Sri.Manjunath, Service Manager, coordinated excellently and with his sujjestions, I got my roof top painting with black for silver colour vehicle which adds for the beauty of the vehicle.I got the vehicle delivered well within the due date.Overall it was a very good service from kalyani motors.

Visited the Service Centre to replace faulty indicator switch for my VITARA BREZZA. All the staff were friendly and did my service quickly and efficiently. They have replaced the switch immediately with reasonable cost. I am very happy with the service. Mr. Vishwanath (Service advisor) was very professional and helpful made the process very easy and smooth.

Good follow up by Kalyani Motors. Mr. Bhuvanesh and team helped with all the aspects of the servicing. Hope they continue the same level of servicing during the paid service as well.

KA41MA4609 I Would Like To Inform You That I Had Given My Vehicle For Services That Is Alto K10 On Date 27/08/2021 And I Had Given For General Services And Main Problem Was Gear Shifting And They Have Delivered On Same Day. And I Am Note Satisfied With That Services And Next Day Went And Said To Services Advisor Sandeep Kumar Advised To Replace Clutch Assemble . And He Said We Have Solved All Problems. But The Problem Was Same As Like First Problem Was Not Solved. And Again I Contacted Sundeep Kumar And I Informed Same Problem And He Called Technician Gangadhar And He Trilled The Vehicle And He Has Adjusted The Clutch And Made Problem In Steering. And Finally The Issue Was Not Solved. And Next I Contacted Services Manager Manjunath He Said To Bring Vehicle Will Solve The Issues And He Reset The Steering Software And Gear Shift Adjust And Gear Shift Was Hard...........And He Said Gear Shift Will Be Same And No Problem In That.......And I Am Totally Not Satisfied With That Services This Was One Of The Poor And Worst Services In My Carrier....And I Had Given Feedback For The Same And They Have Not Replied For That........

I think one of the worst experience I went through. The sales representative is not up to the mark who guided me. The documents was given to me after a month or so that too with false information where I had to again inform them to alter it accessories which has to be given to me has not still been reached to me. Its since 3 months I have purchased the car. Once the contract has been approved of buying the car the representatives dont show interest at all of their future dues. I have got a very bad impression on this showroom. I personally tell the management to train your employees to complete the process without any issues .

Very bad service experience. They just dont want to repair the small things in which they have minimum income. They will just note down all the points. They will do things in which they ll get more money and other things they ll just no stock or machine repair while delivery of vehicle. If they say that before no one will go there. So they will say while delivery.

Hi, I have taken Swift mid version on 19th Feb2021, and they register the fast tag and not got the login details, regard to this I called many a times to executive and he said contact the fast tag call center for details. He didnt asked me before registering fast tag, first of all axis bank service is worst and they tied up with axis.its 3months over and still am struggling and no one is responding they only constraint new customer not the existing,really I am upset, its pathetic service from Nagadevanahalli Kalyani motors. I am not going to refer any one here.
