This place is huge!I visited here very wrong time, when they announced that the Ford manufacturing will be stopped in India.However, been here to enquire about Ford ecosport. They said face-lift is going to be released and test drive model will arrive end of Sept-21. However, didnt hear anything from the sales team past the date they promised.I guess I need to go as per the media, Ford exiting for good.

Servicing is good and also Mr. VINAYAK BANDARI , the service advisor is one of the reasons why Im going to this particular pps service center. Once my car had issues and stop in a mid forest at almost mid night the only person who could help me was Vinayak bhandari. Thanks to you sir. Even in the center he is the most active one and gives accurate and precise information.

We had the 1st service for our Ford Freestyle from here. The customer service personnel promptly responded to all our quiries and had called us at every stage to update us on the ongoing service. They were humble and had intimated us about all the costs and repairs correctly. Though there was a minor issue with the doors visor after service, the body shop manager have promptly replaced the visors of both the door the very next day. Happy with the overall service and staff behaviour. Definitely recommend them to our friends.

Im in love with Ford and the journey started with a bad experience I had with my previous car. I was looking to upgrade my car from Renault Kwid and started with Kwid facelift, then went for Hyundai Santro, and then to Renault Duster, then to Maruti Swift, and then to Dzire, and ertiga, and then back to Hyundai Aura, and then went to Kia Sonnet. Ford was not even in the list, but some how Mr. Sujith ended up calling me and did such a fabulous job! I always believe Its God that leads me to the right people and it was because of Sujit that i made up my mind to pick up ford. He helped us every step and He is a really value asset to Ford. None of the companies had someone like Sujit. And then every person In Ford were so awesome. Anand help me have a smooth exchange of my previous car, Peter helped my with test drive of Ford, Kishore was so sweet with accessories and suggesting and helping me chose the right one. Ram from finance was so seamless, I dont even know how the loan got approved. Overall Ford Yelahanka did a brilliant job! Please apprise and Keep Sujith! he is special. We as a family felt special and i believe youll will continue to do good now that i have purchased the car! I hope youll will still make us special. I love my FORD aspire Diesel. Im proud of owning one! thank you and God bless each one i mentioned. And please do something to pep up the sales of FORD. its sad to see such an amazing card doing so less business

Had no idea it was so big. Im glad I spoke to Assistant manager before visiting and he was able to squeeze my appointment in there and get the work done while I waited.Had visited with two minor issues but they ended up inspecting the whole car twice and addressed my issues promptly.The only thing I missed is that I couldnt find a decent place to eat around.

For me personally, it was over crowded. The place is at convenient location. Staff must be great to attract the heaviest crowd, but I could not get my vehicle serviced due to crowd.

Very good service. The paiting done looked almost like a factory finish. I was also kept well informed of the progress and the vehicle was delivered on time.

