I am very much pleased by the services provided by Windshield World in Yelahanka new town area. They went that extra mile which is the essence of customer amazement. Dear Team,This is to let you know that I am highly disappointed by your service.To explain you in brief I had replaced my car windshield at your Yelahanka store in December.This case started by your car mechanic Ciril from Kerala had given me all false hopes about the insurance just to get the Business out of me. Even before appointment of surveyor he has started the work process in a hurry.Secondly your insurance team meena did not submit my documents for a while which let to a further delay. And the delay continues till today.Comes into picture is your customer care team Were sushma were liaising for the claim and even Sushma Direct boss have apologized & promised me over phone that if my claim is not settled by Fridayi.e by Jan 10, 2020 , he will settle my money and get the money back from me after i have received insurance claim. Till now I havent received money from any parties either.And Sushma who has not allowed me to speak most of the times over phone always tried to prove herself right have not given me your company grievance mail to escalate this issue to the higher level even after many requests.Please tell me just because of your team negligence should a customer face such kind off trauma.As a cooperate background is this you guys keep up the promise to the customers.
