None of the employees have worn the mask properly, just the ear is holding it. They are much busy playing with each other, we have to wait for them.

This is one of the best fuel stations I have been in Bangalore. Fuel quality is good, as I observed good mileage as compared to other fuel providers. I recently had very good experience with Shell Go+ app. I get points for every fuel recharge and when I redeemed the points in their shell go store, I got a offer of free coffee. Their filter coffee is amazing and staff was so courteous. I couldn’t resist thinking that I just went for a fuel refilling but ended having a good time with family. Shell is truly becoming transformative with their digital offerings and focus on customer experience.

You can rely on quality petrol 100%, they have quick oil service and small automotive store.Little expensive than other fuel stations. If you are regular here for filling air for your tires.. you would face disappointment most of the time as air filling closed most of the time for maintenance

Made to wait over 5 mins with no one to attend. There were hardly few vehicle and lots of employees to chit chat, drove off after 5 mins of wait.

My experience with shell is very good. All the safety norms are followed on the petrol pump like even for petrol refill they will request rider to get down and than they start refillingThan coming to the quality of the petrol (fuel) and air refilling station along with in residential area of Kadugodi beside state highway this is good in all aspects, even i got engine oil changed too many times for my bike. they also provide car washing and other services too.Snacks like cold drinks, chips, biscuits, etc are also available during late night so in case of emergency one can visit late night etc too.Also and in summers they give complimentary water bottles too which i saw only on this petrol pump ever.

Decent service on gas filling. Bit very bad on air filling.I am not at all convinced that Rs 5 more per ltr is justified

I have went there to buy bottle juice at night 10.10 pm since I have vomiting sensation.... When I went The store is open.... Some people were buying cigarettes and etc... They said the shop is closed... I have said them I having vomiting sensation they did not accept... I went to see whether any other shop is open... But while returning i went to put petrol there I noticed some people were buying cigarettes... And petrol is 100 per litres where else in bangalore other places petrol is 93 rupees... Staffs are very rude...

Very good fuel refilling station along with air filling in residential area of Kadugodi beside state highway. Cool thing is that they follow very good safety norms.Snacks like chips, Maggie noodles, cup noodles, cool drinks are available during late night also and hence its a go-to place during weekends if you ran out of snacks or food.

A lot of time they dont have normal petrol, they say electrical problem, but V power petrol works properly, not sure if its genuine issue or its a gimmick to compel people to go for V power petrol.

This petrol pump area is very big. Not crowded. Nice service , staffs are well behaved.

I used to be fan of Shell Filling stations on good feel factor on Fuel Quality and Hospitality service.This has come to end now.My VW Polo diesel car is fueled very frequently in this filling station[Shell - Sri SaiBalaji Enterprises. Whitefield-Hoskote Road].Jan 23, 2021 being latest.Jan 9, 2021 and Dec 12, 2020 being last two fillings in a row.On Jan 23 while travelling to Tirupati after one hour filling the tank, My car started giving me trouble.When I contacted authorized VW service station, i was shocked on hearing that it is due to bad quality/ adulterated fuel in car.Now I am going to be bombed with huge cost for spoiled fuel injectors/diesel engine.

Today I came to Shell Petrol Pump to fill my Tank suddenly your Employees female started shouting after seeing me n started Laughing. Then she was continuously looking at me as if I am a Ghost. Whatever God has given you have to be like that only you cannot change your Face nor you can do anything about this. If you have any problems directly speak with God not on peoples look. I request you to please guide your employees n Change their Behavior. She is not even look like Rani Mukherjee nor Aishwarya Rai nor she is any kind Celebrities.Your Female Employees are Third Class Employees

I believe in shell hence usually goes to fill fuel. In this station very limited staff which leads delay in filling and payments, air filling not working.

Sometimes they try to fool you saying only Shell Super is available. In that situation, If you are not in hurry, walk out calmly. Apart from that, rest all good. Courteous staff, air pump , etc...

Went to sell at 11:50pm did not get an icecream but a gentelman could buy a pack of cigis. Cashier was Srinivas.

Today I filled petrol litter with 92 per litter. Its very high where as in banglore price shows 86/- per litter.. Why did you charge more? Any specific reason?

Not good experience like rest of the shell outlets. Sometimes they dont sell normal fuel/petrol to clear the stock of power petrol.I must say free air service they treat customer granted. Workers dont know how to behave with customers. They dont understand either Hindi or English. I must say never had a bad experience like this shell ever before. Staff needs training how to behave with customers.To pay premium price for this kind of experience is definitely not encouraging.

No doubt Shell petrol is good but always got irritated due to staff behaviour...Despite long queue for petrol most of time only 1 or 2 machinery operational and rest of staff keep on standing idle without bothering for queue..Always asking go to that machinery for dispensing petrol..They have good space but need to train staff..