My initial impressions : (They are extra prompt in asking for good reviews) -The staff at this Ford Showroom are very professional (especially Mr Santhosh, the sales consultant) and take care of everything perfectly. I just took delivery of a Ford Freestyle today, and every step from booking to delivery was perfect. Ford vehicles are great to drive and last long. Ford diesel engines are benchmarks in their category. I would encourage more people to go for Ford. Its much better than Suzuki or Hyundai.Review after the first service : (They have the gumption to neglect the customer after getting the initial good review) -The initial impressions were completely wrong, I apologise to those who may have been misled by my review.Really useful advice : Never buy the extended warranty while purchasing the car. You may get it later by paying the price of extended warranty. It will spare you a lot of heart burn and haggling.(My experience about the same : I was charged Rs 12000 during the purchase of the car for 2 years extended warranty after the initial 3 years of default warranty. But the salesman Mr. Santhosh and Ms. Poongodi did not provide anything in writing. The kept on telling that I will receive the extended warranty by email. I did not get the same, hence I reminded them about it at least 3 - 4 times. They kept on repeating the same, but even after 1 month I did not receive the same. (I dont know whether this happened only with me or they do this to everyone).During the first service, when I enquired about the extended warranty, the service advisor told me that I already have 2 years of regular warranty, and 1 extra year of extended warranty. I had to show him the service book which mentions 36 months of regular warranty. I was amazed to see that the service advisor either does not know or pretends to not know about the things which at least he should have known very well. If he does not know this fact, how can I trust him for the service of my car in the long term ?The service advisor asked me to call the particular salesman who had sold the car to me. With a number of calls , eventually I could call Mr Santhosh to the service desk, and he told the service advisor that my car actually should have 3 years of regular warranty and 2 extra years of extended warranty. Mr Santhosh told me that I would receive the extended warranty in 10 working days. But I had to sadly tell him that his words no longer have any value for me because I have already been told the same thing by him and Ms. Poongodi multiple times in the past 1 month and it turned out to be false. Hence I told him that I want it in writing that I will get the extended warranty, as I could no longer trust their words.After all this heart burn, I eventually received an email mentioning that elusive extended warranty the same evening.All this leads me to wonder : Even when the product (the actual car) is superior, how is the customer service better than Maruti, Hyundai or any other company ?If immediately after paying for the car this is the way these people deal with the customer, how can I trust them for the long term service of my car ? Where is the advertised family wali feeling , when they made the customer feel that he is begging for a thing he has already paid for ?I had higher expectations from them, sadly I was over optimistic.I will have to look for some other service center for the next service and beyond. (I can not comment on the quality of service, as the first service is just inspection of the car, without any actual service/work on the car.)

Santosh from PPS dealership was an excellent sales person. He came to my house twice to ensure I was fully satisfied with the car and the test drive. While he initially wasnt going to discount anything, I gave him my ask and he was able to get his management to provide the discount and went above and beyond another dealership in giving me an upgraded accessory as well. Above all Santosh was very pleasant to deal with and made sure I did not even have to come into the dealership for anything including delivery.

This is my second experience with PPS Ford Yelahanka. They have an excellent team. Technician Gopi is extremely talented and made sure my car was in good working condition in 24 hours. He even personally dropped the vehicle in the absence of drivers. His suggestions on replacing spare parts in car were for genuine reasons and not for charging money from customers unlike other service centers. I would highly recommend all Ford owners to give their car for servicing here.

I have been visiting PPS Ford Yelahanka for servicing my Ford Ecosport. Earlier i used the Hesaraghatta for service, eventually they closed and my nearest place was this. I have almost a year of experience with them. They have a good service team, they are polite, courteous and supportive. The service is good and on time and cost wise very affordable.

My first visit to PPS Ford and will continue servicing my car out here till I own Ford. Harish (BDM) and Chandan (Service advisor) both were professional & provided me with excellent service till date after owning this car. Starting from the day when it was delivered for service and when I received it they were informing me of everything happening on the service end as my car was towed to this service centre and had not met them in person till the time I went to collect the car. Located toward the Bangalore International Airport and near by to Yelahanka. PPS Ford as both the showroom and service centre at this place.

Very very bad experiences from the teams I never met such an unprofessional team ever like this in my life i booked ford echosport car in 31st jan they told i will get my delivery within 45 daysAnd they never gave anything on mail or paper they simply kept telling as u will get that day u will get this day so they told us with in march first they will confirm the exact date of delivery unfortunate from march 1st each and every day more that 4 to 5 times we called them that time they wont pick the call then theyll message us that they are on meeting... will call (dont wait for the call its a fake promise ) then after 3 days again i called so they were like theyll will inform us when it will be ready by next day do again next i waited for the call but no luck so i asked team to mail the same but they never did it after so much struggle finally today they called and informed that they can not provide the vehicle after so much drama and so much call and we wasted our 35 days simply ....P.S.....so if u want to waste ur time and energy you can go for Pps Ford #Ppsford
