Worst services available! They dont even do half the job what they promise. I had booked a complete service on 18th oct and the technician came late first of all. Later did not even touch any internal things as part of the service. He only cleaned the outer parts of the bike with a cloth. Did some brake job and changed the oil and left. After that Ive been trying to call the company and they are just pushing the dates. Theyre not sending anybody to rectify the mistake. Ive already paid them and they are fooling around. Dont get fooled. Better to go to a local service station. Is this the wasting they do?? See the pictures.

I have Yamaha FZ16 which is pretty old. Due to lockdown it is rarely being used and was not getting started. I booked the standard servicing package and Manjunath was assigned. He spent more than a hour and did thorough inspection. Oil change was done and general cleaning. I am satisfied with the servicing as the cost of servicing was really low. I will recommend Manjunath and Hoopy service to my friends If they are looking for low cost servicing. Thanks

First time users, read this first!!I normally dont post reviews online, but these guys were so utterly unprofessional and irresponsible, I felt compelled to leave a review.I booked a general service for my two wheeler on Sat, Sep 11. The mechanic arrived on Sat morning and proceeded to perform his tasks. As the bike was not used for a few weeks, the battery was fully dead. The mechanic said it would need to be charged for a few hours at their service center and he would bring it back after it was recharged. It has now been more than 2 days and this person hasnt yet returned.Any calls to him and customer service (if youre lucky enough to reach them) is met with the same Mechanic is on the way and will reach in 1 hour. Same story for 2 days where the guy is constantly 1 hour away!They dont even have the courtesy to return calls or follow up with customer grievances. I am stunned that Google reviews show 4+ stars for this.

Where in you can save time and energy to get your bike serviced.Its safe to do ONLY general service options from them. If any major service like accident service then its better to do it in service center.If you need to buy the below for your general service ( watch in YouTube what things required for your bike service to get an Idea)Company approved grade engine oilOil filterAir filterGear oil (scooter)Brake shoes front and back( get it cleaned otherwise)Brake fluid ( disc brake bikes)Spark plug ( if needed replacement)Other services parts which you want to change.You can go to your bike authorised service centre and buy these parts and use it via hoppy bike service.The Hoppy eco wash is no good and is just eye wash.Its best you get your bike/scooter get a proper water wash outside so that you can discover for any oil leakage etc before your hoopy service.Also get your bike chain sprocket greased and cleaned.You need to stand next to them to get it serviced well. Really pathetic is the term I should use here, not professional at all.Last year I have used Hoopy and found good. So booked again. Have not used bike since lockdown so opted general service. Now no idea what their service mean, they will open your bike and big tool box. You will get wow feeling. He did not try kick, self start was not working and just took coil saying it needs to be checked.Next day he came with the coil stating he has done from his pocket and asked Rs600, finally paid him Rs100 for that. Nothing changes in the bike, self start was not working. Just wiped bike with a cloth and service done.So guys if you want a general service, they mean to clean it by cloth and some spray solution and service done. Complained to hoopy twice about no service done and got a false promise that mechanic will visit in a day or two.No professionalism at all, no mask no sanitization, a poor guy who is chewing gutkha entire time.

Technician was very processional in terms of servicing my vehicle. He explained the issues and showed difference between the damaged part and new parts. I didnt expect the service at home will be that neat but he did exceptional work. Really appreciated.

The guy just cleaned the vehicle said the spark plug need replacement and he have ready stock charged Rs 108 and charged for some oil and charged additional Rs 390. These are additional costs apart from general service cost. It looked fine on that day but after couple of days, my bike become the same condition as bike not getting started again.General service, they mean to clean it by cloth and some spray solution and thats it , service done. Hi, i just wanted to let the people know about their pathetic service what they provide last week i rendered their service such a unprofessional technician came down to my premises i explained very clearly the issues what i was facing in my vehicle he acknowledged the service requirement and when he started with the work he was actually struggling to open a bolt seems he was absolutely not a experienced guy to do the job upon cross checking he said they are the local technician to whom this firm outsource them to get the work done, moreover after my vehicle service was completed i was very much disappointed and felt regretted to opt for their service later on i cross verified the vehicle in authorized service center they pointed out all the mistakes that technician did to my vehicle, so i would never recommend their services to anyone please dont opt for their services they will destroy / spoil your vehicle as these are very unprofessional technician who doesnt have any idea of the high end machinery upon complaining them they said our technician will visit and will rectify nobody bothers to call you update you and till date nobody turned up so please please dont opt for their service if you dont want your vehicle to be spoiled, later on you need to assign the job to someone who is a professional service provide. I used the service facility, since the battery was low they had taken for charging. Its been 2 days now since they have taken for charging. No response update from their side. After calling multiple time they said will be done by evening. Still dont see any technician with my battery. Pathetic customer service. No proper coordination between the customer service and technical team.

