Krishna at Elite Car Care is a gem of a guy running a top notch professional business. I took my second hand purchased car to him for painting and detailing. He saved me a lot of money by suggesting detailing with painting only certain panels instead of full body painting. He is an expert and showed to me all the places where my car had been patched up poorly by the previous owners, which was eye opening. He has some expert painters and detailers employed by him who returned my car shiny and almost brand new!

I had a third party insurance only which is of no use.Then came to know abt this Elite car care center ...thro internet...I was reluctant to go first. I have been a regular visitor to Elite car care since these people started the car care in Wilson Garden. I never gave any review to these guys so far. I wanted to see the consistency to see how these guys perform. Today I felt these guys really deserved a review. First time I polished my Vento it was awesome and it kept continuing giving them other cars of mine. Every time job was out standing some times there were delays and errors. Best place for those who care about cars.My white Honda city is 4 years old and this is the first time I am seeing my car as a new one after showroom. There were some paint drops all over, it was removed completely and polishing was done neatly . Felt the work done is much more worth than what we pay for. All boys are extremely dedicated to the work and was done with perfection .I will highly recommend to utilise Elite services than others who use only brand name .

I went there to get an extra set of horns fixed for the car. They did an awesome job. It is however recommended to plan and keep half a day off to wait at the store and pick up your vehicle. I would definitely go back here for other services.

The first thing, I just wanted to mention “WOW”Krishna is awesome person and enthusiastic when it comes to his job.I had an accident and when I went to the Authorised hyndai service center, they gave me a bomb and quoted me almost four times.I was expecting that service center is going to help me this time because I was giving my car regular to them and I was trusting them blindly.My car insurance was expired and Authorised service centre person told me that he is going to change alsmost all the parts and that was shocking for me.I started searching in google sadly and I saw elite cars and the reviews were awesome and decided to meet them and I met Krishna and I was sold out.And, when I got my car there was a smile on my face because it was better than before.And, The final bill was lesser then what he quoted me. Last week I went to Elite Car care for car wash but ended up getting body polish, gloss black stickering for roof top and PPF for front & back bumpers. Shop owner Krishna is honest and straight forward and didn’t seem like I had come here first time. PPF @ 425₹/sqft rate and also did PPF for all four door edges as complimentary. He also reduced the final bill amount. I’m definitely visiting again.

A bit expensive for a car wash (₹600), but they did a decent job. They can add more value by throwing in a car wax shine too for the price charged.

We are a group of friends who did a trip to Goa in 3 cars. Crysta, Jaguar and a Mercedes. As expected the cars were dirty inside out on return. Heard about Elite from a friend and spoke to Deepak. After speaking to him got confidence to visit. Meanwhile also evaluated 3M car care and visited their outlet as well. Finally decided to go with Elite and we took all the 3 cars there. I should say that Deepak and his team have been exceptionally professional, transparent and dedicated. The cars have been brought back to showroom condition ( all three cars more than 3 years). Brilliant work inside and outside. He personally supervised the work and the delivered in immaculate condition.

Something had been up with my car lately which was bothering me a lot. And one fine day it just decided to give up on me. Thank god for my luck that I was just a kilometre away from elite car care. I called them up, when I said my problems he asked me if I could come down to the garage as hes not sending any of his staff on site. But Krishna later called me 2 mins later saying he ll send someone as it was an emergency. He took it to the garage and his mechanic popped the hood and in 10 minutes. He had all the problems of the car listed down on a platter to me. There were pistons misfiring causing only 2 cylinders to run. They were a couple of leakages. And a starter issue. I was pretty confident in leaving my car with them because they are the kind of people who Knows what they do with their car. I had my car returned to me in 3 days. There are few unhappy customers but yes sometimes it cannot be helped. I approached Mr.krishna for full car service and interior cleaning.He is a Gentleman and talks precise.Company is really expensive after I got the bill from Elite. Thanks to Krishna and his efficient team.I will certainly recommend these guys. I will also come here for all my car related issues.Keep up the good work Elite.

My car condition got worst due to rate bites. I took the car to Elite after positive reviews. At first Krishna examined and suggested electrician to resolve the issues. Actually issues were that, due to wire cut, car gets turned off on slow move, other wire specific issues. Finally with less budget, ie. Below 1000, I got the issues fixed within time of 1 hour. Company service center could have charged more, as I am not technically aware of car internals.Krishna was very supportive and friendly. His business model is building trust, transparency, quality with in budget.Also Julius manager over there is very customer friendly and passionate in explaining their working style.Kudos to their work.

