Worst doctor experience encountered. Doc J had a heck care attitude and show frustration when enquiring on my illness. It was a hush hush consultation with no empathy. He used to be a good doc and i have visited the clinic for more than 10 years. After this daunting experience, i will not visit the clinic again. Totally disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Medicine charges are high , consultation charges are high even after using my chas cardAttitude of doc is very bad...

Same experience as several people, I was turned away as I was unable to produce a panel card/e-card. Tried to explain to the counter that I was willing to pay as a private walk in patient as I was in pain, but was refused and they told me to go to clinics at tpy central. To no fault of theirs, understand this policy was put in place by the owner, but it is mind boggling that I am unable to see a doctor whilst sick simply by virtue of not being given a panel card which is beyond my control.

I have been a patient of Faith Clinic under Dr Jeremy Tans care for more than 20 years. He was a caring and friendly family doctor. But to my astonishment, my last visit to him turned out to be a horrific experience. Dr Jeremy was extremely impatient & even gave me a scolding when I tried to clarify some concerns. He is certainly not the same friendly & respected doctor whom I had known all these years. I have since stopped going to Faith and instead consult Temasek Clinic which is just a few doors away.

Unlike some other general practitioners I’ve visited, the doctor (Dr Jeremy Tan) takes the time to understand and gather enough information for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.As a plus, the receptionist is polite and the waiting area is comfortable. There is a decent crowd but the waiting time is not too bad, I waited for about half an hour for my turn. I’m not sure about the charges as it was covered by insurance. To sum it up, I was a bit suspicious about the 5-Star rating but it’s every bit accurate! Glad to finally find a doctor I can rely on :)

I was at Faith Toa Payoh clinic at 9.30am as I was having a fever .As they are our Company panel of doctors, it was most convenient location to seek medical help.Initially ,there was 1 counter staff doing registrationAnd subsequently another staff came in later around 10am .Clinic was not crowded at all when I was thereDue to some technical glitches on my mobile Fullerton apps I was unable to retrieve my e/card for registration purpose . I than seek help from the counter staff and she than ask I contact our HR dept which I did . I pass the phone to ask so that she can verify my employment particulars however she turn down and said she cannot talk to her. ( no reason was given why)??Upon my HR request , I told the counter staff to register me as a private patient and I will pay in cash so that I can seek medical attention quickly .My request was been declined again and given a straight NO’ answer and they can’t register for me .Why Not ? when I am paying them from my own pockets ??This is absurd, unreasonable with no compassion especially when a patient is unwell .I than ask to talk to Doctor so that I can explain mySituation , as usual the counter staff say “No” to me again .I waited for the patient to be out of the consultation room and I knock on the door as a form of courtesyGuess what , Dr Jeremy Tan give me a stern look and ask me to ‘close the door ‘without even hearing me out. What medical ethics does doctor carries ?I am so Disappointed and Angry that this actually happen in Singapore!Where are all our kindest and compassion gone toFaith ??

Same experience as Hazel Kwok when I was at the clinic this morning. I do not have any card issued to me and was told by HR to just present staff pass and NRIC. However, receptionist insisted that I must show the panel card else they will not be able to register me! So I said there was no card given and why not I pay for the visit myself. Reply again was NO! Because I am considered a contract patient and they cannot accept me like this as a walk-in! First, not my fault that no panel card is issued; second, why the inflexibility not accepting me was a private patient paying for my own consultation? I am already so sick to make my way to the clinic early in the morning yet I was just rejected with no flexibility! I have been seeing DR Tan for many years even before I was enrolled into the panel. Precisely because he would know my condition better that I went all the way to see him at the clinic. Yet this mornings experience was super upsetting.

Went to the clinic for flu vaccination. The price is more expensive than other clinic and there are hidden charges!! As they insisted to charge consultation fee even though I said I dont need to consult doctor before I have the vaccine.

I was charged $32 (after Chas subsidy) for consultation and 2 medicines, when I rejected one of the medicine and waited for 5 min, the fee was still $32. The nurse would have told me that there won’t be any reduction in cost. The charges was expensive and unreasonable. Worst thing was only one day MC was given and no bargain.

$50-$60 for seeing doc for normal type of illness. Service is average. Counter staff were good, but doc was in a rush to cut off the already short consultation.

Clinic need to keep track of inventory, as it seems to be running out and nurses werent able to provide medicine that was prescribed due to no stock. Also, the waiting time for medicine was even longer than the wait for consultation and the consultation period combined.
