I have booked an Croma 2-ton 3-star inverter split ac on 15th Sept 2021. While booking they confirmed that this will be delivered by 30th Sept.As per the order confirmation the product were supposed to be delivered on 30th Sept 2021 but till date i have not received the product and I got an update that Product is not available now and they are asking to go for another Product. (Why did they wasted my 15days!!??? I also have other commitments) I have asked for 10 more days for delivery extension too. NO RESPONSE from Store Manager .Its been almost more than 15days , We didnt get any proper response with no valid reference number .I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. We trust that you will deal with this issue in a top urgent fashion.I also trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future.This is not what we expected at all. I am completely clueless .

I have a much bitter experience with Croma. They took an online order for an iPhone with full payment for self pickup at store. When I called up store before I started from home I was told not to come mentioning no stock. This is simply an online fraud. Anyone planning online shopping with Croma dont believe them. Now I am forced to move legally.

I recently purchased a food processor here. The blade was damaged after a couple of weeks of usage. I raised a complaint and requested them for a replacef the blade, which I was ready to pay for. Its been 3 weeks now, no update from them and they dont answer the phone when I call them. Really disappointed with the customer care services.

Had a very pleasant experience , I was in a rush and had to make a very quick purchase . I was put on to Vinay who was not just professional but very friendly and knew the product very well . A very pleasing personality and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending people to this store if he’s around .

Good place to buy electronics items but sometimes they keep items in display but when you finalize for purchase they say that product is out of stock..Its happened with me multiple times.So sometimes its waste of time for you. In this case reliance digital is better. You never get this kind of experience.

Excellent location on the HAL Old Airport Road. Parking is available on the outside itself which is rather convenient. Parking charges are reasonable. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They spent a lot of time with us explaining all the pros and cons of various models of gas stoves that we were planning to buy. However, their delivery times and overall costs were not good enough for us to fix a deal sadly. Good effort though.

They offer good deals, attentive salesperson and ample parking. I am pulling two stars away as there is a disconnect of information between the dealer and product brand. I visited to buy a washing machine and the IFB service person who visited us home to install told us that water softener is needed in case water is hard and that liquid detergent needed to be used to ensure long life of the device. Chroma salesperson failed to give us the information and in fact gave us free powder detergent and that too for a top loading machine when we bought the front load machine. So chroma needs to train their service people better and customers need to do their homework better by talking to the device company directly for accurate information.

I had purchased HP laptop online. HP laptop was defective as it was getting very hot within few minutes. Online executive asked me to return. Hence returned to this store. Despite follow ups, refund is not made even after more than 3 weeks. So please do not do any purchase with croma.

This review is more of a personal experience with staff at Croma than the usual review of products available there. I have purchased quite a number of products from Croma stores here in Bangalore and generally end up going back to them for purchases and helpful staff.I needed a wireless mouse for work on a Saturday and ended up travelling quite a distance to reach Croma store at Siddapura. However by the time I reached, security said they have just started closing down the store for the day. I politely requested him to allow me to quickly get the item needed as I could see around 5-6 customers still making/billing their purchases. He denied it. So requested him to call the manager which he hesitated but on sternly repeating requested, security went and called him.Manager enquired and I mentioned to him the problem and distance travelled..on understanding the problem (and noticing my company jacket), he let me in. I thanked him and went to the section where wireless mouse was sold. Called out to one of the staff members who was very helpful with price and details of a few items I had seen. In 5min, I decided on buying a Targus wireless mouse with 3 year warranty. The same staff member then went ahead and got the item billed as well as mentioned about soft copy of receipt would be available by email and what do in case problem occured with device while it was in warranty. I thanked him and once again thanked the manager for obliging the request as I was exiting the store. The same watchman saw me and apologised; I responded it was ok and that he could have checked with manager first time.Overall Croma store has not let me down and due to this I will still continue to buy from Croma and recommend friends to buy from here. Great job with in-store experience and helping customers with their purchases. Thanks Croma team.

I went there yesterday planning to purchase a laptop and printer. The person who attended was helpful and knowledgeable. I spend almost 30 to 40 mins, going through the models before zeroing on Dell/ Lenovo 2-in-1 i5, 8GB Ram configuration, which they had on display. I was told that the Dell model wasnt available, and I chose the Lenovo model which they told was available. I moved on to the printer, and selected an older canon model which was available over there. Finally, when I planned to move to billing, I was told that the Lenovo laptop stock wasnt available. I had spend almost 1 to1.5 hours! Those models are relatively newer models, not sure why it wasnt on stock if they were fast moving...wondering whether they wanted me to buy any older available model or not (there were a couple of other models which Id downselected). Also, wondering why the salesman had to rummage through the stockroom for checking the stock/availability (he was away a couple of instances). Wouldnt there be a showroom/storeroom inventory which a salesman can easily look up?They do have a huge variety on display, but would be good but they those items in stock too. I do prefer and trust Croma and they do have good offers. Wish they hadnt made the shopping experience frustrating due to lack of stock. Finally left the store without buying anything.