Do not ever change engine oil from here. They have boys who have no idea how to do it. Ruined my bikes oil screw by using wrong tools. Need to figure out what to do now as they have ruined it and we cannot open it now.

Irresponsible staff. Today I went there for an oil change after calling them on the phone and making sure that they have the right engine oil and oil filter. Once I reached there they say that they dont have oil filter. Moreover, the billing person was quick in making a bill only for the oil and to make me pay for it. Just wasted my time and fuel in Bangalore traffic.

This particular pump will sell you power high octane fuel without your knowledge and when questioned about normal fuel, its out of stock. This happened to me 4 times in a month. Not that I arrive in a fancy car but a scooter. Am surprised nobody pointed this out. But its a clever way to make money by selling high octane fuel which is guaranteed not to give you any benefit on a small scooter (probably because they filled normal fuel in their tanks and sold via those fancy premium fuel pumps) overall, this is the first Shell fuel pump resorting to cheat its customers.

One of the best shell petrol bunks in the Whitefield area. This petrol bunk is spread across a huge area.. so even if gets crowded things can be managed. Very good service and staffs. They provide free air refill and oil checking services.

Out of 10 visit, 4 visit I end up buying v power petrol even if I dont want it. I think they should work out a proper way to sort availability issue and manage it properly.

Service is good, employees are well behaved apart from a few new ones, but the air compressor is never working, there is always some problem with it.

1. Better fuel quality wrt others...With little higher price...(15% more mileage at the cost of 7% more fuel price).2. Supportive staff

They obligate you to buy premium diesel saying there is no stock of ordinary diesel. This is over Rs. 6 more expensive than diesel at other bunks. I took their word for it when they told that it would give more mileage and power. Did not feel any difference at all. Cost per kilometer went several notches higher though I drove on highway.Good thing is that Air pump works here unlike other bunks. But waiting time tends to get longer.Staff behavior is cordial, polite and professional. Just dont take their word for it when their smiling face tells you that youll get very good performance with their placebo premium fuel.

I am already fan of Petrol quality and service from Shell.Quality, service, offerings and behaviour is almost all top-notch.They never deny in accepting different cards like others do unless there is somewhere technical issue.I faced one of issue when Service lady started filling premium petrol instead of normal even without clarifying with me. I believe this was personal mistake as they do ask always.There are option for free oil checks and refill (chargeable).Small shop with snacks and coffee to keep you going too.Overall good place to keep your car and you filled and Happy.

Fuel pump staff receive you with a traditional greetings. Security measures are strictly followed. You have to get down from two wheeler before filling and four wheeler has to be switched off, there will be a barrier placed in front of the vehicle. You will get receipt for the filling. Person who top-up the air for wheels will never explicitly ask for tips and few will deny even you offer them. Have done engine oil changed couple of times. There is a convenience store also available.

This place is good for fuel, until now i have no cheating noticed here.They do sell all kinds of shell engine oils filters cleaning kits.I had my car general consumables changed here and they worked good on it and handled vehicle softly.

Good shell petrol pump. They are open 24 hours a day. But sometimes they might be closed for few hours for maintenance activities. They do offer free oil change and optional car cleaning (windows and visor). They have a 24 hours shop where you can purchase snacks, chocolates and other car and bike accessories, microfiber clothes, engine oil, lubes, cleaning liquid etc. They support card, cash and paytm.

Service is good.But fuel is costlier then others.Paytm or upi facilities are not in proper way.

Good fuel quality. Spacious pump and courteous staff. The staff always make sure to show you zero on the meter before filling so that you are satisfied that you are not getting cheated. Wait time is low.

It says 24 hours service ,I went today at 10.20pm and they askd me to wait for 10 minutes saying shift changing other shift people should come but there were 3 bikes who were filling in petrol requested the person a lot that ichad to go too far and the bike is on reserve he didnt let me in till 10.30.And asked me to put v petrol . and normal is empty ! How is this a 24 hes service with out prope fuel

Not good , they will force you to buy unleaded petrol by saying normal petrol is out of stock. I have experienced this almost every month.

Courteous staff and swift service

- often they run out of normal fuel and insist on v power ( specially on Friday evening) it has happened with me more than 10 times. The question is why don’t you stock normal fuel which is more in demand? Also sometime they told few customer that normal is not available and sold to other customer who wanted a full tank. This is really bad.- paytm is very often not accepted after lunch time and I was told sever is not working, when I ask for a try it worked, not sure why do they insist on non paytm payment- overall it’s a good place but these things have caused too much inconvenience to me and others many times. The sad part is I don’t see any change on above points.

