weeks back.Car mat not delivered yet. As expected, no commitments and no response. Its always - we will get back to you. Still waiting. How can you miss basics in the very top end model ? Beats all logic.You can expect a dozen people to follow up with you to know the status. Not one will tell you the status. Its a disgrace on Nexa branding.

I have bought a SCROSS Zeta variant from NEXA. I must admit, traditionally I wasnt a fan of Maruti Suzuki. I happened to borrow a SCROSS from a friend which made me consider SCROSS as a potential buying option.Once I narrowed down the cars I would want to buy, I left my number at the website to get a call back. I spoke to Kiran over phone and he told he would call me when they receive the test drive vehicle. Eventually I went to the store and met him personally. I had some requirements before buying the car.I want to physically inspect the car before getting registered. Kiran and Madhu assured me that there would not be any quality issue but were willing to let me inspect for my peace of mind. Keeping their promise they did not register until they had my confirmation. It delayed the process for a day but I liked the fact that they honoured their promises.I wanted to take very less accessories as I like my vehicles remain stock looking as much as possible. Both of them were helpful in this regard.After a couple of weeks into our initial discussion(we started on the same day SCROSS was launched), we got a chance to test drive the vehicle.Kiran was kind enough to drive the vehicle to my place and I took it for good drive. I wanted to test the high speed stability, road presence, ease of drive in traffic, cabin noise, gadgets, music system well every thing that I could see and feel. He spent good time with us letting us explore the vehicle. TBH, I dont like the online reviews as they dont have the same perspective as a customer who is paying for it. It was very essential to know what am I loosing or gaining if I make this purchase. The patience and time Kiran gave us really made the deal.After the test drive we decided this was the car for us, and then we stated fast tracking the process. Kiran has promised that the delivery will be by 10th-September, our family wanted to get it on 9th-September. A call to NEXA and it was done. On the delivery day, we wanted the car to be ready few hours earlier, a call again and it was done.I took a loan to get my car, the process was extremely smooth, all the details were already taken care. I just had to visit the bank to sign the agreement. It took me about 1 hours to get done with the loan process.I was given option to choose my insurance, it was transparent. There werent any hidden charges or commissions. They dont charge for handling. I was given invoice for every rupee I have spent on the car. I wish that I could get some free goodies(who doesnt love that?).Overall I am happy with how Kiran(Relationship manager), Madhu (SRM), Umesh(From loan dept) and Kiran(accessories) helped me to make this process. Thumbs up to Kiran for taking my calls late evenings over Sundays to answer my queries.

I had very horrible delivery experience and regretted buying my 1st car from this showroom. Top end model but very bad service and felt good response till you do full payment after that poor service from delivery to registration, I had to collect my Rc card visiting rto in person because sales people did not give posting envelop during rto registration but they had collected payment including agent service charges. Also they quoted more in insurance and other charges compared to other Maruti nexa and after questioning payed back after delivery.

We had visited nexa before covid to enquire about Baleno. And then we dropped off the plan. But the team made sure they followed up with us in between. And now, when we thought it was the right time to buy a car, we visited the branch again. The team, as always, was super friendly, super informative, and punctual.We booked the car and got the delivery within a week. There was a slight delay in delivery but they were apologetic about the fact. No rude behavior, no attitude whatsoever. Would definitely recommend this place (Kalyani Nexa JP Nagar) to have a good experience while buying your car.

I recently got a Baleno from NEXA. Nandish V got the car to my place for the test drive. During the test drive he was extremely nice and patient and explained to us all the features. After finalizing the test drive we decided to buy the car and he explained all the features really well and helped us to decide on the model. During the wait period he was always available to answer our queries and he would give us the status of the car every now and then. After we got the car, he made sure that we get good discounts. As I didnt want to drive the car from the showroom to home, he got the car home safely and again very patiently went through every features of the car. During the entire process I did not visit the showroom even once. Nandish V made sure that everything was done in smooth and hassle free manner. Everything was getting done over the phone and I was being informed by him at every step. I am glad that he was the person with whom I had to deal as he was very polite and well mannered. Booking experience is good.Relationshio manager Mr.Mahesh Poojari explaine to me all in detail and in fact he was in contact with me for the last one week.He is courteous and polite and understand customers need .He offered me for test drive and told me repeatedly that he would bring the car to my residence to make sure that the garage has sufficient space for to park the car.Will be going for test drive tomorrow and he has assured that he would at my place tomorrow morning with the car for test drive.Overall experience is good and he also assured me that the delivery would be made within 5 weeks. Also met their training manager and he briefed me about the entire process and the whole experience is good.