Had booked for complete service and oil change. They didnt cover all what was mentioned in their service list. My vehicle was damaged during service, wrote mail no response, called them I was connected to their manager named by Venkatachala who is unresponsive and with negative professionalism. Overall, I was not happy with service and no resolution to the damage of my vehicle. Dont fall into the trap. Better to get your vehicle serviced from local garage.

I made 1 year subscription by seeing their service on 1st time, really impressed the way he done, but now after payment everything went reverse, made booking on 12th, but after so much struggle I got one service person on 25th, though he was the technician, not ok with the service and he was not from hoopy and authorised person sent him to check, finally about the service I made complaint, customer care executive told she will arrange one more technician on 28th, but no one reported, I can say hoopy became sooooooppppyyy.., not valuing customer and their money., Fully wrong commitment

This is one of the worst service centre to get your bike or scooter serviced. They really have no idea on how to troubleshoot the issue. I left my Streak for Battery not charging issue. Took the delivery three time. The first time my scooter broke within 10kms. The second time none of the bolts were fitted. The foot mat and lock cap were missing. The first delivery took 12 days and the second Fix took 4 more days and still waiting for third fix. They replaced 3 parts to fix one issue and charged 2520 for fixing the issue. They broke the part which I had replaced a month ago and charged me for that as well. They have no minimum knowledge of servicing. They technically robbed me of money and parts.

If there is less than 1 rating also, then I will give that only. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.The guy came to us and taken our bike part and then never came. Always he used to say he is coming but its been 3-4 days and no response. I dont know why they hired such people who dont know anything.Please dont waste your time and money here because these people will never value it for sure.

My Yamaha FZ was refusing to start as its battery was discharged. My friend recommended Hoppy for bike servicing. Manjunath was assigned to my case and he did a fantastic job and resolved the issue in 10 mins. He was very professional and polite. I also want to thank whole Hoppy team for making this a very good experience. I would recommend it to everyone one. Their rate was reasonable and they provide a 10 day warranty.

I had given my Royal enfield for service at their and ended up with lot of trouble. Also they charged a high amount. I had to spent almost a day in the service center only for a 1 hour work. Technician was asking me to rate 5 start as well. Please stay away from paid up reviews and better give your bike to an authorized service center. Not Recommended at all!!!

We booked a repair service with Hoopy, first of all technician came way late than expected. Once he came, he said I need to take this bike to nearby service station(130m away).We asked him to confirm the time once he reached the station,he called and then said that it will take 3 days.And when we asked him to drop the bike back, they asked for inspection charge of Rs 149 which was nowhere mentioned during the booking.Also, we did not expect bike to be taken to station as it was defined to be a door step service.Highly mismanaged and non-satisfactory service.

Worst experience ever. I own Aprilia SR 150 race, and I wanted to try Hoopy service. So I booked for a general service which includes oil change, air filter cleaning and dry wash. On the service day, they sent a mechanic I believe he is from some local kinetic honda garage, he doesnt even know a thing about Aprilia. He was struggling to identify the screws that are to be removed to access engine. He took hours to service and at the end he had missed a screw and he didnt know where that screw belongs. Later when I complained Hoopy they try to console me by offering to send another mechanic, as we always first impression is the best, looking at the first service I lost the confidence in Hoopy and I refused the offer. Now after a 2-3 rides I see screws falling off from the vehicle. Therefore, conclusion never Book service from Hoopy. They are worst.