The employees, especially girls working over there just chill out chit chatting and laughing within themselves, while we poor customers wait patiently in our cars for them to do their jobs.. Pathetic

Needed to get fuel but was pleasantly surprised to see people with disabilities working here and doing a splendid job. As usual shell service and fuel quality is good, but finding employment for differently abled people is a different thing altogether. Keep it up!

Quality stations with ample space to drive in and out. The place is well managed and has all the facilities Shell offers. Regular petrol are sometime out of stock here.

Good service.Since I am a regular customer want to highlight instances where I felt they are cheating the customers. They intentionally say the Normal fuel has run out of stock or have technical glitches in the pump, so that they can sell their Power petrol/Diesel. I feel they are cheating customers since I had to encounter this situation multiple times.

Best gas station. Location and accessibility is perfect if you are going to Airport. Lots of eating options and shops around.

Shell petrol pump is really very good. I always prefer them for their quick filling service. They have air filling and engine oil changing service as well. They also have a small store where you can grab snacks from while heading to any trip.

They ensure that they do not have stock of the thing that you need, be it normal fuel or engine oil that suits your vehicle. Pathetic.

I would call the people who run this a bunch of losers... They seem to have instructed their staff to report to customers that they have run out of normal petrol just to make us buy power petrol... This has happened to me countless number of times..Such a shame that you have to mint money by stooping to this level.. there is a HP petrol bunk within a kms drive where you can refill your fuel at a nominal rate..

As we know the quality of fuel is in undoubtly very good. Now coming to service, they are good but could be even better. Some of work like fuel refilling, card payment, air filling could be done bit faster.If that happens its really good!

Very good service as usual shell employees deserves that. Things are accurate here no cheating, the way how they treat the customer is really good. They themselves check everything in the vehicle water level for wipers and coolent oil checking and engine oil they will check everything and they suggest us in case of any change required and they do have blow machine to fill up the pressure in tyres.

Bad Experience - MS Anitha & MR Guru who says to be store manager refused to do the top up of Shell oil for the CAR as havent bought the Shell oil from them, as they say they would only do top up if i buy the oil from them. I believe they are running their personal fuel station.You cant be a store manager if you dont have customer service skills - Shell needs to look into this

They never have normal petrol, always try to force premium petrol which is costlier than normal. Try to avoid.

Spacious n well planned. However make sure you are in right queue. Sometimes they play trick to sell supervalue fuel which is of higher price without having any board or signage. They understood that if a customer is in a long queue and at the end it is revealed that its supervalue queue then the chances are less he will opt out and go to a different queue. Be careful.. They keep playing this trick on different queues on different days. 5 stars for quality of fuel but reduced by 1 star for the trick

Since I used to start nearby, I used to refuel here regularly. Nice place, spacious with clean toilet. Guys are courteous just like most of the Shell stations.

Earlier most of the time when i used to go to refill ⛽ my bike... They always tell you that normal petrol was out of stock (so that they can sell their super petrol product which is costlier).. But now they have stopped this trend i feel.. I hope they continue this so that customers should always have a choice but should not end up with only option.

V-power petrol gives good performance buy in return we end up paying way higher! Not fairly evaluated :-{

Kadugodi shell petrol pump sold shell engine oil wrongly.

Standard shell petrol pump with standard shell protocols.Good attendents, polite behavior.You will always get a receipt after your purchase.The only negative is, and that is something across petrol pumps, is that they are always out of normal petrol and ultimately you end up filling power even in your scooty.Shell prices are always higher then other companies.There is free air fill service. (Not available from 10PM to 6AM).Recently they have also started oil changing facility but personally have never tried that.

Good quality fuels. The only challenge is they close down a few counters during peak time for loading fuels into the tanks. This should be done at night.

Petrol was good. My car grew wings on its side after I filled petrol from Shell. Or was it the petrol fumes....I dont remember correctly.

These people will say 2litres free petrol if you buy an engine oil, but in real he cheats and doesnt fill 2litres. If u ask him to measure he will say you can take a refund for petrol. I experience it recently.

90% of the time PayTM payment doesnt work here. Im a regular Shell guy and a QuickRide (carpool) giver. As my payments come to Paytm wallet I would prefer to use it for Fuel and these guys do not have that option most days. Looks like the sales guys do not prefer PayTM payment as well as at times I have seen that it does work when you enquire at the office.This is the only Shell outlet close to home and I wish the management here takes this up seriously

You will never find normal petrol/diesel in the morning, especially during office leaving hours. If you try filling up your car/bike between 7-10 AM, they will always say only premium fuel is available. Suddenly after 10, the normal fuel appears without any truck refilling. You can imagine how they are making money.
