I wanted to get my MiA3 repaired and had checked in earlier about its availability. I was told of the day it was possible. I came here and it was fixed in an hour! Good experience. They estimated around 10 days for a water damaged phone but delivered in 5-6 days. Charged around 1350 for same which seemed to be fine as we dont know which parts are gone exactly. But you can find the same in final bill. Only drawback found is they avoid giving a sealed and signed acknowledgement slip once you submit phone leaving you with only message on your phone. This will refrain many customers to handover their expensive phone without proper slip. So request you to provide same going forward.

People here solved my issue and took only the amount for the part they resolved...Happy with the service...

There is such a large service center but not even a washroom I felt so badI came from Kolar had, but when I came to know that there is no washroom even in the service center, tell me the truth, I felt very bad😑😑

No need to worry about repairing mi devices. Staff is good. I went multiple times . I went for a self touch problem in my note 8 pro phone. As it was under warranty screen has been replaced very smoothly.

Good, polite staff, helpfull. They are open during these dangerous time, kudos to their commitment. As an extra step Mi should sent notice over app or sms to every customer that appointment is via token which is taken online. Saw few disgruntled customer sent back due to no appointment.

Clean and covid-19 precautions are followed properly. Staff clearly said to mask to every customer and use sanitizer before coming inside.

Not stand what they committed, I went from Whitefield to there but final said office time closed, even I asked I Ill come this time they said ok, but I return with empty without repair..

When I was unable to find the service center location They guided me with proper route to service center and solved my display issue solved within 35 mins as promised and they took 10mins for QC as they said and its working very good. Happy for the quality product they gave to me.

Fake service address, no mi service center at given location. Wasted 1 hour in locating, even spoke to contact number to verify whether its authorized center or simply repair shop. Person told me its authorized mi service center.

My display was out a bit. They did not charge me anything for gum,even tough it was out of warranty and they were polite..