After service I getting sound from my back wheel and Called the service guy , he simply told me to go to near by workshop and tighten the wheel chain. Then what is the point of booking service in Hoopy? They havent done the work properly what they mentioned in service checklist. Definitely will not recommend.

I booked a service for my bikes electrical issue and the executive confirmed that my issue will be resolved.The mechanics came and after 30 minutes of circus, they said they cannot fix it an I have to take my bike to a service center. Further they had sent an invoice for the circus made. Later today I was asked for feedback, the service head says it is inspection service i booked and not the service that can fix the issue. They accepted my booking for complete service including Oil change for my 2 wheeler on 17 Feb 21 between 1 and 3 PM and never turned up despite getting a confirmation message, email and confirming to their executives over phone. They called today apologizing and rescheduled the booking for today, 18 Feb 21. Got another call @ 10:45 am to confirm the booking . No one turned up even today. I am not sure if they are fully operational yet. Good I chose cash payment after service option else I may have lost my money also. Need to verify if anyone has really got their vehicles serviced by this Hoopy company or they get paid reviews written.

I tried contacting the costumer care and theyre ignorant too. I recommend all to not to go for these doorstep services. Instead leave your vehicle to a near by local garage. Thats the best option! It was a good experience. Arfath Ahmad serviced the bike without water and it was still shining and the bike ride is great now. Fixed all the minor issues that I had, and was pretty economical.

I used it for general service but they didnt do all things mentioned on the website. Otherwise they were very polite, timely and proficient. They did ask me if there are any issues and will to fix. But should have done everything that was part of the service. I will use their services if there are any issues but not for general service.Update:After giving 3 star, I am updating it to 5 star, because they take feedback seriously. And sent a mechanic again to redo the full service properly.

Mechanic Nayeem Pasha was indeed a good professional mechanic. He enquired me multiple ways to find the core problem in my bike and provide resolution. Excellent.Got the bike service, carburettor service, battery charge, choke cable fix, too much throttle fix etc.The bike was serviced and delivered on time, however during delivery there was one more issue, immediately they checked it on the spot and took to service center and post fixing delivered the same day. They have 10 days warranty for their service.

Hoopy sent mr Manoj Kumar for service. He is a really good mechanic and quite professional. My bike had starting problems and also brakes. He repaired them really nice without forcing to change the entire setup. I am very happy with the service.

Well definitely these guys are polite and will try hard to get the things done. The mechanic, Khan was extremely professional and felt reliable. However, not having adequate parts on the fly and coming up with different engine oils as what is prescribed for the bike makes me feel skeptical if I would want to use the service next time or not. Servicing modern motorcycles without paddock stand and no chain cleaners makes the over all bike service go for a toss, coz chain gives you the ultimate drive in the two wheeler. So four stars for politeness, professionalism and the customer care and one star deduction for not having recommended weapons to deal with any mid or entry level current regime of motorcycles.

Service is very good but they always use wrong grade oils. I gave pulsar 220. Told them clearly to use 20w50. They only have shell 10w40 and use 1.2L. Oil is the most important for engine. Hope they correct this next time.

Didnt enjoy the experience.The person in-charge was almost always distracted with Something else. Didnt pay enough attention then when speaking about an estimate they were unnecessarily talking about other full services and saying its basic requirement which I as a bike person knew it wasnt. And parts that needed fixing they said they would rather change I had to try convincing them. Wasnt satisfied with the whole experience so I left. But they called 3-4 times 20 min later asking why I left and what was the reason and they even tried to sell their service package on call. I am very dissapointed.

Very basic services provides, not much machineries or tools. Since its door step service expect only the basic service. If there is any heavy work for the vehicle always look for a local garage or the authorised service centres. But yes ofcourse its a good concept if we are occupied or the vehicle is breakdown for a quick service.

I was looking for reliable mechanics to help service my Thunderbird 350 (4 years old) when I stumbled across Hoopy. Booking was a breeze. The mechanic Mr. Khan arrived the next day during the chosen slot. The performed a good quality service, used authentic RE products and suitable oil. He completed checking the oil , filter, air filter, brake pads, overall inspection and other service areas. I was impressed with his professionalism and commitment to work. Th entire service cost me only Rs 1800 (including labour , oil , spares) which is great !Tips: If you are facing specific issues, please let the mechanic know in advance (prior to arrival) so that he could stock up the spares accordingly.

