While purchase bike I had nice experience but I let want know how these people response during service. But bike is very nice I am very happy for this bike. Thank you Suzuki for manufacturing this sf250 bike.

This review is all about after sale service from value suzuki , all the time they will add some extra cost without inspecting the vehicle ,As head overhaulingClutch overhaulingRear tail bulb , they have changed 3 times continuouslyThe staff is so busy so they even won’t address the problem after taking the vehicle, even i have addressed the same issue while i went to take my vehicle’s delivery, they never changed my scooter’s rear break pads and now they said sir rear alloy wheel needs to be replace , how a wheel’s drum can ware out before break pads.Please find some another authorised service centreBecause they gave a 2200+ bill into my hand for general service of suzuki access 125 can u imagineIn first photo this is there weighting room

Dint like the service. I visited the showroom to buy access 125. They dint even offer a seat and dint even bother to give a quotation.They said they will give the scooty that was standing outside the showroom on footpath. The scooty had marks of mud drops.Did not buy the vehicle here

Sharing Experience of Scooter service here:Whenever you are servicing the Scooter. Better you take your own engine oil. And do visit inside of were your scooter got serviced.Because the Scooter comes for first service. There engine oil are used back again by mixing the small quantity of oil which left over while filling(usually in 1L of bottle 750ml only got used). So in short you are paying for only 250ml. And your money got looted.And one more thing the price mentioned in Job card is MRP. So better you buy your own .And get it filled infornt of you only. And take back the remaining.Do questions also for what you are paying .During Service.Hope you will get better experience . Than me.one star only for posting my review. Otherwise option not get enabled.

I have given my bike to these service station today , they have done the pathetic service .after informing also Even they unable to wash and wipe the dust properly . I have done myself after reached to home. For these type of service I have paid Rs 300 change. They are very neglected mind set people . For these type of pathetic service Why shoud we give bike to this service station I can do my self better than them . This is not the first time its happening to me, repeatedly Im facing the same . If they cant do the service properly , they should not give any free service simply for namesake they will do service here . I have never seen such a worst service . Need to raise a complaint.

Being only Suzuki two wheeler showroom in Yelahanka, all the Suzuki two wheeler owners have to give there vehicles servicing at this showroom only.Servicing charges a bit high, can be reduced.Request the mechanics to wear masks when interacting with clients.

I visited ur showroom at yelankha today at approx 16:00hrs, no staff came forward to answer the query unless I called the person who was still sitting.. though he saw us entering inside.. no greet no information given abt the scooter.. went back and sat on his desk. I had to call him again to know the features.. no proper response.. is this the way the potential customer is handled? So disappointed, went to Honda showroom and booked a scooter, though I wanted a Suzuki scooter..

If you want to keep your vehicle in good condition, kindly do not let your vehicle to this service centre. My Gixxer sf engine got seized at 32k kms, even after maintaining all the services at this service centre time to time. So this says it all about the service expertise and quality work of the workshop.

Suzuki Access is having huge problems DEAR CUSTOMER PLEASE DONT PURCHASE. starter is like hell in this bike, worst experience with the bike, i am using since 2020 still i am struggling. I had a very bad experience with these showroom guys.I had give my bike for service and they took whole day to return the bike.I had an issue with my Intruder-bike where it used to get completely turn-off while driving. I had mentioned this to the guy who takes the responsibility of getting the issues fixed.Although he gave my bike during the night stating it has been checked, my bike again got switched off in the middle of the road.Immediately i took a U-turn and told him the problem still exist.He asked me to leave the bike and go and he will get it replaced with a new one and send the part of the product to the company as this was a new issue. I collected my bike after 2 working days due to climate issues but they didnt even bothered to contact me and ask if i can to collect my bike early .After 2 days i collected my bike since they had replaced it with a new product. Then the next day when i was taking my bike to office, i noticed they missed a part of the body of my bike to add and they did not even bothered to check before returning the bike properly after so long wait.Now i am going to follow up with them … and the story continues...…..

Today I had given the Vehicle for General service & after the service we have noticed that the Extra foot mat was missing. When asked to their Service team they informed that it was not available but I am sure that when we gave it was there. Such is bad service.I will not recommend to any our friends circle to purchase or give their vehicle for Service to this service Center. Never will give my vehicle for Service

Suzuki authorised showroom. Very neat and clean. Bought Gixxer 250 today and overall an wonderful experience.

The customer service was really good .. more A big thanks to none other than Ms.Rajini. She took all hurdle to get my bike on stipulated time and went extra mile. She know how to full customer long awaited dream .. She is doer and she will keep the words what she say to customer And also Mr.Kaleed helped in tight time. I am really recommending Rajini for higher level profile.