I had been here for interior cleaning and Polishing my car. They have done a tremendous job and changed the look of my car completely. Unfortunately after completing the polish while going back home it rained heavily spoiling the complete look of my car. Very good quality of service. Had given car for full wash. Quality of wash was better than any other i have experienced so far. Did interior and exterior wash. Interior wash is good. Exterior was not good. Exterior wash done in 10 mins.They do it outside exterior wash. I am not sure they used shop/shampoo for exterior wash

Was looking for a good place to get my car cleaned and polished. I used Meguiar products on my car but getting the entire body through compound (to remove swirls and light scratches) manually was a task I could not fathom doing. That is where Krishna and his team came in. These guys know their stuff and had the car go through the full process from wash to compound to final wax. Only wish they also had clay cleaning as step one that would take care of the surface contaminants before doing compound and final wax polish. But overall very satisfied.

Good service and friendly staff. Got the AC of my VW Polo cleaned and got the washing done. The owner is good and monitored the Interior cleaning work which the boys were doing. Even the ppl who work there are also good. Did a great job of washing and cleaning the interior.

I own a swift, the left doors were dented and the front bumper had cracks. I had been searching for a good place to get it done for quite some time and I came across Elite Car Car, read the reviews and contacted the number on the search results.Krishna got in touch with me and as soon as I told what I wanted to get done first thing he asked was for images of the car to let me know what work was needed and what would be the rough cost, thats where I was kinda impressed because whomever I called, asked me to get the car to their workshops even before they could give me a rough estimate.Got the rough cost, went and dropped the car. The next day itself I start getting images and videos also a few calls updating on what work is being done. Here I was really impressed!!!! These updates meant that I could focus on my work more and not worry about the car at all!!! This coustomer service was just amazing!!! Most of the places just wait to rip people off, but Krishna kept suggesting what works can be ignored as they didnt matter much and very minute inturn saving a bit of money.My overall experience has been really great!!!

High pressure water wash.. Its good... But no ramp lift wash facility.. ( Editing the review as a reply-- FYKI I am not Misguiding anyone I am saying the fact). There was some misunderstanding over phone before I come to wash my car else I would have opted some other place for sure.... And I would have given you 4stars overall but just because I noted that the shampoo(soap) was not applied properly during wash I have given 3.... Repeating again RATING WAS NOT FOR RAMP Pls dont misunderstand...

My cars bumper dent has been fixed just in 30 minutes time, excellent finishing and good customer centricity. One must definitely visit this place if looking for car body work.

Ive had a very positive experience with this centre especially with the man in charge by the name of Krishna. What makes them stand out is their quality of work and their professional attitude towards the customer. Its quite hard to find this especially when you have several auto service centres sprawling across Bangalore. Their rates are also fair and would be worth taking the effort to bring your car even if you live a little far off.

First of all I never review anything, I am just that sort of customer.However Elite Car Care team so impressed me, I just had to make the effort. I stumbled across them from google search results with some good reviews, so thought I would take a chance. A warm greeting from Krishna and the team and what seemed like a genuinely nice place which made me think I had made a good choice, however as a cynic I thought I would wait for the bill before making up my mind.But to my surprise quote came first, charges were explained in detail and took a go-ahead. They provided replacement service for a broken windshield at a reasonable price. Polished the car, removed dents and made my 5 year old car look almost new. And more importantly, no hard up sell, no false promises.They cleaned under the hood which was neither asked by me nor charged by them.There might be few more which I might not have noticed yet!Meanwhile, what made me work with peace for those 3 days is the updates I kept receiving over WhatsApp in the form of pics and videos.A thoroughly great company out to change the negative opinion of some garages. It was a pleasure to discover a business which cares not only for your vehicle but treat their customers so nicely. Krishna was very helpful and quickly spotted the repairs that my car needed. I had some stuff in my car, but Elite guys are trustworthy and you can leave them in the car and theyll be safe. Their charges are reasonable too

Extremely satisfied with car service. Service centre was far from my house so they even provided pick up and drop for vehicle with minimum charge. Not a great feeling when new car get scratched but its new again after body shop. Service centre Owner has Great attitude towards work and customer service and keeps updated about work progress.

As a new car owner, theres nothing worse than seeing your car getting battered by tiny scratches in traffic or much worse the stone chips. After having the first hand experience of these, I decided to have PPF done for the car. Studying the process online & going through reviews online, i decided to visit ELITE Car care. I was but skeptical about the process, fearing i might end up the original gloss due to the film. But thanks to Mr.Krishna, who assured me about the process. And the outcome was superb.