I have been using Hoopy for a while and this was my 4th experience with them.Ansar Khan was very professional with the task at hand and consistently kept me informed about the work being carried out and also recommended the changes. Mr.Khan never over promised , he informed me about the Price , time and need for the suggested change and was always able to deliver on the same. I have done a complete service excluding oil change on 26th March 2021,, I was facing some issue like missing so I contacted hoopy customer support, they scheduled a rejob on 9th evening saying Saturday and Sunday was rush, I didnt mind, but they didnt show up. when contacted they are telling they dont have any information about the confirmed schedule, but promised ito rebook on 10thApril morning slot 10 to 1, but since no one called I call the customer support asking for the status, they are not aware of the booking again, I dont know what kind of customer support hoopy is providing, but they are irresponsible, and unprofessional, told theyll check and call back in 15 minutes, but no response have been received yet. now it is 2: 30pm . I am sure no one is going to show up today as well. And I am not going to call them back as it is a waste of time explaining everything and then getting any positive actionI would not recommend the service for anyone who wants any support after the sevice.If youre not going to work on your customer relation, youre gonna loose a lot more customer

I had booked service for my activa. The technician was on time. First he opened the vehicle and started telling few parts are gone etc and he told hell get the products from some near shop. I spoke to the companys executive and made 1.3k payment to his personal account for these products. Then I got to know it will cost less than rs.800. The service was good but in the name of spares etc they will over charge the customer. Sad part is company executives and technician both are involved in this.Update: Post my review on Google the operations manager contacted me immediately and refunded the money. Service done by Hoopy on March 18th at Republic of Whitefield for Activa i.Had taken the service with oil change sheer for convenience at apartment..Not sure what the checks are performed..yesterday your technician checked not a single drop of oil was there.. your team had drained oil but not filled the oil. This could have impacted engine..Requested a thorough checkup and warranty on engine due to this..Spoke with Venkata, Shoib and Sudir. Temporary check was performed by a technician and filled the oil.Instead of convenience, just sharing 1 contact or other.No proper escalation matrix for the gaps in Quality faced by customer.We would recommend Tansi or regular service just a service without any process or proper in house mechanics team.

I had opted for oil change and complete general service. All that was done was cleaning the air filter, oil change, inspection of battery, spark plug and back wheel removed and joints cleaned. Other parts were not even checked, front wheel was not removed telling its disk brakes. Engine compartment check, chain connecting wheel not checked. Not happy with the service. Wont recommend and wont again take their service

The service agent mechanic Shahbaz Khan came for the full service of Dominar I told them many times send someone who knows to deal with Dominar 400, fuel was leaking due to the knob got open somehow(later got it fixed for Rs 100 by local mechanic) but these guy told me this is a major damage they need to take the bike to a hub, I denied , then he told me there is problem is chain sprocket( which I changed 1 month earlier), and when I told that service is not required since they are tellimg unecessary things but cant solve my real problem. They started asking for inspection charges for inspecting everything wrong Bunch of fools. Never call them again

I did not like their service. My bike returned with lots more issues than the resolved ones. There is a tendency to just overhype issues and get defensive if you identify flaws. On requesting a re-job I noticed that the inside of the vehicle was full of dust.. on checking I was told its eco wash for outer body only.. overall not at all pleased.. so in my case its a first and last with Hoopy!

Aslam provided timely service. But the quality of service is average. Main issue not fixed completely but charged double the initial estimated amount.

Worst service ever, I had to cancel important meeting because of these people. I have give my bike for front fork oil seal and disc brake oil leakage issue. They didnt know how to repair disc brakes. When I apply disc brake over the time brakes get engaged by itself and bike stalls. I had to take my bike 3 times to get it rectified. Spares and service is too expensive. Dont get fooled like me by its reviews in Google. They are fake.

Arfat was really a skillful mechanic. He changed the oil. Brought petrol and battery for me beyond his duty.