Buying in any electronic shops these days, you need to do a lot of comparisons with many other sellers in the market and go for the best price and service offered. Wanted to buy waffle maker and got the best deal from Croma here.

One stop shop for the electronics!! They got almost all brands (big&small) when it comes to electronics and got a wide chain of network. On the price front I feel that some more negotiations can happen as mostly their prices are bit more if compared to online however I do understand that this is an offline model and some other costs need to be borne but still got big margins!!They also provide after sales and their own support team is there which can help if one takes the additional warranty or support package.

Extremely disappointed by the service. I bought an aquaguard under counter purifier 3 months back. And since then we are facing regular issues. And the Aquaguard service personnal whom they send are very very RUDE.Within 3 months of buying, the watertank takes the whole day to be filled and the water taste has changed too. The customer care is useless and the only direct number we have is of the installation guy who is very rude and says it is none of his business now

I had purchased an earphone costing 4000₹ and the microphone stopped working the next day. I returned it and I was told that they would replace it and call me to collect it.No one from store has called and when I call, they are completely uninformed and think that I have purchased it online.However, the manager (Archit) called to ask on why I had rated them with 2 stars.

Very pleased with the purchase. Their staff even checked and matched online pricing. More than anything, the delivery was per commitment and installation was fast.Would recommend, but always stick to what you want to buy and dont get easily distracted.

Croma on Siddapur road is a very big one and has good display of products of all major electronic companies. Their own brands are also available and the own brand products are also promising. The staff is courteous and explains the features well enough for us to understand. Croma can give some more better deals and discounts to attract more customers. One issue is their customer service number given on the website doesnt connect at all which the company need to look into.

Good place to check and compare different brands and features. Offers are good. Need to be patient before purchasing. Sales men are good.

I have visited this place for a coaxial cable and a r c cable. Except for HDMI chords none of these cables were available.Expected such a huge store to at least have some stock of these basic cables that are used for home theatre systemParking is available , staff is cordial, store is hugeFrom my perspective if you are not looking for the above chords/cables, you can visit this place

The Customer Service of CROMA is perthitic. I purchased a Apple iPAD in Oct 2020 and there was a Cashback over on the product. Now was keep checking with the sales person on the process and he was keep on delaying by saying it will take 120 days and then started with 120 working days.It is most then 5 months passed and even after providing all bank statements, they do not have any answer to my query and asking to check with customer care directly. It is completely unprofessional behavior of CROMA employees and manager that you leave the customer to follow up on the offers with backend team and they are not helping or giving any satisfactory answer. I request you all to purchase from somewhere else instead of CROMA.Such a useless customer service and just money minded people to sell their products.

Have been here many many times. Though the collection and variety of Electronic items is good, sales executives are not bothered to sell you the same.

Terrible service experience. Purchased a whirlpool refrigerator worth 40k on 20th March and still waiting for installation to happen. Its been 4 days already, the miraya rose outlet made a false promise of 24 hrs to us.Invoice number SLA150050034030.Customer support guys are clueless and blaming whirlpool company for the bad service. Why are you selling such products if you cannot provide service?

The showroom is good. Youll find everything under one roof, from mobiles, TVs to other household appliances. But the prices are comparatively high.

In croma you can buy any electronic, mobiles, laptops, accesories, kitchen appliances etc. But for discount and cashback on credit cards there might me a daily different schemes on different cards.

The only good part about this outlet is it has a parking for around 10 carsThe guard at the door just kept the doors open for everyone who walked in. No temperature screening, no check on masks. I wanted a vacuum cleaner-they had 2 Forbes models (low end) and a Dyson ( which i was interested in) with no stock available for the model. My only advise to Tata group is, you have such a big outlet in a decent locality , why don’t you stock it appropriately. If the intent is to sell only low end stuff, sell it online

Conveniently located on Whitefield Main Road beside Shell petrol pump at Siddhapura. Parking facility is there at the gate. It has got all electronic items including kitchen chimneys at display. The main attraction for me was Bose speakers which the customers can connect with Bluetooth and listen to their favorite tunes.