I did my bike servicing.. people are more keen towards.finishing their work perfectly..They didnt ask me or the extra un necessary items.Serving was good, fast and quick service..

Overall experience was not gud the staff is looks like they are not interested in dealing with customers, if you have any small issue with your bike or scooter then you have to visit at least 4-5 times and after that theres no surity of any solution.They didnt care about Customers satisfaction all they want is to sell the product after that customer has to suffer.

The sales person I met was very good and explained me the cost breakdown and the difference between the scooter variants nicely, cleared all my doubts.Update: when I went to the showroom to book access 125, they told that waiting time is 25 days, however, I got the delivery of my vehicle after 40 days after multiple follow up.Not satisfied with the way they hide information from the customer.

Today I brought my scooter in for an oil change and the service was quite prompt and thorough, but such is not always the case here. The last time I brought it in, they didnt do the job properly and the scooter was leaking oil until I had a chance to return. They should be doing their jobs properly the first time around, and the service here is mediocre at best most of the time.

Except the the name they will not give value for anything, please dont give your vehicle here for service.

I bought a new gixxer abs. It now has many issues with engine. They are ignorant and say its all good. Disappointed.

Horrible customer service at the sales point. Irresponsible sales people. Please dont buy your vehicle from here. Its an ordeal to get your documents and registration number from them. Mine took 10 days, while others give in 3-4days. And nobody is approchable in the sales department. Had hell of a time. I would never recommend anyone to buy from here

2 no. Of two wheelers I purchased from here. One Access 125 and one Burgman street 125 .After sales relationship also very good and helpful. Ms. Rajani is excellent sales manager and helpful person. Two wheeler Service needs to be improved bit though, it was much better previous. But the best option if anyone wants to buy suzuki two wheeler in North Bangalore region. Highly recommended.

I bought my first but SUZUKI GIXXER SF (SP) from here last year. The sales team is good, they will provide all the information you need while purchasing the vehicle. The speak politely, cooperates with you in all possible ways.But beware of the service teams. I dont trust them that much recently I had some quarrelsome talk with them, add they were not ready to accept their mistake and instead started blaming me for some issues... Each time I give my vehicle here, I am at doubt wether they did the servicing correctly or not...Apart from that the showroom is good with all the models available with polite sales team

Nobody seemed interested to have a conversation. Had gone to enquire about burgman street however only response I got was the on road price. There wasnt any display bike nor one for a test ride. I walked out but no one really cared why I had even come in the fisrt place.

Sales service staff is worst, they show lot of attitude if i cross check with them about the details for the service charges.Cash counter staff girl i dont know her name, if she dont know about the basic idea of the service charges why she is in the bill counter, just to collect the cash and tells to check with sales department.

I visited for Suzuki Access 3rd Service. But surprisingly found the vehicle not in good condition. The buzzers stop working after few days. Some rattling sound is occurring too. Really at stake. Any help?

I bought my two wheeler here and getting serviced since two years . These guys do good work but if scrutinized well . I got low quality spares which wasnt replaced . I recommend this place.only drawback is you have to be observant about your vehicle after getting servicing done .check before leaving the place .

Horrible Service. Even for manufacturing defects (gear Shift is worst for gixxer) they will make you run 3-4 times even then issue not rectified.Finally they will say this is default feature of suzuki & nothing can be done. It will not be as good as honda/yamaha.

Dont even of think of going to this place, no punctuality in delivery, after sales free service is the worst thing, the vehicle was not even wiped externally. I had asked for oil change and idling ...not done, brakes correction, not done.. But charged 300/-Very very very very disappointed... WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE...raising a voice and making your point all in vain... ! Half a star is also an over statement!

This place is not where I would recommend you to buy your vehicle from. They dont care for the customers once the vehicle is sold they have a very poor vehicle service Center. They dont have proper spare parts needed you have to ask for it repeatedly pester, nag them till you get your work done. After one and half month I got the spare part but the parts are all wrong and have to wait another one and a half month for the part again. This is the kinda service I get here. I will ask everyone to avoid this showroom at all cost. Its not worth even to window shop...

It was good earlier but now they have only 2 experienced technical staff . Other staff present arent so good in servicing the vehicle. The washing of the vehicle is also not good.

Its a small showroom but a decent oneIt has a service center too but you need to give your bike early in the morning to avoid delaysAnd you get all Suzukis spare parts .Also theres pickup and delivery of your bike for servicing.The service center gives you some membership like AMC; ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTACT .
