Really very good showroom of Benelli bikes in Bangalore. We can get almost all Benelli India bikes here. Enjoyed test rides of TRX 502X. Staffs behaviour is also very good.

Cervices centre too worst service they will provide you and lot of issues with my new benelli Imperiale 400,these are pic i have taken but wheel alignment issue, malware function issue ,handle rust issue and some other pics they are not ready to share with me.In a year the bike is also there in the showroom .for every issue they will keep at least 15 to 20 Dyas, since 23rd jan 2021 still my bike in the service centre.My Kind request dont go , benelli bike parts quality is very poor and spare parts availability very difficult if you need more info commend here i can share you my experience with this service centre

Showroom is well located in whitefield area ,its easily noticeable and people here are very friendly And they treat as if they are friends from many years , and good thing is test drives are avaialbale and service is sticked together with showroom

Guys this place doesnt have all models displayed especially 502TRK and X and I didnt feel the positive energy from the staff.

They not even deserve one star also.My brother took Benelli imperiale 400, due to lockdown issue he was not able to take the bike. So his friend took the bike from the showroom. Ever since the bike is purchased it had got some problem. While riding engine got shutdown multiple times. Most of the time engine control system trouble indicator is ON. Even after we took the bike to service station the problem is not rectified.After the 2nd service , a new problem has arrived 😤😤😤 Bike is not taking the self start. Absolutely feeling sad...and broken.We have spent this much money for this bike and this is what we are receiving from the service person.😤😕😪

Its my dream bike actually. Im crazy to see this bike in my hands soon. But the very newly launched sports tourer bike i.e. Benelli 302r TNT impressed me quite than one which I thought to buy becoz of its design and stylish features which dues comes with ABS ofcourse.Today i.e. 12-Jan-2018 visited the showroom as I exaggerated to see my fav bike showroom located just in a walkable distance from my house.The crew who helps you out (rather I would say Benelli Team) are very good in giving good insight on their bikes if you go with empty mind to choose one.Latest review on 28 Jan 2020-----------------------------------------------They provided good explanation and understanding of all bikes they put in showroom during start days of inauguration (12Jan 2018). Now (28 Jan 2020), Im editing this review as Ive gone frustate with the experience I had with showroom accounts department, not only this time, but, everytime I visit to get service done, I supposed at wait for atleast 1 hour for payment. Reason is not due to heavy visitors and booking customer, but, just because of none working, single, card swiping machine. In every single visit, I experienced the same. What a pathetic quality and service they are showing to customer. Disgusting I should say.

Date 18th September KA03 JJ 9468Morning at 9:30 saw a technician rouge riding Benelli T250 recklessly at Bayapanahalli Metro station road. There is so much traffic here in the morning but he is riding bike as though he is going to win the next championship.He was almost going to hit my vehicle twice and other vehicles on the road too.When questioned as to why they are riding bikes like this?They abused and said do what you want and this is how we ride the bikes, none of your business.They dont care for the customer bikes putting other people lives on roads in danger as well.People buy SBKs with hard earned money not so that you guys at the SVC screw up the bike.Please dont give your bike for service here as these people will screw your bike and put the blame on the bikes saying it is not their fault.I have got friends who own a 302R and T300 but i will never recommend them to come here again.

The issue got resolved after sachin reddy taken as incharge for service engineer and he is a kind and friendly person and can understand issues and resolving the issues.Before the sachine my below comments and the situation was same.i would like to suggest that to purchase or for service of bike here ,because the service manager dnt have commonsense and he is worst than roadside beggar such a way he will speak with customers.I had faced issue with my new benelli imperiale 400 ,got issues the one is front port oil leakage and second Engine malware light after a week of the bike got delivered and later another week wheel alignment issues,but they one resolve among of three. they were not ready to take bike servicing and will charge you bike parking charges if you not taken bike than the date they informed you . be care full with this showroom they were charging some hidden charges for you that transport and handling and etc.

Looks like they do not want to sell the bikes. No one to attend and no test ride bikes. The staff is getting paid to sit in the showroom with no work. You lost a prospective customer was planning to buy TRK X.

Very very bad experience. Gave 4th service and charged 8k. But service was not done properly. They have charged 350rs for chain lubrication. But it was not done. Now there is a problem in chain were i cant drive my bike now. Bill also was not given to me and its a month over. When ever i call them they are telling there is a issue and will provide me the bill in a week. Its a month over but still not got the bill of the service. I complaint regarding the issue and they are telling that will get back you in 2days and still not yet came regarding the issue. Previous manager was good but now store manager is changed which is of no use at all. If the service was not good where should we go then.

The worest place, Dont give advance also, i requested for one color and they gave one color, And they dont want coustmer saticifaction, They are working for money, Because of these guys Benli getting a bad name. Especially Benli Whitefield store guys are not maintaining ethics,After paying they are asking u have any proof.

I guess only 2 Benelli showrooms in Banglore, One is in Whitefield. The staff was good communication, receiving is very good but I am not satisfied with the ambience of the showroom. Brand like Benelli should have much better showroom to compete with Royal Enfield. The showroom pretty much ordinary and variety of accessories are limited.

Good customer friendly showroom. But very badly managed now a days. Theres no showroom manager since last one month. No showroom staff is staying with Benelli for more than 2 months.(God knows why!!!) Hence cant trust anyones word as all will blame someone else when theres some issue.

