The in -charge of this work shop Mr. Raghavendra assured me that he will take care of the vehicle. They have completely taken care of insurance formalities and as assured they delivered the vehicle in two days time. When I see my vehicle , I couldn’t believe my eyes that my vehicle looks like a brand new car. I felt like I am taking the vehicle from a show room. Their charges are also reasonable. Excellent service and on time and fair charges and economical, everything is explained using the computer with blue print, staff has worked overtime to give it 1 day before than promissed, mr raghu is experienced and knowledged person, who is looking after this service his approach is proffesional and empathetic, service station is well equipped with tools and stuff, experienced mechanicsI would like to tell you just park your car blindly they will look after everything.

Edit: To all this is an edit to my original review you can see at the end. And this will be a loong post please be patient to read complete review. I am not biased; i do not have vested interest.Edit, because my opinion about RN Automotive has changed drastically.To give you a bit of history, I have been getting my 2007 Swift Diesel serviced since past year(3 times in total). The latest one being of interest.I wanted to pass my vehicle to my brother in law and hence went for AC repair, hand brake overhaul and other minor repairs.Mr. Raghavendra explained that the evaporator core is completely jammed by dust and it needs to be removed and cleaned. The expensive part being labor since the whole dashboard needs to be removed, core to be taken out , cleaned and dashboard needs to be refitted. Little did I know that this would turn out to be a night mare. He quoted little over 4500 for this job alone and agreed to it. However after a week of continuous followups, my vehicle was ready to take delivery.What I found was sheer horror.1. main thing was remote lock /unlock was not working2. Steering was making noise every time I turned it3. Gear knob was completely destroyed by use of pliers to remove it4. Every wiper were damaged (god knows how)5. Coolant tank is leaking6. Wiring issues (like rear break light not working)Mr. Raghu just refused to acknowledge the quality of workmanship. Gave silly reasons and tried to distract me with unnecessary semantics.He gave me no option but to shell out 5.5K for remote lock that also to be carried out by some other party.To till this date, I have been paying 10K+ to Maruti showroom just to correct the issues that this place created and still finding out faults from the job.What to make out of this all --1. This is definitely not go-to place for your repairs. The owner may have silver tongue and say beautiful words but quality of work begs to differ.2. No liability - he just said i am not responsible for remote lock not working. I had to spend 5.5k just to get it working.3. He did say he will repair minor things, but I just was completely disappointed that I dint want to visit this place again.Finally both official showroom and this place may rip-off their customers, but the show room at least has liability, this place does not!! So if you want to save hard earned money. Stay off this place!PS: you may experience good service once in a while -just like me, but you will eventually learn that this place is no good - just like me.I went to RN to get overall service of my diesel swift. Mr. Raghavendra connected with me on a personal level. I was explained throughly the work needed to be done. Work was done to my overall satisfaction. The vehicle feels smooth and renewed. After service support is good too, Raghu picks your call and promptly answers.I wholeheartedly suggest this place for any repair / servicing work.
