A very good restaurant....quality and delicious food...good ambience and polite staff...

The place is dirty and there is flies all over the place because it is not cleaned properly .Ordered something from the menu and after 15 minutes the waiter comes and tells you that the item is not available. Very bad service.Prices are different from what is shown on the menu. Will not accept credit cards as they always say card machine is not working.

I was very happy with Garam masala trivandrum. But now a days i always feel its not good to approch them for our requirements. Competitively their prices are high but the taste of the food have that value. But these matters cannot be considered now. It may be due to incoming rush of online food requirements. They arent serious about the quality. I am totaly disappointed with garam masala. And now onwards i will not even think about them to consider for my food needs.......

If you want to experience a utter worst food with dirty atmosphere surrounded full of flies then visit this hotel.. Few days back i visited here and ordered chicken biriyani... It took 30 minutes to get, till that time me and my friends where suffocated with a bad smell there and the flies fully on the tables.. After getting food the experience was really bad, full flies circling our plates .If anyhow you guys visiting there, please dont buy chicken biriyani 🙏🙏🙏 i have eated many biriyani from many States.. This the worst biriyani ever eaten.. 2 small piece chicken with a small quantity rice.. The rice is not steamed properly and the biriyani was fully oily.. . Then ordered a lime juice and got.. Seriously is it a lime juice? its like some lemon essence with water.. not even real lemon..And the main thing we got shocked is the chicken biriyani cost is 190 rs (Note : 2 very small piece of chicken with less quantity rice which not even cooked properly) . 🙏🙏🙏 First time in life got a thought after eating that i shouldnt have eaten the food. 🙏

It is a popular joint for take aways. They offer a wide variety of veg and non veg Indian dishes. Location is easily accessible and if one is lucky we can get a parking place very near to the restaurant. For those who dine in there is both AC and non AC areas. Variety of Combo food is also available. The items are priced right and quantity is sufficient.

Very bad treat to customers, stupid bengali waiter are there. When we were sitting inside the family Ac room the waiter came and turned of the Ac and srnd us outside....👏👏 and served 1 piece chicken in rice and he named it biryani and sold for 220rs per... woow🤐

I give less than 1 star because I ordered for chicken wings but it came after more than 1 hour.So i was so hungry, I took a bite, then I realize that the chicken wings was so salty. The restaurant can change there name into SALT MASALA instead of GARAM MASALA. 😤😡😠🥵🤮

Writing this after visiting the place multiple times. The staffs were friendly. The hydrabadi biriyani which I ordered the first time I went wasnt all that good. But the ordinary biriyani is good. Had porotta with beef fry. Didnt like the porotta cause it was lacking the crunch which one would expect. Beef fry was a little too spicy to a point where we could only taste the spice in it and nothing else. The pricing is reasonable though.

Ambience of hotel is amazing. Preparation of foods are required little improvement but its nice to taste. Worth for visit. Good staffs and behaviour is also nice

Located nearby LIC Divisional Office Pattom along the same side of the road. Spacious and hygienic. Good choice for a dinner date. Food quality and taste were satisfactory. I would recommend it for someone who wants to sit, relax and eat. Not an ideal option for a quick bite.I personally felt the customer service was not up to the mark and needs to be improved.

Nice service and the food wasnt that bad either. But definitely room for improvement. I tried the butter chicken and paratta and the egg noodles and chilly chicken combos. Nothing special, but the food is worth a try definitely and affordable too.

Good food...but too much waiting time.

I have not tried any main course item here yet giving it three stars solely on the desserts category it offers. Usually, it is brownie with vanilla that I hop on but I have gotten taste of other desserts here as well. An economical place to serve your starving bowel well without losing much of your cent stack.

Easy to notice with big name board, dint saw the parking yet, good food, nice people to deal with and moderate price. But not all the seats you might find comfortable to sit due to proximity with restrooms. Ambience is nice, so mostly fully occupied during evenings, might have to wait 10-15. But food is still worth.

When you pass by, you will want to go in - looking at the place and the aroma that comes. Sadly, once you go in, its not different from other local restaurants. Nothing that stands out in either the food or the place. But I will say its as good an eatery as any other in Trivandrum. Thier combos arent available on weekdays. Like the name suggests (a spicy retreat), the food is all hot and spicy. It was difficult to find a dish that wasnt spicy. Even the ones that they suggested to be not spicy were spicy. We sent it back twice. Anyway, nothing to complain so much. The prices were a little above normal but its not everyday that you eat at a place like this.

When I bought parcel first time its realy tasty...but when it goes for the second time the food is really messy and the dish is covered with some unwanted subsances.

Terribly slow and lazy service. Severely understaffed.Had beef roast and Porotta from there. Beef in Beef roast was undercooked and inedible. I had to waste the entire beef because of this and depend only on the gravy which was also horrible. Porotta was clearly reheated. It was probably made on the day before.PLEASE AVOID BEEF FROM HERE AT ANY COST.

Before the food the best thing that matters is the hospitality, which is the best at this place. Also this restaurant serves the best taste of North Indian as well as South Indian cuisines. Every purchase is worth every penny. This is my personal favourite. I am a North Indian and this is a savior for me in South India. A lot of visits already and a lot more to go. Good job Garam Masala!♥️

The place has some good vibes inside, perhaps a bit too yellowish lightings, that might drive some to uneasiness on their eyes. Quantity was good, but did not get that commendable taste for a Plate Shawarma. I would give an average rating.

Staff behaviour is not good. Ac is also not proper. Food is okay. Easily noticed from main road. Biriyani is not available in the evening.

Wonderful restaurant to enjoy foods and beverages in a calm and plesent atmosphere. Really wonderful service. The only issue is that you will struggle a lot to get parking space at road side as they dont have dedicated parking lot available with them. Two Wheeler is the best option, if you are going single or double.

We are from Kochi and we visited Thiruvananthapuram for just two days. We reached here around 7 pm and we were searching for a place to have food after we checked in. We walked more than half km and found this place with lots of people and delivery boys waiting. We ate our dinner from this place, pototta and beef fry, and we liked it, and so we had the next days lunch also. Fish curry tasted different from the usual ones, but in a good way... Staff is also good. A/c room is there if you wish so..

Wheat paratta is okk.. Kerala paratta liver pepper fry, chicken pepper masala is very tasty..I like it

Ordered a plate shawarma for 155 rs and was worth it. The shawarma had enough quantity for one person and the taste was really good. The interiors of the restaurant is also kept nice and clean. The parking is the only problem I see there. If we arrive via a car its a bit of problem for the parking.

One of the best affordable Meals in Tvm for 70rs and spicy fish curry for 40rs. Very good experience. While eating, rice is delayed for a while and I felt bad. But the server boy came with rice and said sorry. Nothing is more than we can expect from a hotel. Respecting the customers and good food...

Very bad customer service and unhygienic. They were treating us like the food they give was from there money and we had it for free. Very very bad customer service. The glasses were not cleaned well and we had found hair in our food when we asked them they just took it away without even saying anything and delayed our total order. Went twice once for dinner and for breakfast. Loved this place. The ambience is to die for. Had plate shawarma and loved it. The ghee roast was too oily but the tomato chutney was pretty good. The staff is a bit lost but trying to cope up.The place is popular between student groups and is very affordable. Uber eats delivers from here.Tried apple, grape juice and chocolate sharjah which was quite ok.
