If there was a rating of zero star, that would be my choice. I went in with a face mask on today to get a hard copy of their enrolment form for new patients. The receptionist asked if I have any cold or flu symptoms and I answered yes honestly. She immediately asked me to leave without any further questions like if I have been in contact with people with covid etc. I dont have covid. I said to her I have a mask on. She said I still need to leave right away, regardless. She then told me to print out the enrolment form from their website and return or drop it off when I feel better. When I feel better, I wont be needing your service, hon. When I visit a supermarket with a face mask on, no one turns me away. When I visit a public library with a face mask on, no one turns me away. When I visit a medical clinic like this one, where I needed the most help of, I got turned away. Was this how you practiced prior covid? Are you so paranoid that nowadays you guys just dont treat people with cold or flu? I left feeling totally judged and discriminated against. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who needs true care.

After a 25 minute wait from when my follow-up appointment was supposed begin and when I finally got in only latest 5 minutes, I was charged $49 with another course of antibiotics and no diagnosis. Wont be going back.

A very good medical care center

I am so glad I have met Dr Hernando he is one of the best doctors I have seen here in NZ he is always listening and care for me as a patient.

One particular doctor at Churton Park Medical Care, who shall remain unnamed, lacks empathy and has difficulty listening to her patients. The treatment I received here put me in a downward spiral for many years and I improved drastically when my symptoms were taken seriously by a more competent doctor. Do yourself a favour and seek a younger doctor with an open mind and an in-check ego.

Great service. I have seen quite a few of the doctors and nurses here and they are all amazing at what they do. Modern, clean facilities. Would highly recommend.
