Worst Ford Service center in the country.I gave them my car for service after 6 months of service at the same centre. Specifically told them that Im going for a drive and hence servicing again so quickly.They gave a green rating to almost every parameter in their checklist including the clutch.However, in less than 1 week and 200 km of driving, the car broke down with a clutch issue.Clearly they didnt bother doing a check at all, else, how can there be a complete breakdown within 200 km of service.Avoid them at all costs. Despite giving feedback to them, noone from the showroom has bothered to call back.Better off going to Cauvery Ford.. Avoid PPS at all costs. Worst service. Theyll just steal your money.Even car cleaning was horrible. They left a pasty material all over the interior of the car.No point in replying in 20 minutes on Google when you get the rating you deserve. I have specifically called and told PPM Domlur about my concern and was told a manager would call back in 10 minutes. It has been 2 weeks.. no call..Dont waste your time reading Google reviews .. you may want to start by focussing on servicing vehicles properly and not just charging money for doing nothing ..

Good personalised service. The Service manager Mr. Murugan is one of the most respected ford service veteran, and has been helping me with my car for the last 18 years. Great and efficient team, finished my work including parts replacement and servicing in less than a fee hours. Delighted with the service!

Visited the place to resolve check engine light issue on my ecosport. Mr Murugan and Mr sarvanan are the go to guys at this place.A very good experience overall. They explained the issue to me and took up my car at the first slot available. Definitely the best place in BLR for ford servicing.

My Ford Fiesta was stuck in water and couldnt start. Car was towed to PPS Ford, Domlur.My confidence was low. Mr Murugan ,Manager had given a world of positive assurance prior to his service to my car. Advisor Yasar Arafat was the man on ground to diagnose the faults & worked really hard to get the vehicle back to efficient standards after the service in quick time. I was immensely glad & express my appreciation to both Yasar & Mr Murugan.

I was a regular at Metro Ford for 6 years but after Mr. Murugan joined PPS, I have shifted my Figo service to PPS. If anything the quality of service, suggestions, diagnosis and professionalism of Mr. Murugans team has reached an even higher plane with PPS. Found Muthu, service advisor as very prompt and technically competent. PPS is delivering heights in Service excellence with this team

PPS Ford Service Center Domlur has been truely exceptional with the service that they provided me. Although it took considerable amount of time for the warranty process, but my car’s parts replacement process from the service center was quite smooth and hassle free. Also the behaviour of the staff and service advisors were good. For me, overall experience was excellent

PPS domlur is a great place to service your car . Mr Muthu handled it extremely well. No unnecessary parts replacement and hes extremely honest if you need it to be changed or no. Explained everything very well.Keep it up. Loved the service 😄

My experience at PPS Ford Service , Domlur has been truely amazing. I had an injector failure and Mr Murugan (Service Manager) has taken the ownership as his own personal vehicle to provide a resolution. I am very much impressed by his timely updates. Today (while collecting back my vehicle) I feel blessed to have bought a Ford but more than that I am thankful to Mr Murugan who keeps the brand name in good faith

I had a lot of issues with my Ford Ecosport. PPS Ford manager Mr. Murugan, and Domlur PPS Ford Bodyshop advisors Mr. Sivamurthy and Domlur service advisor Mr. Venkatesh took great care of our vehicle and explained all the issues to us to our satisfaction. Their work ethic, service and assistance is highly commendable. PPS Ford does not disappoint. Highly recommend.

There is nothing less than one i can rate.Pathetic service. Worst staff, theft, lootes money. Bill 6250. Service 0 RsTo describe the issue. I gave my figo for general service and stinging smell in car (moisture smell) & they asked 3M cleaning for 1900 Rs and ensured to clean it properly with no small and what i got back bill of 6250 with same smell, issue in engine voice, multiple call backs no or improper response from service advisor Robin, bhagyashree and Mr. Murgan.They advised me to keep car mirror open which i did for 1 week with no response. Waste of time and money. I would highly recommend not to go there at all.

Poor !!!1. Complaint was left pulling - PPS domlur suggested to replace all 4 tyres , change suspension , and axle .Wherein the issue was resolved with a simple rotation of tyres2. complaint was Delayed cold start - they had replace Primary fuel pump , Injector fuel .wherein the issue was resolved with a simple change of car battery

I had issues with one of the sensors for my vehicle which was giving abs, tc and hill assist error on starting the vehicle. They figured out the exact issue and replaced the part as per committed timelines and later it was giving some other issue but in reality it needed a small settings change which they helped me to fix it without even taking the vehicle to service center again. A big thank you to Venkatesh who took responsibility starting from beginning till end and ensured every minor thing is addressed.

I have visited many service centers but this is the best experience in all, robine in excellent in work

May be at the time of service, all their co-ordination & discussion regarding the issues is good. But once service done, if you have any problem with vehicle later no will attend the call. I called them more than 4 times to connect to my vehicle adviser, but no one respond to it. May be the receptionist is not sharing the message or adviser is not interested to attend the call dont know. Still am facing the problem with my eco-sport.Vehicle number: AP-03-BK-1988
