The have a wide variety of birds. Mesmerizing collection. Prices are a bit high but u wont find such variety any where. They also have exotic birds like macaws and cockatoos. They also deal in pet food and let toys.

Post sale service is worst, the contact person does not answer your call or messages. I bought a cockatiel, they told its a tamed one but its not. Its still wild, they also charged more than the market price. Worst experience.

Over Priced and the guy in the shop was rude and improper when i went there to get a male cockteil for my other female. He was fooling me showing as if I have no idea about birds and gender.

They have a lott of variety of birds , hamster,ginniepigs and various other pets . They dont sell fishes . The prices of the pets is high but if you bargain you can a good deal.They also deals in all types of pet food, accessories,fancy cages and other pet stuff .

One of the best shops to visit if you are an aquarist / trying to become a beginner in nature aquarium. Is knowledge regarding the fishes and its products are commendable.from my experience I can say that this shopkeeper is not a person who is there just make money . What I saw was the shopkeeper tried to understand the requirement of an customer and then he sold the product with my expertise I can definitely say he could have sold a costiler product to make money.Nice experience...

It is a great place with surprisingly high choice for birds, fish and small pets like guinea pigs or hamsters.I personally went to buy a couple of guinea pigs, and the staff was very helpful. I am giving only 4 stars because the place wasnt very clean and I dont want to condone selling rare birds as pets.

Shop has good collections of pets especially cockatoo and budgies. But the staff is least attentive to the customers and lazy enough to provide any information to the customers. You will get response after you ask the same question several times. Below average rating for the way staff respond to the customers. Place is moderately clean but it stinks when you get inside. Price is higher than the other vendors. I would rather visit other vendors before choosing this shop.

This is one of the best place for pets and mainly for birds. The shop is clean and well maintained. The staff are also polite. The price is reasonable depending on the quality. They have good quality of fishes also. They provide good guidance. I suggest pet lovers to pay a visit here mainly who are interested in birds

Best place to buy birds and other pets in Bangalore. There are some maccaw which even says hello as soon as you enter. Pet lovers have to visit this place at least once. Even if you dont buy any pets visit this place and spend some time there you will really enjoy

Great collection of birds ranging from love birds to macaws. Saw rabbits, guniea pigs, hamsters and a few variety of fish when I visited. Prices are slightly negotiable and I brought home an adorable bunny. The staff were attentive but not well informed and throws random answers at your questions. Their answers are completely contradictory to the experts answers on web forums.

Its not a vegetable shop for people to be careless about. How is this shop not shut on the grounds of cruelty is beyond me? In a country where cows are respected, the injustice when it comes to other animals and birds is simply appalling.The place has cages with feathers stuck to them, the birds clearly look depressed and the way they are handled is shocking. The pet shop is a grey reminder of how humans are constantly distancing themselves from the ability to feel empathy towards animals.Some of the customers have reported animals being brought home only to be dead in a month. Just begs the question who gave these medieval harbingers permission to run a pet business in such inhumane conditions?All I can do is save a prayer for these voiceless and innocent souls being subjected to ill treatment on the grounds of conducting business.

Please dont get any pets from here. I got a pair of male guinea pigs from this place. They were a month old is what the guy told me. One week into their stay with us, I found too much blood around them and found out they were females and pregnant. Due to lack of calcium one of them had constant abortion happening and her fetuses were all coming out. When I rushed them to their place for help, instead of helping he accused me of getting a fresh pair of girls that he never gave me. Furthermore he said he had no idea they were pregnant and they were close to 3 months old with lack of care or nutrition hence these results. This place is extremely unhygienic and only commercial, they dont care about the animals and lie to get a home for them. Highly recommend you guys to reconsider this place, please dont get pets from here. If I had a chance, would rate them negative. Ive had multiple pets all my life and never had such a bad experience like this one. Good luck with your new pet if youre getting it from here!

The is an amazing place for pet lovers, I am giving 4 starts only because of the variety of birds that they have. The birds are decently maintained especially the more expensive ones. I wont say the same thing about the fish, the quality and way the fish are maintained is not good. Similarly the other small animals like hamsters etc are not very well kept. But a good place for bird enthusiast, the prices are almost double of the market prices.

This is one of the best pet shops in Bangalore. The variety and quality of the animals, birds and supplies they sell are amazingly good. Must visit place if like pets.

Place could have been little well maintained

I bought two white rabbits day before yesterday.Today one died only one is left.Doctor told me due to infection the fever was 105 and my rabbit was shivering.Please a humble request to Owner for God sake please please give proper treatment to animals.I loved my rabbit.May its sole rest in peace.Please any help for rabbits food and health care now I can give. If I would have accumulated these info about rabbits before then I would have saved my rabbit that day.

They will talk like parrots just for sell the birds. Never believe them, and their talk. While supplying the birds they will put the damaged one in our cage. In hurry we will not check that. In later, if we asked for exchange, they will demand additional money. The worst experience with them after I paid 5000 for two african love birds (what they called) .

Visited to buy hand feeding formula for birds. They do not have petslife but they sell kaytee brand in loose. In advertising this brand marketed as higher fat food but my birds did not like it. I think it might be local mixture or duplicate.

Got cheated! I got a single Cockateil bird. I came home and found that they had clipped the wings. They never told us when we bought. They are very expensive compared to other places. They have wide range of birds from all over the world. I also feel they are selling banned birds.

Do not board your pets here..atlist not cat & dogs.me n my husband found a kitten& kept her here for a month.as i am staying in pg currently..today exactly 1month.i took her in pg she was very active n healthy..suddenly wat happened i used to visit her weekly..friday when i went she was very weak n not at all active but shop people told she is not comfortable in cage but actual reason was she might not feeling well..i thought i will take her to dr on saturday but due to some urgency i did not make it & today i went to take her to dr.As soon as i reached they told she passed away..they did not even inform me..i spent 3000rs for a month..but i felt guilty she passed away due to negligency of this shop..if they told me she is serious i might not do delay..LUNA love you ..You were such a darling..im sorry that i have given you in wrong hands ..We will never forget you..Luna RIP.

An OK place to purchase pet supplies. Theyre usually out of stock on many things and dont sell premium products for pets.If youre visiting to buy live animals/birds, then stay away. Poorly maintained enclosures. Your new pet might already be sick.