I booked Benelli Imperiale 400 bike on 01-02-2020 and the quoted on road price is Rs.253309. Today I received call from showroom and they quoted prices are increased and the revised cost is Rs.266700. The reason they mentioned was due to increase in dollar rate.

Very poor service. When i booked, when i did test drive when it was suppose to be delivered and the delayed delivery date, all these events i had to meet different execs. Each blame each other. Execs are cheats who take money and run away. Managers are such a worse attitude who does not take responsibility and accountability. Instead use same phrase I AM NEW, I DONT KNOW WHAT OTHERS HAVE TOLD. Its just 1 but total of 4 managers.Now they dont have servicing guys which should have been communicated and set the expectations. Poorest and worst international brand showroom. After paying such huge cost for bike, the service is pathetic

You can buy from here but they only want to sell. Post sale , Benelli trained service engineer is not guranteed. Doc months ago it was ok ok .But now its worst.top to bottom no one cares about service to customer.in fact once I was there to pick my bike n found few things were not done.so service engineer was attending me.this owner came and asked him to close telling its time to close . I was thinking why o bought from here when they on customer face ignore service which they must give. No wonder in one year more than three times entire staff go changed. Today I m struggling to get my bike service but its a week now technician not available. Regards

Guys trust me i had heard bad word about this showroom from some people telling this showroom doesnt get the vehicle registered on time even they take booking but makes delivery late but still i somehow planned and got my very first Benelli 302R from here and trust me guys each and every process were done in just couple of days. Bike delivery,registration and paper work were all done within no time which was just incredible.I would really give a big thanks to Mr Galwyn Pinto (Senior Sales Executive)for taking my request on an urgent basic and did his best job for me getting the delivery. Withing a week of delivery he got my vehicle registered which was quite surprising for me.Mr Galwyn is a great guy, very professional and really really helpful. He will clear all your doubts related to bike and paper work. He will respond to your each single silly queries in a very polite way.I would request Benelli India with a big thums up please please please hire such resources who will not only give their best in jobs but will also make your customer feel proud of owning a Benelli.Till now i had a great experience from this showroom except for one person which you viewers dont need to worry about as he is out from Benelli whitefield.So plan and visit asap if thinking to upgrade your bike.-------------BE A PROUD OWNER OF BENELLI----------------:)

Service is not up to the expected Mark. They always give fake commitments which they never meet. We spend a lot of money in buying those bikes but their service is very very bad. Its better to buy the vehicles at Benelli-Langford showroom and servicing at Domlur. I would never ever visit Whitefield showroom.

I met with an accident and they lagged the repair for four long months. Later I had to take my bike to Domlur service center, where the bike was made ready within a month.Bad thing is that most of my bikes part like handlebar, front number plate clamp, both mirrors, front and rear number plates are missing and never handed over to Domlur service center. Due to their negligence and delay I also had to replace my battery which was dead.

The people here are real solid bikers totally passionate ....

Very bad after buying response, my friend recently bought TnT 300 from here bike from this showroom, they where promising before buying, but once the bike is delivered, there response is really awkward there registration process took lot of time :(good experience :- during booking process- loan processing- staff communicationbad experience:- after loan approved they dont give you dam- front desk staff , irresponsible they dont give you correct info what you need- poor communication channel, most of there phone number just rings and does nothingverdict :it just happened with me OR i am the only sufferer here or something wrong from my side, i just shared my experience no offence.But i am not a new buyer, hence i can see the difference.I will never recommend my friend to buy from this Showroom :(

So this is the new DSK Benelli showroom/service centre in Bangalore. Opened in Dec 2017, the store so far delivers what it promises. The team is friendly; quick in delivery/service; and prompt. I was there today to get a custom grill installed over the Radiator of my 600i. The team showed complete ownership of the task and had it done in 15 mins. I additionally asked them to check the chain tension; and they obliged :) The service supervisor Kiran was prompt enough to notice a burnt exhaust cap and asked me if I wanted it changed. Honestly, I had given up on the idea of getting it fixed. Got it changed the same time and was happy with the fix/changed part.WRT the showroom, it sure is spacious, and has the display bikes set up as required. The service area is HUGE! Can accommodate 5 bikes on ramp n rest of the floor area seems to be ample for the intake of service due vehicles. It’s new so they are trying the best to make customer service as pleasant as possible. Happy to have a service center close by in Whitefield.

The staff is courteous and gave a free test ride to the bikes. The showroom is one of the biggest Benelli store in south India.

Hello,I own a Benelli 600i. I have a concern rather something I need your attention onThis is with the service centre at Bangalore Whitefield Brindavan Motos.I had done my third service couple of months back from here and I have had a very dissatisfying experience.On my third service I had gone to pick up my bike to find the bike service is not done even after 24 hours and no washing can be done because there is no power or power back up.I had to go sit in one of the service managers car to make the payment using the card machine connected to car because it too did not have charge.And I was not given any bill because of the same reason, the next day I was off for a North India ride...And I was going from Bangalore to Mysore and half way I notice a oil leakage which was fixed from Mysore service center.I thought it was because the service centre was new at Whitefield they could arrange everything even a power back.So... I go there for my 4th service which was on 28th September 2018,Here now the manager has changed the service guys have changed and but the issue remains the same.I dropped my bike on 27/09 at around 1 o clock in the afternoon and went to pick up on 29/09 at same time but the service was not done the bike was not washed.Apart from a giggling face I dont get anything.All I would request is we bikers live by the brand name and these kind of petty frimsy issues impact negatively on this brand name.Thanks
